Suddenly, Will Ospreay shows up and fights Fletcher, then Archer goes for a choke slam. Ospreay flips out of the slam, then he and Omega finish Archer off. Omega and Ospreay have a confrontation, but Ospreay sees Fletcher coming and takes him down. "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita then shows up, and he and Omega brawl. Fletcher suplexes Omega from behind, and Takeshita hits a lariat. Ospreay fights Fletcher and Takeshita, but gets overpowered, and Fletcher and Takeshita soon stand tall in the ring.

Jeff Jarrett heads to the ring. Jarrett says the last few weeks have been humbling for him until MJF suddenly arrives and tells Jarrett he has yet to learn the definition of the world "humbling," then calls him out for turning him down last week. Jarrett chews MJF out for being too lazy to wrestle in the Casino Gauntlet, and MJF screams at Jarrett for interrupting him. MJF says he would be in the hall of fame if he retired tomorrow, and that Jarrett has convinced everyone he is a legend. He also calls Jeff Jarrett "the last thing you see before your favorite wrestling company dies" and "the definition of a pro wrestling Grim Reaper" and says his career makes him want to drink. MJF realizes Jarrett is a recovering alcoholic and proposes sending Jarrett back to rehab where he belongs, then tells Jarrett to tell Karen Jarrett to stick around so he can ship her back to Tennessee after she knows what his balls taste like. Jarrett admits that the best years of his career are behind him, but when he entered last years' Owen Hart Tournament, the fans awakened a passion in him that he did not know he still had, and he will do everything he can to keep that passion going. Jarrett says that passion will put him on track to becoming AEW World Champion, and that MJF can come out and poke fun at him and hurt him, but he was MJF before MJF was MJF and did it better than him. He also says that MJF confuses him, as he cannot tell if he is a dumbass or a scumbag, then concludes he is probably both before stating he feels sorry for him after being raised by a "call girl mother" and "an ambulance chasing old man." He also says that when he was born, his mom still made his dad pay for it, and also implies his girlfriend is a ring rat before stating that MJF needs him because he is drowning in his own shit and "a scared little boy." He says that MJF's best days are behind him, that he is scared of putting in the work to become world champion, and is scared of becoming a one-hit wonder. MJF says he is nothing like Jarrett and that he did not need his father to become a top guy, for he is self-made, and when he is king of the mountain, AEW makes history. He says he was on top of the world until he was screwed, and says the same people who put him on a pedestal have swept it all out from under him, and that he must become world champ to shove it down everyone else's throats. MJF scoffs at the idea of waiting behind Jarrett, saying that the fans are dumb and have never given a single solitary shit about him, and calls Jarrett a leech riding the coattails of a deceased friend. When MJF keeps mentioning Owen Hart, Jeff Jarrett snaps and attacks MJF. Security holds Jarrett back as Karen shows up, and MJF grabs Karen from behind briefly before running away.
We see a video package for Tomohiro Ishii vs. "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada for the AEW Continental Championship on Collision.

As Taz is about to step in, Samoa Joe suddenly shows up for the first time in months and goes on the attack, and Shibata helps Joe out.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Jeff Jarrett. Suddenly, "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes shows up and says MJF does not know a thing about passion or anything they have been through like they do and that he is "110% behind" Jarrett and wants to see him become AEW World Champion. He says that "outlaws never die" and that the two of them are among the last of their kind.

After attacking the knee with a chair, The Death Riders retreat as Rated FTR (Adam Copeland, Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler) rush into the ring to end the show.
