Let's Go! - LFG recap for August 17, 2025

Bubba Ray Dudley meets with his team a few days after last week's episode. Bubba Ray defends his outburst, saying that Zena showed more fire in last week's match than ever before. Michelle McCool says that Bubba Ray refuses to see Penina Tuilaepa as the front-runner.

Sirena talks about what happened in the ring last week. She says she blacked out after being choked unconscious. Sirena says she went to medical afterwards and was cleared.

Shawn Michaels meets with the Legends and Future Greats. Elijah is injured, and there is no timetable on when he is coming back. Bubba says the weight of the world is on Zena, as he cannot trust BJ. Shawn says that there will be matches this week to see who is top man and top woman. Booker picks Harlem and Sirena. Bubba picks BJ Ray by default for the men and Zena for the women. Michelle picks Penina and Anthony. The Undertaker picks Shiloh and Bayley. Shawn tells those who have not been picked that they are at the halfway point of the competition. As Booker T and Harlem have their disagreements, Bubba Ray wants Zena to step up her games.

Zena Sterling beats Sirena Linton. Zena knows that Bubba Ray expects more of her and that she feels the pressure, as this is her dream. She says she is grateful to be in this position, as pressure makes the superstar.

BJ Ray beats Harlem Lewis with an inside cradle. Bubba Ray looks at BJ Ray as if he is still a work in progress.

Penina's father shows up before her match with Bayley Humphrey, much to Penina's delight.

Michelle McCool and The Undertaker watch the next two matches from the balcony.

Bayley Humphrey beats Penina Tuilaepa.

Anthony Luke beats Shiloh Hill after gouging Shiloh Hill's injured eye in a way the referee cannot see.

The points are awarded. For the women, Michelle McCool picks Penina. Bubba also picks Penina for making the most progress. Booker picks Sirena, and The Undertaker picks Penina. Penina gets the women's point. For the men, Booker picks Shiloh, saying he is willing to sacrifice a point due to his Michelle picks Shiloh. Bubba tells Harlem that he needs to listen a little bit more and picks Shiloh, as does The Undertaker. Shiloh win the men's point unanimously. For the men, Elijah has two points, Shiloh has two points, Harlem has one point, Drake has one point and Anthony has one point. For the women, Penina has four points, Sirena has two points, and Dani has one point. For the Legends, Team McCool has five points, Team Booker has four points, Team Undertaker has three points and Team Bubba has two points.

After the show, Harlem talks with Booker and the two of them iron things out. Booker tells Harlem to trust him during the competition.
