205:Alive - 205 Live recap for December 19, 2017

Before the next match, The Brian Kendrick and "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher say they had no problem with Gran Metalik until he stuck his nose in their business last week, and ask him to ask Kalisto what happens when he does, and hope Gran Metalik thought it was worth it.

Kalisto and Gran Metalik beat The Brian Kendrick and "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher by disqualification when The Brian Kendrick continuously assaults Kalisto and Gran Metalik while not being the legal man in the match. After the match, Kendrick and Gallagher toss Kalisto into the ring post. Gallagher then goes to town on Gallagher with a handful of right hands. With Gran Metalik's left knee injured, Kendrick drives the steel steps into the knee to further hurt it as Gallagher presses his umbrella against Gran Metalik's chest.

In the locker room, Enzo Amore says tonight was supposed to be a celebration, but instead, he has to do damage control due to Drew Gulak's loss last night. He says Gulak had one job to keep Cedric Alexander from winning, but he blew it. Gulak says he can make it up to him by beating Cedric Alexander tonight and ground him for good, and begin a better 205 Live in earnest when he annihilates him. Enzo Amore tells Ariya Daivari that this is what he is talking about, and tells him that if he wants to stay on The 'Zo Train, he should show a little passion.

Hideo Itami beats Colin Delaney in his 205 Live debut.

Dasha Fuentes interviews Enzo Amore. He says he promised The 'Zo Train a learning experience last week. Suddenly, Cedric Alexander shows up. Enzo tells Cedric that when you're a "real one," you don't need a second chance as you always get the job done. Cedric says if he really was that good, he wouldn't need The 'Zo Train to back him up. He says he is the "real one" only in his fantasy world and that there is only one word to describe him. Cedric leaves, and Enzo says that word is "champion."

Before the next match, Drew Gulak asks for no chanting. He says he would usually come out with a Powerpoint presentation for his plans for a better 205 Live, but there is a time for ClipArt and a time for action. Drew Gulak then makes it clear that Cedric Alexander will learn that you do not mess with The 'Zo Train.

Cedric Alexander beats Drew Gulak when Drew Gulak finds himself standing on the ropes in the corner again and Cedric Alexander takes advantage of Drew Gulak's hesitation to hit the Lumbar Check. After the match, Enzo Amore gets on the apron, but Ariya Daivari tries to sneak up on Cedric Alexander. Cedric sees Ariya Daivari coming and hits him with the Lumbar Check. Enzo retreats.
