Generation NXT - NXT recap for November 12, 2024

Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia beat The Meta-Four (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson). Backstage, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer are interviewed regarding the Women's Iron Survivor qualifiers, and both tell each other that they will see each other in the Women's Iron Survivor Match at Deadline.

It is announced that Trick Williams, Kelani Jordan, Wes Lee and Roxanne Perez will be in a special edition of Trivial Pursuit this Thursday night on The CW.

Sol Ruca beats Cora Jade in a Women's Iron Survivor qualifier.

Backstage, Je'Von Evans and Cedric Alexander talk about their matches in the Men's Iron Survivor qualifiers, while Karmen Petrovic and Dion Lennox talk favorite colors when Brinley Reece and Ashante "Thee" Adonis want to know what is going on. When Adonis confronts Karmen for meeting with Lennox, Lennox proposes that the four of them face each other in a mixed tag match.

General Manager Ava speaks with multiple tag teams in a conference room to see who wants to step up and become the #1 contenders for the tag team titles, and this leads to all the tag teams arguing with each other. At the beginning of the meeting, Josh Briggs is shown as being in the room before he quickly walks out.

Wes Lee beats Cedric Alexander in a Men's Iron Survivor qualifier after Wes Lee trips Cedric Alexander into an exposed turnbuckle that Wes Lee ripped the turnbuckle pad off of.

Tony D'Angelo is met by Shawn Spears and Brooks Jensen at his restaurant. Shawn meets with D'Angelo regarding the North American Championship and applauds D'Angelo's time and work in NXT before stating that he wants Jensen to challenge him for the title. Afterwards, the two of them get back in their vehicle, and we find out that Niko Vance is their driver.

Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Kelani Jordan, who wants to fight The Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, Jazmyn Nyx) to get her title back. Fallon and Jazmyn show up, and Jazmyn tells Kelani that she will not win before Fallon says that Jazmyn will be the one to get the job done.

Trick Williams heads to the ring. He addresses winning last year's men's Iron Survivor Challenge and his tag team match last week with Bubby Ray Dudley before calling Ridge Holland out for what he did to him. Andre Chase shows up and says that he still has beef with Ridge, and Trick mentions how Chase always lands on his feet with every setback and recognizes him for the hard work he has done in NXT. Trick then mentions that Chase has done almost everything except win the NXT Championship, and as he proposes an NXT Championship match between the two of them, Ridge shows up and objects to this. Ridge tells Chase that he has moved on and tells Trick that he made the 2300 Arena fall silent when he pinned him, and Chase says he wants one more match with Ridge after everything he has put his university through. Ridge refuses even after Chase puts his university on the line, saying he only cares about the NXT Championship, and Trick proposes a match between Chase and Ridge where the winner faces him at Deadline, and admits that he is pulling for Chase. After Trick mentions that Chase and Chase University have a connection with the fans, Ridge says he will take that, and says that if he wins, Chase University will be done as he walks into Deadline with a title shot while Chase has nothing. Ridge says that this is a big gamble for a man who has never won the big one, and when he asks Chase what he will do, Chase says "You're on," then says Ridge will get a Chase University-style ass whipping. Ridge punches Chase, Trick hits Ridge with an Uranage, then Chase and Trick hit Ridge with the Chase U stomps.

We hear from Jaida Parker, who says that Sol Ruca may have qualified, but she will not win the Women's Iron Survivor Match, as she will win that match and become Iron Survivor herself.

Backstage, Josh Briggs meets with General Manager Ava along with his old tag team partner Yoshiki Inamura from Pro Wrestling Noah regarding the NXT tag team titles. Eddy Thorpe shows up wanting to meet with Ava after being blown off, and Ava tells Thorpe he is in a men's Iron Survivor qualifier.

Nikkita Lyons beats Adriana Rizzo. After the match, Adriana hits Nikkita with a crowbar.

Backstage, Thea Hail, Duke Hudson and Riley Osborne meet with Andre Chase thinking he is out of his mind, but Chase says high risk makes for high rewards and that he had to take a chance on them and it paid off. He says he will not let anything break them up and that he has to make this gamble, but Thea, Duke and Riley are concerned.

We see a vignette for Zaria, courtesy of Progressive. Zaria says she is here in NXT to rip and tear, and she wants to take part in the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge and leave no mystery as to who she is.

Je'Von Evans beats Lexis King in a men's Iron Survivor qualifier.

Backstage, Nathan Frazer and Axiom talk about the state of the tag team division, and Frazer mentions that he has gotten a men's Iron Survivor qualifier and needs some tips from Axiom, who is frustrated after hearing this. After Frazer leaves, OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) confronts Axiom over Frazer going for singles gold, and The D'Angelo Family (Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino) confronts OTM. Referees have to step in.

Backstage, Dion Lennox and Ashante "Thee" Adonis are on good terms again, and Lexis King is met by Dante Chen, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger, who congratulate Lexis on being the better man. Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) then show up and confront Hank and Tank, and both teams argue.

Fallon Henley retains the NXT Women's North American Championship after Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx distract Kelani Jordan and Jacy hits Kelani with a cheap shot. During the match, tag teams in the men's division are seen brawling backstage. After the match, OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) are on camera, and they are soon seen brawling with The D'Angelo Family (Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino). Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) joins in, as does Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. Referees rush in to restore order as the show ends.
