In memory of Scott Hall "Razor Ramon", 1958 - 2022.

The Miz heads to the ring for a special NXT edition of Miz TV. Miz talks about his match with Logan Paul against Rey and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania, then introduces tonight's guests: Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. Ziggler says being NXT Champion just feels right after more than fifteen years in the business, and Miz says that Bron Breakker will not be showing up after showing footage of Bron Breakker being kicked off the premises. Robert Roode says that Bron Breakker knew exactly what he was getting into when he lost the NXT Championship, and Ziggler says that Bron Breakker was smart to leave and not come back. As Ziggler brags about how humble he is and how he is a fighting chapmion, LA Knight arrives. LA Knight congratulates Ziggler on becoming champion, then says that if Bron Breakker cannot show up tonight, then he will not be waiting to face Ziggler tonight. Ziggler says he is a fighting champion, but he only fights superstars. Miz agrees with Ziggler, saying that Knight is a major player, but not yet. Knight says he is a megastar, not a superstar, and any day of the week, he can take the title off Ziggler. He says that NXT is his show, not Ziggler's, and Ziggler has something that belongs to him. After Knight tells Ziggler to prove that the show is his, Ziggler says the world needs ditch diggers, too, and that he only fights in the main event. He then says that when Knight finds out where the main event, he knows where to find him. Miz makes the match official.

Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams guest on commentary for the next match.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Cora Jade. Cora Jade says that Toxic Attraction will have hell to pay and that Raquel Gonzalez will be out for four to six weeks. He says she will be looking for Toxic Attraction, but Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne) will be looking for her, too. She then takes the NXT Women's and Women's Tag Team Championships off some stage rigging, saying they care about those things above all else, and welcomes Toxic Attraction coming after her.

Meanwhile, Wendy Choo meets with Dakota Kai backstage concerning the match, then Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne) show up looking for their championships and Cora Jade. Santos Escobar says he is the greatest luchador of all time and the greatest WWE has ever seen, and Stand & Deliver will be his time when he becomes North American Champion. Suddenly, Rey and Dominik Mysterio show up. Dominik takes offense to Escobar calling himself the greatest, and Rey says Dominik will be the one breaking his records and carrying on his legacy after Lopez says that Escobar will break all of Rey's records. Dominik then says he is here to fight. Legado del Fantasma oblige, and Escobar tells Dominik that he just made a big mistake.

Before the next match, Tiffany Stratton attacks Sarray from behind and rips the medallion off of her neck to keep her from transforming.

Backstage, Jacy Jayne looks for Cora Jade, then finds one of the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship belts. When she pulls it down, two cage doors close on her and Cora Jade locks her in.

Tommaso Ciampa heads to the ring. Ciampa talks to the fans about gratitude, as he sometimes looks around and takes things in to this day, as professional wrestling has been his life. Ciampa says he has been wrestling for seventeen years, and in the independents, he always wanted to find a place that believed in him that he could call home, and that all he needed was a chance to run with the ball. He says that this opportunity came in NXT, and since he arrived, success did not come easily or immediately, but the things worth fighting for seldom come easily. Ciampa then talks about the last seven years he has spent in NXT, then says that while it could be a "do it yourself story," he always had the fans behind him. He also says that he talks about his big heel turn after TakeOver: New Orleans every once in a while. He says that it has been a journey, then says he never left and that the fans never left, and that is what he calls gratitude. As the fans chant "Please don't go," Ciampa wants to know what his perfect fairytale ending in NXT will be. He calls Stand & Deliver a perfect fairytale ending, as last week was the perfect opportunity but he came up short. Ciampa says he does not have the answer of what the perfect ending is, then says one does not have the opportunity to say "thank you" before they miss it, and thanks the fans for their support for the last seven years. Suddenly, Tony D'Angelo shows up with a crowbar in his hand. Tony tosses the crowbar to the side, then says he could have hit in the back of the head. He then says this is different, because he respects him. D'Angelo says he has asked himself who he has to beat to put himself in the history books and make him "the man in NXT," then says he is standing in front of that guy. He states that Tommaso has been the man for a while now, and says it would be an honor for the family for the two of them to square off at Stand & Deliver. D'Angelo extends his hand, then Ciampa shakes it only to be kneed in the gut. D'Angelo tells Ciampa that he will become the new Don of NXT before kissing him.

Before the next match, Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta show up at the same time and try to mess with each other.

She then spray paints "TA" on Cora Jade's back.

Julius says that they will find out who blindsided them and that heads will roll until they do, and Brutus wants the culprits to face them man-to-man because they are ready. MSK (Nash Carter and Wes Lee) show up in nWo shirts, but Wes Lee says that they did not attack them and Nash Carter accuses them of cutting the line at the tag team titles. Suddenly, Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel) shows up on the balcony. Barthel says it is hilarious watching them argue over something they will never obtain, and Aichner says none of them have the skills to take the titles from them. Malcolm Bivens dares Imperium to get in the ring and give the Creed Brothers their title shot, but Wes Lee says MSK is just as deserving of a title shot. Aichner says he and Barthel disagree, then challenges both teams to a Triple Threat title match at Stand & Deliver. Barthel then says that since Malcolm Biven loves to talk about perception and reality, the perception is that they are at a disadvantage, but the reality is that they fear no one.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Cameron Grimes, who says that he has disappointed his late father after three years of being in NXT and never being a champion, and that he has lost the opportunity to do it at Stand & Deliver instead of going to the moon like he always says that he is.

Backstage, Malcolm Bivens want to know from Malik Blade, Edris Enofe and Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake) if they attacked The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed). Malik and Enofe say they only attacked the waiters last week for being too close to Mandy Rose (who smelled like lavender) while Grizzled Young Veterans deny it. After The Creed Brothers confront Grizzled Young Veterans, Malcolm Bivens proposes a rematch between the two teams.

Dolph Ziggler retains the NXT Championship. During the match, Bron Breakker shows up and enters the arena. After the match, Bron Breakker shows up and says he wants his reamtch at Stand & Deliver. When Roode gets in his face, Breakker clocks him, then Ziggler accepts.

Escobar says that ever since Bron Breakker showed up, everyone has mocked him for his family and "his poor math skills" only to tell him how special he is and how big of a star he is right now and will become after they wrestle him. Escobar says he is a realist from the start because of his father, then says he and Bron Breakker come from similar upbringings and that Breakker's family does not impress him. Escobar then says he despises Bron Breakker for how fast he got her and how quickly he got his opportunities as well as for winning the NXT Championship before him. Suddenly, Bron Breakker shows up and says Escobar is a great Superstar who happens to be so insecure that he needs a group, then says his family taught him to handle business and tells Escobar to issue the challenge so he can accept it. Escobar then says they will have to stay just a little bit longer.

Suddenly, Ciampa shows up for the next match.

Tommaso Ciampa beats Grayson Waller.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews LA Knight. Knight says that Grayson Waller sucks, then Joe Gacy shows up and says Knight's facts are destructive and terrible, and that they should build each other up, not tear each other down. LA Knight says the only thing building up is his wanting to tear Gacy down, but Gacy says that "their safe space" is "out there." LA Knight tells Joe Gacy he has no problem beating him in the ring.

In footage from earlier today, Mandy Rose says Cora Jade does not even belong in the same ring as her as she talks to the rest of Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne). Dakota Kai joins them as they soon see trash can lids and chains on the floor. When they leave, Kay Lee Ray shows up, saying that the trash can lids and chains are her doing.

Cameron Grimes heads to the ring, and he shows up with shorter hair and a more serious mood. Grimes says he grew up in a very small town in North Carolina, and every day, people would push him down and tell him he was not good enough. He showed them he was good enough and that if he scratched and clawed, he could hold it down. He says that he made it in the industry and even struck it rich, but through all that, he kept his head and beard to remind himself of his beginnings and his struggles. He says Duke Hudson took all that away from him and embarrassed and humiliated him, but he messed up by making him angry. Cameron Grimes then calls Duke Hudson out. We then see Duke Hudson at a stylist's table, asking why Cameron Grimes is mad when he took a lot of money in the process and gave him a free haircut, saying he did him a favor. Cameron tells him to come to the ring to settle things, but Hudson declines. Cameron says he gave Hudson a chance to show how brave he is, but he proved to be "gutless and nutless." Cameron Grimes then challenges Duke Hudson to a hair vs. hair match at WarGames. Hudson, not minding taking a little more off the top, accepts the challenge, then produces a bag of Cameron's hair and beard and says he will take the rest.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta. Indi says that Dexter Lumis' hand is fractured and that Dexter will be out for a month. Indi says Carmelo took away Lumis' ability to draw too, and she hopes Johnny Gargano beats Carmelo tonight. When Persia asks Indi if she wants to sit the next match out, Indi says she is okay and dedicates the match to Dexter.

We see a vignette for Tiffany Stratton, who brags about her father paying for all her tennis lessons to the point that she has the best serve in the country club and that she was not born with a silver spoon in her mouth because "silver is tacky." She says her father has stated she is ready for NXT, and that her father is never wrong.

Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter beat Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta when it becomes apparent that Indi's mind and heart are more focused on Dexter Lumis than the match.

We see a video package of Legado del Fantasma's (Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Raul Mendoza, Elektra Lopez) recent actions before Legado del Fantasma head to the ring.

Andre Chase gives the students of Chase U a tour of the arena when Andre Chase sees Cameron Grimes and makes fun of Cameron's recent woes. Cameron tells Andre Chase to go to hell.

She says Legado del Fantasma is stronger than ever now that Santos Escobar is back, then Von Wagner and Kyle O'Reilly show up. O'Reilly says they want the NXT Tag Team Championships, but Raul Mendoza says they beat them. Von Wagner says his foot was on the rope and that they have unfinished business, then Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel) shows up on the nearby balcony. Marcel Barthel says that the fans are not only more ignorant, but much less intelligent for not knowing Italian and that everyone should be ashamed of themselves for fighting like little children. Barthel says none of them can stop them, and Fabian Aichner says the age of Imperium will continue no matter what, then tells everyone to fight over themselves so they can face the winners at WarGames.

Cora Jade beats Mandy Rose after Kay Lee Ray shows up and distracts Mandy Rose, allowing Cora Jade to win with a schoolkid pin.

We hear from Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams. Trick says the disrespect stops tonight, but Carmelo says it stopped last week. Carmelo says that it is not about experience, saying that he is the one with everything to lose and that he is keeping Pete Dunne and Johnny Gargano relevant. He says that tonight, he will call his shot and he will not miss.

We hear from Joe Gacy, who says that connection needs two people and that he needs to open the eyes of the blind as Harlan puts his hand on Gacy's shoulder.

Backstage, Cora Jade asks Raquel Gonzalez, Io Shirai and Zoey Stark if they knew Kay Lee Ray would show up. Kay Lee Ray shows up and says that she is in as their fourth member.

Joe Gacy vs. L.A. Knight ends before it can begin when Knight is attacked from behind by Grayson Wallter. Multiple referees have to stop the brawl, then Joe Gacy takes the microphone and apologizes for not showing Knight how to handle his anger issues peacefully. Before he can say more, Diamond Mine shows up. Malcolm Bivens says that since Joe Gacy tried to take their spotlight last week, Diamond Mine will do the same tonight, and tells Gacy to step out of their ring as Ivy Nile has a match to attend to. Gacy respects that the show must go on, but he has no respect for Roderick Strong, as Strong's name alone is an example of toxic masculinity and the Cruiserweight Championship an example of exclusivity and weight shaming. As he calls the title and the Cruiserweight Division triggering to those of a certain body type, and says the division is meant to divine. Strong says he fears no one, and that he does not care about him or any weight limit. Roderick Strong says his next money match is with Joe Gacy, and tells Malcolm Bivens to make it happen. Malcolm Bivens says the contract for their match is signed, sealed and delivered for WarGames, saying Strong will beat Gacy "like a Lil Jon track." Joe Gacy says he looks forward to settling their issues as one, but when Malcolm Bivens sends The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) at Joe Gacy, Harlan shows up to make Bivens reconsider.

We see MSK (Nash Carter and Wes Lee) make their way to their shaman in an expensive car when they get stopped by the police for going seven miles per hour. After the match, Carmelo Anthony and Trick Williams attack Dexter Lumis from behind, then trap his right hand in a chair so Carmelo can stomp the chair from the top rope. Johnny Gargano chases Carmelo and Trick away, but the damage is done.

We see footage from during the commercial break of Dexter Lumis being helped to the back. Johnny Gargano is then in the ring, and he calls Carmelo Hayes out for screwing with his family and threatens to kick his teeth down his throat. As he calls out Carmelo Hayes, Pete Dunne shows up and tells Gargano not to worm his way into a title match, as he is the #1 contender for the North American Championship. Gargano says he would not have done it without his help, then Carmelo and Trick Williams show up. Carmelo and Trick are on a nearby balcony, where Trick makes fun of Pete Dunne and Johnny Gargano for wanting Carmelo in a match. Gargano calls Trick the guy who carries Carmelo's bag, and Carmelo says Dunne and Gargano would not be relevant without him. Dunne tells Carmelo to shut up, as he has a win and more experience. Carmelo says he can take them both on with the North American Championship on the line, much to the chagrin of Trick, next week. As Carmelo says he does not miss, Dunne says he missed last week, and Gargano says Carmelo has only been here six months while he has been here for five years and he is "absolutely can't miss" much like Carmelo's challenge.

Xyon Quinn beats Andre Chase. After the match, Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza attack Xyon Quinn, but when Quinn fends them off, he is attacked from behind by Santos Escobar. The three of them gang up on Quinn, and Elektra Lopez tells Quinn that no one says no to her. Escobar then drives Quinn onto a steel plate on the floor.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Raquel Gonzalez, who says she has not slept well since Halloween Havoc and that the NXT Women's Championship was a part of her until Dakota Kai ripped it all away from her. She says that she will deal with Mandy Rose later, and that tonight, she will beat Dakota Kai, who has been jealous of her success and will be buried with the shovel she hit her with.

Duke Hudson and Cameron Grimes are at a poker table in the middle of the ring. Duke Hudson says luck is for losers like Cameron Grimes and that he will make Grimes his bitch tonight. Cameron Grimes says Duke Hudson is nervous and "sweating like Shaq at the free throw line," then says everyone was telling Duke that he got played last week. The poker game starts. Grimes has King and Three of Spades, while Duke has two fives. The pot is raised to $2000 and the community cards are Five, Jack and Ten, all of Hearts. Grimes raises $2,000. Duke raises $4,000. Grimes calls. The pot is now at $10,000, and the turn card is a Queen of Spades. Grimes raises $2,000 again. Duke Hudson is nervous and demands silence as he makes his decision. He calls. The pot is at $18,000. The river card is a Seven of Hearts. Grimes tells Duke that he has everything to make himself a big-time player, but drops the ball when it counts. He says now is the chance to show how big his balls are, and goes all in. Grimes then asks Duke if his balls are raisins or cantaloupes as Duke is about to make a decision, and this causes a "raisins" chant. Duke is unnerved by Grimes' smile, thinking he has a flush. He then says he will not get him again, then folds despite having a 100% chance of winning. Duke then finds out that Grimes did not have a flush at all. Duke then kicks Cameron Grimes in the face and proceeds to beat him up before powerbombing him through the poker table. Duke then reaches underneath the ring and finds a toolbox. He entertains the idea of using a hammer, but then finds a pair of scissors and cuts Cameron Grimes' bear and hair until referees stop him.

Backstage, Kyle O'Reilly talks with Von Wagner about his appearance on SmackDown, then the both of them concentrate on handling business tonight.

Von Wagner and Kyle O'Reilly beat Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen. Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel) is seen watching the match from backstage. Tommaso Ciampa shows up. He talks about how Carmelo Anthony tries to convince himself he is holding the top championship in NXT when he is not, and says Carmelo will not take a shot in his direction because he will "shoot a damn airball" if he does. He then focuses on "little bitch ass" Grayson Waller acting entitled because he did not have to work on the indies. As he mentions Tony D'Angelo, Bron Breakker shows up. Bron Breakker says Tommaso Ciampa cannot stand that there is a new crop of talent, then say it means nothing to him and that Ciampa should be worried about him or else he will run through him and take the NXT Championship. Ciampa tells Bron that he had his chance at Halloween Havoc and came up short, and tells him he has less than a 33 1/3% chance of taking the title from him and says he is "just a puppy" while he is NXT Champion. Bron Breakker then leaves.

USA Olympic gold metalist Tamyra Mensah-Stock is seen in the front row.
