Generation NXT - NXT recap for February 11, 2025

Cora Jade beats Bayley after Roxanne Perez shows up and mockingly mimics NXT-era Bayley, allowing Cora jade to hit Bayley with two double underhook DDT's, the second in the ring. After the match, General Manager Ava whispers something to Giulia backstage. After the match, General Manager Ava shows up and makes Cora, Roxanne and Bayley's Triple Threat Match at Vengeance Day a Fatal 4-Way, with Giulia defending the NXT Women's Championship in the match.

Backstage, Zaria and Sol Ruca talk about their upcoming matches when Nikkita Lyons butts in. This leads to Nikkita challenging Zaria to a match in the ensuing argument.

Oba Femi heads to the ring. Oba says that his match at Vengeance Day is more of a handicap match than a Triple Threat Match, as A-Town Down Under (Grayson Waller and Austin Theory) will try to team up to take his title only for their egos to get in the way, as it is every man for themselves. A-Town Down Under shows up, and says Grayson thought better of Oba and that the pressure is getting to him. Theory puts Grayson on a pedestal as "a pillar of NXT" and says other people get all the credit. Theory then says that Grayson Waller will help him win the NXT Championship. Grayson then puts Theory on a pedestal before stating that Theory will be riding shotgun when he becomes champion. Oba cannot believe what he is hearing, and Grayson says the NXT Championship means a lot to him and that he will do what it takes to win it, but Theory calls him out for that and says he has never won the the title, either, but Grayson says "No one cares." Theory roasts Grayson for never holding a singles title in WWE, and Grayson roasts Theory for being on the floor when he held the and says Theory should thank him for saving his career. Theory then says he will do what it takes to win the title. A-Town Down Under agree they will do just that and decide who will be champion, then Grayson says that Oba's plan did not work and that he will go on to become champion. Theory confronts Grayson, then ducks so that Grayson can hit Oba so they can double-team him. Grayson picks up the NXT Championship, then Theory takes it and looks at it before laying it on top of Oba Femi.

We hear from Eddy Thorpe, who says that Trick Williams has been handed opportunity after opportunity. Eddy says he wanted just one chance, but he was ignored and screwed over time and again. He then says that people cheer for Trick while they scoff him and that he now only wants vengeance, and that he will leave his mark one way or another before challenging Trick to a strap match at Vengeance Day.

It is announced that Je'Von Evans will be cleared for in-ring action at Vengeance Day, although it is possible that if Evans' jaw is re-injured, he will be out for six months and potentially medically disqualified from competing ever again. Meanwhile, General Manager Ava has Je'Von sign a waiver that holds WWE harmless of any wrongdoing in case of re-injury in order to have the match with "All Ego" Ethan Page on Vengeance Day.

Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura beat the team of Hank Walker and Tank Ledger and the team of No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne and Tavion Heights) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match. Nathan Frazer and Axiom are seen watching from the balcony during the match. After the match, Nathan Frazer and Axiom congratulate Briggs and Inamura and challenge them for the NXT Tag Team Championships at Vengeance Day.

Backstage, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo apologizes to Tony D'Angelo for being on a different page, but D'Angelo tells him there is nothing to worry about, even though he still has to fight in his steel cage match on his own.

Lexis King retains the NXT Heritage Cup Championship against JDC after using the referee as a human shield before hitting the ropes to trip JDC down and hit the Coronation.

Fallon tells them to figure stuff out, then The Fatal Influence leaves as everyone else argues.

Zaria beats Nikkita Lyons.

We hear from "All Ego" Ethan Page, who is not surprised that Je'Von Evans is medically cleared before stating that Je'Von is thinking with his heart and not his head. He says Je'Von has a full career ahead of him, but cannot help himself and will risk everything to get his hand on him. He says Je'Von has "a million dollar smile and a ten cent brain" and that what will happen to him is not his fault, and that Je'Von has a target on his jaw. Ethan says that what will happen at Vengance Day will be ten time worse and that Je'Von will have to look for a new career after he ends his.

Sarah Schreiber interviews Trick Williams on the balcony as the steel cage is being constructed. Trick Williams accepts Eddy Thorpe's challenge for a strap match at Vengeance Day after everything Eddy has done and that Eddy will have to face him man-to-man before he beats his ass.

Ricky Starks, having been released from All Elite Wrestling the previous weekend, suddenly appears in the crowd and says that if NXT is the future of professional wrestling, then it needs a Superstar of the future. He says that if NXT is the hottest brand, then it needs the hottest free agent right now. Ricky says not to let the handsome face and expensive fragrance fool them, as he is here to turn NXT upside down, and that the revolution is about to be televised again.

Backstage, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer wish each other luck at Vengeance Day, then Ridge Holland walks by for the next match.

Backstage, Andre Chase is met by Kale Dixon, who introduces him to Uriah Connors. The two of them want Andre to join them, but Andre still seems to have Chase University on his mind.

Tony D'Angelo retains the NXT North American Championship against Ridge Holland thanks to Izzi Dame, who sneaks a crowbar into the ring. Even though Ridge is able to use the crowbar first, D'Angelo is able to fight back and retain. After the match, Ridge Holland attacks Stacks as The D'Angelo Family (Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino, Adriana Rizzo) is about to enter the ring to celebrate with Tony D'Angelo, but Stacks and Luca Crusifino force Ridge to the back. As Adriana and Izzi check on Tony, they notice Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen and Niko Vance. Izzi attacks D'Angelo with the crowbar before Spears, Vance and Jensen gang up on him, proving that Izzi was in league with Spears and company the entire time. Stacks and Crusifino rush back to the cage, but they are attacked as they climb upwards, and Spears hits D'Angelo with a powerslam off the middle rope into a metal folding chair.

Four unknown men put on masks to end the show following a video package for Vengeance Day.
