We hear from The Rock, who says he set out to do what he said he would do. After planting Vader with a Rock Bottom in the middle of the ring, he has "Triple H" Hunter Hearst Helmsley, whom he plans to beat in order to go on to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to become the King of the Ring.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for April 20, 1998
Kevin Kelly is outside the cemetery where Kane and The Undertaker's parents are buried and where Kane and The Undertaker will meet. It is reported that Kane and Paul Bearer have been seen here, and that The Undertaker will be here shortly.
Dude Love shows up, and welcomes everyone to The Love Shack. Vince McMahon shows up, and says that he had an opportunity to humiliate and embarrass "Stone Cold" Steve Austin last week, and that Dude Love prevented that with his interference. He fines Dude Love $5,000 for his actions last week and tells him not to interfere in his business again before leaving. Dude Love admits the last week has been emotional, and says letters have been pouring in asking one question: "Why, Dude, why?" He explains that when he made his way to the ring, he wanted to create a little bit of peace, love and understanding. When he stepped up to Vince, he was victim to an attack from behind by Austin. Now Dude Love is wondering why Austin would do such a thing, and says the answer is simple: the root of all evil - the chicks. When he and Austin were tag champs, all the women followed them around, and while he was a chick magnet, Austin got all the uglier women while he got all the beautiful ones. Dude Love says he has a match with "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman tonight, but he and Austin don't have to wait until Unforgiven as Austin can be forgiven tonight. He is willing to forget about the #1 contender's match as long as Austin comes out and grovels on his knees before the end of the night. Otherwise, Unforgiven will be a long night. Dude finishes by claiming he knew he would take him, but never thought it would be that easy.
The Nation of Domination ("The Rock" Rocky Maivia, D'Lo Brown, Kama Mustafa, "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry) come out through the crowd for their next match, a Long Island Street Fight. Mark Henry is seen carrying a beer keg with one hand.
As the rest of The Nation of Domination ("The Rock" Rocky Maivia, D'Lo Brown, "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry) are sent to the back by WWF Commissioner Sgt. Slaughter, "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock and "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman, both armed with weapons of their own, are kept in the back by WWF officials.

D-Generation X ("Triple H" Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Chyna, X-Pac, "Road Dog" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) have a laugh at the footage of themselves urinating on The Disciples of Apocalypse's (Skull, 8-Ball, Chainz) motorcycles, then Billy Gunn says he, Jesse James and X-Pac had all the fun while Triple H stayed to the side. He dares Triple H to not only "show us the bazooka," but to also "show [the crowd] a shower of some kind." Triple H accepts Billy Gunn's challenge.

X-Pac gets the crowd fired up before handing the microphone to Triple H, who says that last week, The Disciples of Apocalypse's (Skull, 8-Ball, Chainz) "talked some trash, rode up in here on some brass, and left here with their heads shoved up their ass." James and Gunn introduces themselves as The New Age Outlaws, who says that at Unforgiven, L.O.D. 2000 (Road Warrior Animal and Road Warrior Hawk) will learn that you can polish a turd all day and it'll still be doo-doo. Triple H makes fun of their valet Sunny, saying he doesn't like being called "skanky," which he says repeatedly. He then says you can put Chyna inside of a steel cage and haul her up over the ceiling, but if she rips open the bars, she'll rip off your head and do something down it that you don't want her to do. He then tells Owen Hart that at Unforgiven that he owns him, regardless of whether Chyna is inside a cage or not, then tells the ladies not to worry about taking a Sunday drive to a Montague lighthouse, as he has the tower "that's brick-thick and made for a chick." Billy Gunn then reminds Triple H of the dare, then Triple H teases it. He finally pulls out a super soaker from the trenchcoat and shoots water into the crowd. L.O.D 2000 and Owen Hart show up on the stage, and Hawk says they are DX are a lot alike, except they do what they say they're going to do. Tonight, instead of talking the talk, they're going to walk the walk. Triple H says "Don't sing it, bring it!" as the five of them head down the stage only to be stopped by WWF Commissioner Sgt. Slaughter, who says that there is a time and place for what they are about to do, and that this is indeed the time and place and as WWF Commissioner, he is making a six-man tag team match between D-Generation X and the team of Owen Hart and L.O.D. 2000. Triple H accepts the challenge. As DX shoots the crowd with the super soaker, WWF owner Vince McMahon is backstage when a woman hands him a coffee. The woman's arm is noticeably shaking.
Kevin Kelly is a few moments away from the cemetery, and when he shows up, we will see what happens between Kane and The Undertaker. The Undertaker appears at the commentary shortly after the next match begins, and it is announced that after the match, the show will cut to the cemetery. Not long after, it is announced that something has happened there.
Dan "The Beast' Severn beats Mosh with an arm bar.
Kevin Kelly reports that The Undertaker left the cemetery as quickly as he arrived and that the sound of a blood-curdling scream was just heard. As Kevin Kelly says that camera crew have entered the cemetary to see what's going on, The Undertaker grabs Kevin Kelly, demanding to know where Kane and Paul Bearer are at and what happened to them, if anything.
After the commercial break, Kevin Kelly, now seated on the ground, reports in a low voice that he can only speculate on what happened in the cemetary, and that The Undertaker may be heading back to the arena.
Before the next match, Luna Vachon says that this Sunday at Unforgiven, Sable will be reborn and that she will be the woman to strip her of her soul, her mind and all of her clothes. After that, she will leave her naked and alone in the center of the room like the pathetic wench that she is.
Bradshaw beats The Artist Formerly Known As Goldust by disqualification when Bradshaw is suddenly attacked by Club Kamikaze.
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin is seen backstage...
The intro to War Zone plays to signal the start of the second hour.
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin shows up. Last week, he asked WWF owner Vince McMahon who his opponent for Unforgiven was only to be told that Vince was still deliberating on it. Austin feels that Vince is lying, but it doesn't bother him as he says he's lied to him in the past. He also mentions Dude Love's interference and attack on him during his match with Vince last week, and says that there is a conspiracy between Vince and Dude Love. He asks the fans to give him a "hell yeah" if they feel that way, too, which they do. He says Dude can beat him if he has one arm tied behind his back any day of the week, but he can bet his last dollar that he will pick himself back up and beat his sorry ass. He says that Unforgiven is too long, and promises that before the show is over, he will get his hands on both Vince and Dude Love as he has some ass to kick tonight. Austin then accosts a photographer as well as ring announcer Tony Chimel, then flips the crowd off, accosts a cameraman on the stage and leaves.
Before the next match, a hearse appears outside of the arena. Also, Jim Cornette guests on commentary for the next match.
2 Cold Scorpio and Terry Funk beat The New Midnight Express ("Bombastic" Bob Holly and "Bodacious" Bart Gunn). After the match, Dan "The Beast" Severn hits Scorpio with a belly-to-belly suplex, but Funk throws a chair in the ring, forcing Severn and Jim Cornette to flee before Severn can do more damage with a submission hold.
We see Val Venis in the shower with a woman. He says there is nothing like a hot shower after a hot day's night, and when he comes, there will be no stopping him.
Sable is interviewed in the ring by Michael Cole. She says her body is far from humiliating, and the naked truth is that she could care less if Luna Vachon stripped her naked, and as long as she gets her hands on her, she doesn't care what she's wearing.
Kane and a ragged Paul Bearer are seen coming out of the hearse, pulling a coffin out from the trunk.
Michael Cole interviews WWF owner Vince McMahon backstage about "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's claims of a conspiracy between him and Dude Love. Vince says Austin has watched too many Oliver Stone movies and does not want to dignify the question with a response. As for Austin's threats to get his hands on him, he was ready for him last week and he is ready for him this week.
D-Generation X ("Triple H" Hunter Helmsley, "Road Dog" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) beat Owen Hart and L.O.D. 2000 (Road Warrior Animal and Road Warrior Hawk) when the referee is distracted by Owen Hart and Triple H on the outside while Chyna grabs Sunny, distracting Hawk. Gunn hits a piledriver on Animal, ending the match.
Paul Bearer and Kane have pulled a wooden casket out of the hearse. Bearer says The Undertaker will be so surprised, as they have exhumed the coffins of The Undertaker and Kane's parents.
Kane and Paul Bearer show up with the two wooden coffins. Bearer says he is here for The Undertaker as Kane pulls out a gasoline can, as The Undertaker was not able to attend his parents' funeral. Bearer says he has exhumed The Undertaker's parents so he can have a funeral for them, and brags about picking the cheap wooden caskets that he buried his and Kane's parents in, saying they were the cheapest pine boxes he could find. He says they have been in the ground for 20 years and that their coffins are rotten and worm-ridden, then The Undertaker shows up from out of the crowd. Bearer commands Kane to pour the gas on the coffins, and Bearer commands The Undertaker to stop. The Undertaker tells Bearer he will die a thousand deaths if he sets the caskets on fire. Bearer does it anyway, then Bearer sets one casket in fire while Kane choke slams The Undertaker into the other when 'Taker goes after him. It is then noted that the casket set on fire is that of his father's and that The Undertaker was choke slammed into his mother's casket when Bearer tells The Undertaker to "rest in piece with [his] dead mama."
Michael Cole reports that Kane and Paul Bearer have left the arena and that the remains of Kane and The Undertaker's parents are in a more secure area, with The Undertaker with the remains in vigilence. Cole says that The Undertaker passed by a few moments ago, and that he will never forget the look on The Undertaker's face.
WWF owner Vince McMahon guests on commentary for the next match. He announces that he will be at ringside for part of Unforgiven, and guarantees that something catastrophic will happen Sunday night.
The bell rings during Dude Love vs. "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman as Dude Love has Blackman in an abdominal stretch, and Dude Love is given the victory. Blackman confronts timekeeper Mark Yeaton, and throws him to the floor when he can't explain why the bell was rung. As WWF owner Vince McMahon checks on Mark Yeaton, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin shows up, tosse Dude Love out of the ring, then beats up Vince McMahon before brawling with Dude Love. Vince gets in the ring and takes his jacket off, then Pat Patterson and Gerald Briscoe join Vince in the ring only to eat Stone Cold Stunners. Dude Love and Austin brawl again as Vince leaves and the show ends.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for December 29, 1997
Before the next match, The Artist Formerly Known As Goldust is dressed as Baby New Year, carrying a rattle and drinking out of an oversized baby bottle. Goldust wishes everyone a happy new year on behalf of himself and Luna Vachon, and says he is putting his name in the "1988 Royal Rumble." He knows that "Stone Cold" Steve Austin will also be in the Royal Rumble match, and is saying that he is the toughest S.O.B. in the World Wrestling Federation. Goldust says he is the toughest S.O.B., not Austin, and that he will prove it tonight. After spanking Steve Austin's ass, he's got a present for him as well. He pulls out a pair of black panties from his diaper and tells Austin they can play dress-up, with him being Austin's Barbie girl and Austin being his big Ken. He tells Austin to drive himself the ring in his little pink Corvette so they can get it on. Austin gets in the ring and grabs the microphone, and Austin talks about how he was paralyzed earlier this year, before saying that he's still here and that the language, fingers and violence will continue into 1998. He tells Goldust he won't wrestle him tonight, and instead says he has a gift for him. As Austin insults Goldust and says he does what he wants, when he wants, something comes down from the roof. Once it's low enough, Austin pulls on a cord to drag it towards the ring and it eventually lands there. After a ring worker unhooks it from the roof, Austin pulls the black cover off of it to reveal it is a port-a-potty. He says 4 out of 5 construction workers agreed it stinks like hell as they passed by it outside, and asks the crowd to give him a "hell yeah" if they agree. Goldust tries to get in the ring and attack him from behind the port-a-potty, but Austin sees it coming and slams the port-a-potty door before he lays him out and tosses him in the port-a-potty. He then says that's exactly where you go when you mess with Steve Austin. Goldust gets out of the port-a-potty, but Austin gives him a Stone Cold Stunner, pushes him back in and then pushes the port-a-potty over. Austin then stands on top of it and says that's the first commode full of whup-ass he's ever opened, and it's not the last. Austin then grabs a bottle of baby powder at the apron and tosses it into the ring before leaving.
It is noted that a wooden crate is on the stage.

He tells The Undertaker he will have to wait until Royal Rumble to rest in pieces. The Undertaker's music hits, but instead of The Undertaker, out comes a few druids wheeling out a casket. All of a sudden, Triple H says there's one thing left to do: break it down. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels comes out of the casket, which is covered in DX-related graffiti. Shawn says that D-Generation X (Shawn, Triple H, Chyna) would like to bring in the new year with style, and if it were up to the WWF, they'd have him roll out in a casket with "two skanks," but since he takes only the finest women, one of whom is in Venice, California, he'd rather come out alone than with "two ugly bimbos." He then introduces the two new members of D-Generation X: Chyna's breasts. Shawn says Chyna is not only the toughest woman in the WWF, but "the breast damn woman in town." Triple H says that if Chyna had a nipple for every time someone said she was "the breast damn woman here," she'd be a millionaire and they'd have to change their name to "Double D-Generation X." Shawn tells Owen Hart he is lucky that Triple H is lucky, but in due time, he will be better and rid the World Wrestling Federation of "that tiny little nugget." At Royal Rumble, The Undertaker will fail to beat him after a third chance, which he has given him out of the goodness of his heart. After the match, "The Rock" Rocky Maivia, finally shows up and says he has received a lot of fan mail and phone calls asking how he feels about he elderly and Social Security, and says that as long as his pockets are lined with green, he doesn't give a damn about either of those things. He tells Shamrock that he thought he was lucky, but after tonight, he's lucky as hell. Next week, the luck streak will run out, as Shamrock will come face-to-face with Faarooq, who is amazed by this statement. He tells Shamrock that he has seven days before he gets his bad ass kicked. He tells D'Lo and Kama to know their role, and tells Faarooq to head to the back. Faarooq is still staring a hole through The Rock even after this.
In footage form earlier today, Vince McMahon says that the seats around him will be filled by WWF fans. As WWF looks back on the year 1997, the WWF thanks the fans for all the moments they've shared together while committing that 1998 will be the most action-packed year ever. Vince then says "As the old saying goes: you ain't seen nothin' yet."
Before the next match, Jerry "The King" Lawler is in the ring with "Too Sexy" Brian Christopher. Lawler can't believe that he and Christopher have to face Taka Michinoku and a mystery partner tonight, but at the same time, they don't care who it is. Lawler also says that Christopher's father is none other than Jim Ross, and that Christopher will be refereed to as "Good Ol' B.C." After Taka shows up, it is announced that his mystery partner is George "The Animal" Steele, who immediately chases Lawler and Christopher out of the ring before tearing up two turnbuckles.
Jerry "The King" Lawler and "Too Sexy" Brian Christopher beat Taka Michinoku and George "The Animal" Steele by disqualification when Steele uses a foreign object to counter one being used by Lawler. After the match, The Animal grabs a drink container from underneath the ring and throws it at referee Jimmy Korderas.

We then see a video package of their "greatest hits," where they gloat about injuring Dude Love and putting Mankind in a walk-in freezer. All of a sudden, Dude Love's music plays, then Dude Love appears on the TitanTron. He says they broken his ribs and his heart, and that they did not play by the rules. He announces he will step down and let another man do the fighting for him. Dude Love then transforms into Mankind, and says he has been looking forward to this moment. His body may have thawed out, but his heart remains frozen, which is bad news for The New Age Outlaws. He then realizes that they may not have committed a crime, but instead gave him a favor, because it's all starting to make sense. They're on Raw in Long Island, New York, and he's finally home. He transforms into Cactus Jack, and says he's going to kick their asses. He also tells Mrs. Foley that he's not alone and has help in the form of "Chainsaw Charlie." Cactus Jack then shows up with a barbed wire baseball bat, and The New Age Outlaws immediately go to town on him. It doesn't take long until Cactus Jack puts both men in the Mandible Claw, and the match starts.

She is proud of the new swimsuit issue available, and decides to give the fans a preview of what to expect. "Marvelous" Marc Mero shows up with a steel chair in his hands as Sable is about to disrobe, and asks her if she would do anything to humiliate him. Sable says "no," and Mero says people came here to see him wrestler, not to see her take her clothes off. Kevin Kelly tells Mero to take it easy, but Mero tells Sable that she'd be nothing without him and calls Kevin Kelly "a third-string announcer" before hitting him with a low blow. Mero then yells at Sable again, then Tom Brandi gets in the ring and strikes Mero from behihnd before helping Sable out of the ring. Mero then hits Tom Brandi from behind with the steel chair before hitting him with the TKO and stuffing the cover of the new Raw Magazine down his throat and a picture of Sable from the magazine in his trunks. Mero then says that if he sees any more posters, pictures or magazine covers of Sable, he'll do to the entire crowd what he did to Brandi. He then says that he is the star of this show.

Paul Bearer is shocked, as is Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler. The Undertaker then speaks into the camera, saying he will not fight Kane and that he will burn in Hell before he does.

The buzzing sound of a chainsaw is heard, and a chainsaw cuts through the door to the locker room. Cole and the Outlaws run for the hills while Cactus Jack and Chainsaw Charlie look for the Outlaws.

He talks about The Artist Formerly Known As Goldust and Luna Vachon dressed up as a Christmas tree and a reindeer, respectively, as well as "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels and "Triple H" Hunter Hearst Helmsley "showing their buttcheeks on national TV and having a phony match for a championship." He says that nobody has respect for wrestling anymore and asks where wrestling - not "sports entertainment" - is. Just a couple of years ago, he left Tennessee and moved to Connecticut to work in the WWF full-time, which he compares to "trading a Hawaiian vacation for a bed in the cancer ward." He talks about how in Connecticut, there is snow seven months out of the year, there are real estate prices that would make Donald Trump's hair stand on end, and there is the rudest bunch of people he's ever seen where English is a second language and traffic jams occur at four o'clock in the morning. Over the last couple of years, however, he says he hasn't seen any wrestling. He admits there are plenty of great wrestlers in the WWF, but they don't have any time to wrestle due to everything else going on. He says the problem is that "a game show host from Minneapolis with phony hair, phony teeth and a phony tan" is running WCW while the WWF is run by Yankees up north in Connecticut who wouldn't know a wrestling match if it bit them as they sit around all day listening to fans on the Internet who wouldn't know a wrist lock from a wrist watch. He doesn't care what some Yankee from New York City wants to see; he wants to see wrestling matches with wrestlers. He wants to see real, old-fashioned wrestling and people with respect for the traditions of the wrestling industry and the sport of wrestling in general. He doesn't want to see sports entertainment and flying donkey all around. He thinks it's garbage, insulting and a shame to a fine sport. Down South, they know wrestling and grew up on it and respected it. He says it's about time that the promoters in today's industry realize that wrestling fans watching a wrestling program want to see wrestlers wrestle. The problem is that nobody has respect for tradition like he does, and says he has always been associated with real, good, old-fashioned wrestling and not a circus sideshow. If nobody else wants to bring wrestling over here, then maybe it's going to be up to him. He says it might as well be his New Year's resolution for 1998 to bring tradition and real wrestling back to the WWF.

Kama Mustafa beats Dale Hutchinson. After the match, The Nation of Domination (Faarooq, Kama Mustafa, D'Lo Brown) beat Hutchinson up.
The Legion of Doom (Road Warrior Animal and Road Warrior Hawk) beat Steve Rivers and Ken Johnson.
Vince McMahon interviews Brian Pillman. Pillman says he has not seen evidence of Ken Shamrock being "The World's Most Dangerous Man" in the WWF as The British Bulldog gave Shamrock a taste of what to expect at SummerSlam. As for the promise made by "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, he tells Austin to leave his can of whupass back home, apply some lip gloss and pucker up, because after SummerSlam, he will be kissing Owen Hart's ass. He then says The Undertaker has now been exposed as a murderous, lecherous punk, and that there is no better person to take care of someone so pernicious as Bret "The Hit Man" Hart and win the WWF Championship for the fifth time. As for his own match with Goldust, Pillman says everyone knows Goldust's history, and all that abuse and neglect that he suffered at the hand of his father will be amended, as he will pay him a lot of attention and both embarrass and humiliate him far beyond the scope of his drag queen status. If he does not, he will wrestle him the next night in a dress, and if he has to throw one on, it might as well be one of Marlena's. If it comes to that, that will not be the only thing of Marlena's he will be getting into.
Salvatore Sincere tells the crowd that he loves them from the bottom of his heart.
We see some comments from earlier this week from "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock, where he says that he has seen a lot of rule-breaking, spitting and slapping. When he steps in the ring, he will do whatever it takes to win, whether it be kicking people in the groin or throwing people over the top rope. He sees everybody doing these things, and if they can play that game, so can he.
