Nathan Frazer and Axiom retain the NXT Tag Team Championships against Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura. After the match, the four masked men who have been hinted at at the end of the show for the last few weeks finally show up and attack everyone who has been in the match. One man is identifed as Dion Lennox, while another is identified as Cutler James.
At the restaurant, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo is not happy about what happened last week, and says that Tony D'Angelo's back is in bad shape and that Shawn Spears will pay. He says that he will do this on his own, and is Shawn Spears wants family vs. family, he will take the head off the snake next week, as his family is the only family in NXT and payback will not be pretty.
Eddy Thorpe beats Trick Williams in a Strap Match. During the match, Trick hits Thorpe with the Trick Shot, knocking Thorpe out of the ring. When Trick gets Thorpe back in the ring, Thorpe is able to smack Trick in the crotch with the strap to win.
We hear from Ricky Starks, who talks about his sudden appearance in NXT and that he will be watching tonight's show. He announces that next Tuesday, he will sign his official NXT contract.
"All Ego" Ethan Page beats Je'Von Evans despite having his jaw stomped on near the end of the match. After the match, Je'Von Evans is seen bleeding out of his mouth again.
Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Stephanie Vaquer, who says that she has made history tonight and that her night is not over, as she will be watching tonight's main event.
Oba Femi retains the NXT Championship against Grayson Waller and Austin Theory in a Triple Threat Match after outsmarting both of them throughout the match, with Grayson inadvertently hitting Theory with the rolling Stunner before Grayson eats a Fall From Grace, allowing Oba Femi to retain. After the match, the lights go out, then spotlights shine on the four masked men from earlier, who are now in the crowd. The four men get in the ring and decimate Oba Femi.
Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews General Manager Ava, who is at a loss for words. She says she will deal with the four masked men eventually, then announces that Roadblock will be taking place on March 11th when Arianna Grace makes a return to NXT, thanking her for the NXT-TNA Liaison role before introducing her to TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella. Ava and Santino leave to discuss ideas.
Giulia retains the NXT Women's Championship against Roxanne Perez, Cora Jade and Bayley in a Fatal 4-Way Match. After the match, Stephanie Vaquer shows up and raises her title along with Giulia's to close out the show. Suddenly, Jordynne Grace shows up, now as a part of NXT, and the three of them have a staredown.
