Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for May 10, 2026
Jonny Loquasto introduces Royce Isaacs to the ring to start tonight's show. Isaacs says he has come back after seven long years of travelling the world, cashing lots of checks and winning lots of championships, and that he has returned to do the same thing. Loquasto mentions what happened at Sunday Night Slam and announces that he has another shot at the UWN Heritage Championship, much to the chagrin of Jordan Castle, who shows up with "One in a Million" Maximilien. He calls this a new low even for Loquasto, who he accuses as having it out for him and Maximilien, and says the rematch will not happen unless he and Maximilien get something. Jordan Castle says that if Royce Isaacs loses, he cannot challenge for the Heritage Championship ever again. Loquasto says that Castle is not in the position to make demands and that his stipulation is null and void. Royce Isaacs says that he knows he can not only beat Maximilien, but he is better than him and even Jordan Castle knows it. Royce Isaacs accepts the challenge and the stipulation, and Loquasto makes it official for next week. Maximilien then stares Isaacs down, and Isaacs punks Maximilien out, causing Maximilien to flinch. Jordan Castle has to hold Maximilien back.
The OXP beats Halex.
Backstage, Ray Jaz says it is great to be back in Championship Wrestling with a change in attitude from performing for himself to performing for the fans. He says Fidel Bravo is a great competitor and that it is time to step up and give the fans what they want.
"The Anomaly" Alex Ace beats Jake Maze and Hex in a two-on-one hanidcap match.
Outside of the arena, we hear from 5150 (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie). Slice Boogie says that The Krusty Krew (Dom Kubrick and Lucas Riley) will stop annoying them, then asks who is next before stating they will enjoy the fruits of their labor before demanding to face the best and stating they will stay champions until the end of time.
The Wolf Zaddies (Che Cabrera and Bad Dude Tito) vs. The Pumpline (Boa "The Constrictor" Silva and "The Solution" Antonio Rivers from April's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.
We hear from Che Cabrera. Jonny Loquasto shows up and says that Bad Dude Tito has forgotten that he has retired both Navajo Warrior and Luster the Legend in his absence, then issues a challenge to anyone in the back. Vinny Pacifico shows up and accepts the challenge.
Fidel Bravo and Ray Jaz beat The Evantourage ("Main Evant" Evan Daniels and Bryce Saturn).
