Impact Wrestling One Night Only: GFW Amped Anthology, Part 4 - The Results

Note: These shows are over two years old at the time of premiere. They were meant for a weekly television program that was never picked up. Commentary in this program has been changed to reflect current events.

EPISODE THIRTEEN

It is announced that The Bollywood Boyz (Harv and Gurv Sihra) will face The Whirlwind Gentlemen (Jack Manley and Remy Marcel) in the GFW Tag Team Tournament semi-finals.

Sonjay Dutt beats Sanada to become the #1 contender for the GFW NEX*GEN Championship. Both men show respect after the match.

In footage from earlier this week, Curt Hawkins says he lost one of the biggest matches in his career against two men he has never even heard of, saying they have never been where he had been or done what he has done. He says GFW was supposed to be a fresh start for him, and now he has a lot to prove and he is not done yet.

"The Masked Saint" Bret Granstaff beats Juicy Joey.

We hear from Nick Aldis, who is focused on beating Bobby Roode in the GFW Global Championship Tournament. He says that to beat Roode, you have to bring everything you have, and in a title match, you have to bring even more. He has been in the ring with Bobby before; some times he won, some times he lost. All he can do to prepare now is to be as close to 100% as he can possibly be. As for right now, all that is on his mind is that any other distractions or problems become irrelevant, as the Global title is everything.

Chael Sonnen talks about his history with Phil Baroni, and says he is surprised that Phil Baroni turned on him. He says that Baroni should have stayed sitting down like a fan, but instead he tried to get his big break in wrestling. He is also shocked that Baroni just might be able to get that break after how he came after him only to get held back by security.

The Bollywood Boyz (Harv and Gurv Sihra) beat The Whirlwind Gentlemen (Jack Manley and Remy Marcel) to advance to the finals of the GFW Tag Team Championship Tournament. After the match, Christina Von Eerie attacks The Bollywood Boyz' dancers, then Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster the Legend) attack The Bollywood Boyz from behind. Amber Gallows gets in the ring and Spears Von Eerie, then The Bollywood Boys take advantage and send Reno Scum packing out of the ring.

EPISODE FOURTEEN

We see footage from earlier today of both Nick Aldis and Bobby Roode entering the arena.

Enigma beats Bestia 666 and Cielo Escorpion in a three-way match.

Chael Sonnen shows up. As he is waiting to hear from Jeff Jarrett, he thought he would show up and give tribute to what GFW is all about. They have laid the groundwork, the tournament has been set, and the finalists are in place. He introduces Bobby Roode, followed by Nick Aldis. Roode says he made it perfectly clear why he was coming to GFW. He does not need to be here, as he works for a real wrestling company in TNA, and has held just about every title there, including the King of the Mountain title, which he is holding now. He is here to become the first-ever GFW Global Champion, and the only thing standing in his way is Nick Adlis. They have both comea long way, and he will soo show Aldis what "The It Factor of Professional Wrestling is all about." WHe the bell rings, all he is going to do is kick Aldis' ass, and when he wins, he will take a plane to TNA headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee and have a party, or he can walk to the back, find the closest trash can he can find, throw the title in and light it on fire. When he beats Aldis for the Global title, he will do whatever he wants, and there is nothing anybody can do it. Aldis gives Roode some veteran advice: the last person who was cheerleader for the title ended up getting bitch-slapped and looking at the lights. He agrees that Roode does not need to be here, but says Roode wants to be here, and when he sees the crowd in Las Vegas, Nevada, he knows GFW is a step up. He says that Roode is hedging his bets and wants to keep one of his feet in TNA, but the real winners roll the dice. The only thing that Roode will be taking back to Dixie Carter is his size 12 foot up his rectum. Suddenly, Stu Stone and Chris Mordetzky show up. Stu Stone says Aldis has been ignoring them, but Aldis tells them to go back to the back as nobody cares what they have to say. Stu says that's not true, because when he speaks, people listen. When the time is right, Mordetzky will deliver the flowers in his hands and everything will be alright. Roode tells Aldis to take the flowers home to his wife and kids, since he will not be taking home the title. Aldis tires to attack Roode, but Chael Sonnen holds him back and allows Roode to get a piece of him. When Aldis confronts Sonnen, Roode puts Aldis in the Crossface.

Christina Von Eerie beats Amber Gallows to become the inaugural GFW Women's Champion! Karen Jarrett presents Christina Von Eerie with the title after the match, then Von Eerie celebrates with Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster The Legend).

Jeff says he could not be any mor eexcited as the tag team titles are on the line tonight. He says there are four distinct divisions in the company - The Women's Division, The NEX*Gen Division, The Tag Team Division and The Global Division - and they are the centerpiece of the company. He has always wanted to stand on bell-to-bell action for a foundation. Suddenly, Chael Sonnen shows up and says he is responsible for GFW's success, but says Jeff Jarrett has been ducking him while he has burned through so much of his family's money that he might as well call hi m"Dixie." Jeff Jarrett tells Chael Sonnen that he is a promoter at heart, and now is not the time or place about his request, but Chael Sonnen says it is his ring and that is is the place. Jeff Jarrett asks the crowd if they want to see Sonnen in a match, and asks if there are any takers in the crowd. He then says they will figure the match out, and when Sonnen speaks again, Karen grabs Jeff's microphone, tells Sonnen to shut up, and that while he is somebody in MMA, he is nothing in the world of professional wrestling. Sonnen says it never ceases to amaze him how much respect $10,000 worth of silicone can buy somebody, and he is not here to deal with her. He then continues to insult Jeff and Karen, and Karen slaps Sonnen in the face. Sonnen tells Jeff he will go to the graveyard and step on his old man if he has to, and says he is walking out until there is something more on the line. If he does not get him a match, he is out the door. Karen says that is good, as nobody wants to even see him.
