"Stone Cold" Steve Austin beats Bob "Spark Plug" Holly with the Million Dollar Dream to continue to the second round of the King of the Ring Tournament.
The King draws some art of himself beating The Ultimate Warrior.
Jim Ross says that Mankind is the most dangerous man to show up in the WWF, and that The Undertaker will be challenged like never before at King of the Ring. With that, Mankind vs. The Undertaker is set for King of the Ring.
The WWF Attitude Adjustment Your heads to Rockford, Illinois; Peoria, Illinois; Moline, Illinois; Chicago, Illinois and Salt Lake City, Utah!
Mankind beats Barry Horowitz with the Mandible Claw. Jim Ross then interviews Mankind in the ring, and Mankind hopes that The Undertaker will stand up and show just a little bit of pride or decide that there is no sense fighting a man who has nothing less to lose. He tells 'Taker he can't take his ear or teeth, because they're already gone. He then says that of all the things he's lost in life, he feels he's missed his mind the most, and at King of the Ring, The Undertaker will lose it all.
We see Goldust in his den of iniquity. Goldust claims that he saved Ahmed Johnson through "the breath of life," and that he didn't have it in his heart to let Ahmed Johnson die. It gave him great satisfaction, the same satisfaction one gets from eating chocolate. He wants to share that very taste with Ahmed. Goldust says he will retain the Intercontinental Championship at King of the Ring.
Sunny guests on commentary for the next match.

On Option 6 of the Superstar Line, Vince McMahon responds to "Billionaire Ted's" latest corporate raid.
Jake "The Snake" Roberts beats Hunter Hearst Helmsley to continue to the second round of the King of the Ring Tournament. During the match, Vince McMahon mentions the current happenings of Razor Ramon and Diesel, who "intend to pawn themselves off as the stars they once were in the WWF and to furthermore perpetrate some sort of ruse that they're still representing the World Wrestling Federation while actually under contract to a rival organization." (The rival organization is obviously World Championship Wrestling.) More info on this can be found on America On-Line and the Superstar Line.

We hear from an ex-wife of a former professional wrestler (whose identity is concealed), who says that "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels has ruined her marriage and her life. Her husband was on the road when Shawn called, wanting to discuss a problem that he had with her husband. Instead, the discussion was soon about her and him, and she eventually fell for him and ended up in bed with him. As a result, her husband lost his match against Shawn, and Shawn never called her again. She says Shawn got what he wanted and threw her out like an old shoe. Now that Shawn is allegedly doing this to someone else, she cannot let this happen.
The British Bulldog - now with Diana Hart Smith joining him at ringside along with Jim Cornette - beats Fatu. During the match, two men in black suits and sunglasses, rumored to be members of Fatu's family, watch the match from the aisle. After the match, Fatu and the two men have a verbal confrontation in which Fatu tells them that the WWF fans are his family, not then. Fatu then walks off.
Next week on Raw: "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels vs Hunter Hearst Helmsley! Duke "The Dumpster" Droese vs. Vader! A special interview with The Undertaker.
The New Rockers (Marty Jannetty and Leif Cassidy) aren't nervous about their upcoming tag team title match against The Bodydonnas (Zip and Skip).
The Bodydonnas (Zip and Skip) beat Tekno Team 2000 (Travis and Troy) in the latter's first televised match in month. During the match, Harvey Wippleman takes note of the officiating of the match for a report for WWF President Gorilla Monsoon.
Jim Ross interviews Jim Cornette and Vader. Cornette says that Yokozuna is a 650 lb. man with one bad wheel, and he'll never be 100% against Vader, who has the quickness Yokozuna doesn't have and the heart that Yokozuna lacks. As for next week, Duke "The Dumpster" Droese won't last against Vader.
Goldust and Marlena guest on commentary for the next match, and Goldust wears a golden headset for the occasion.
It is announced that Goldust will take on The Undertaker next week in a Casket Match. Goldust and Marlena, upset with the new stipulation, try to leave, but return to commentary when The Undertaker makes his entrance. Goldust is very noticeably shaken.
The Undertaker beats Owen Hart. During the match, Goldust gets up and plays mind games with Paul Bearer by unbuttoning his shirt and loosening his tie, causing Paul Bearer to run to the back. Goldust also grabs Owen Hart's butt before The Undertaker pulls him back in the ring for the Tombstone Piledriver. After the match, Goldust approaches the ring, but Paul Bearer comes back with a gold-plated casket. Goldust heads to the back with Marlena, but when he runs back-first into the gold-plated casket, he and Marlena run for the hills.
