WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament - Part One

Triple H welcomes everyone to the show.

We are introduced to commentators Michael Cole and Nigel McGuinness.

We are introduced to Trent Seven, a purveyor of strong style and H.C. Dyer, who isn't afraid to knock anyone out.

Trent Seven beats H.C. Dyer to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament.

We are introduced to Jordan Devlin, a protege of Finn Balor and a purveyor of strong style and catch wrestling, and boxing-trained Danny Burch, who is no stranger to the WWE Universe as he has performed in the past on NXT.

Finn Balor is seen in the audience, as is OTT Wrestling promoter Joey Cabray.

Jordan Devlin beats Danny Burch to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament due to referee stoppage, despite Burch getting his shoulder up during a pinfall, after the back of Burch's head is revealed to be busted open. After the match, they shake hands, but Devlin superkicks Burch in the face.

Charly Caruso interviews Jordan Devlin, who calls his "clean, decisive win" a confidence booster, even though he doesn't need on as he is a thoroughbred and that he is this tournament until the end.

We are introduced to Saxton Huxley, who considers himself a knowledgeable wrestler, and Sam Gradwell, who wants to make a name for himself in the WWE.

Sam Gradwell beats Saxon Huxley to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament.

Dave Taylor is seen in the audience.

We are introduced to Pete Dunne, who has trained in Japan to get to where he is now, and Roy Johnson, who comes from a powerlifting background and claims the other competitors don't know half of what he's capable of.

Pete Dunne beats Roy Johnson to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament, where he will meet Sam Gradwell. Dunne slaps the hand of Johnson away as he refuses to shake his hand after the match.

We are introduced to Wolfgang, who will do what it takes to win and make his way into WWE, and Tyson T-Bone, a heavily tattooed brawler.

Charly Caruso interviews Tyson T-Bone, who admits his mindset is a little off but is more confident due to being placed with a brawler in Wolfgang in the first round.

Jon Briley and Jim Smallman of Progress Wrestling are seen in the audience.

Wolfgang beats Tyson T-Bone to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament, where he will face Trent Seven.

Charly Caruso interviews Wolfgang, who says that Trent Seven will find out why he's called "The Big Bad Wolf," and that there will be a party when he wins on his path to take the United Kingdom title back to Scotland.

We are introduced to James Drake, who has fought everyone all over the UK and considers his tournament win inevitable, and Joseph Connors, who has been all over Europe and plans to take his platform to an even bigger crowd by going all the way.

Joseph Connors beats James Drake to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament.

We are introduced to Mark Andrews, the only Welshman in the tournament, and Dan Moloney, who has a lot to prove.

Charly Caruso interviews Mark Andrews, who says he's not the biggest or the strongest, but is always the underdog. He plans to high-five and stage dive his way through the tournament.

Mark Andrews beats Dan Moloney to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament, where he will face Joseph Connors.

We are introduced to Tucker, a technical brawler who has overcome a potentially career-ending injury to bounce back and show what he's made of, and Tyler Bate, a man who can knock anyone out and has nothing to lose in this tournament.

Mark Dallas and Duncan Gray of ICW are seen in the audience.

Tyler Bate beats Tucker to continue to the quarterfinals of the tournament, where he will face Jordan Devlin.

William Regal and Nigel McGuinness are on the stage, where they introduce the quarterfinal matches: Tyler Bate vs. Jordan Devlin, Trent Seven vs. Wolfgang, Pete Dunne vs. Sam Gradwell, and Mark Andrews vs. Joseph Connors. Regal wishes them all the best of luck, but reminds them only one can be United Kingdom champion. Pete Dunne then suddenly attacks Gradwell, and a cross Regal has to keep him away from Gradwell.

After the show, Pete Dunne is confronted by both William Regal and Triple H backstage. William Regal is visibly angry at Dunne, thinking that Dunne will run six whole months worth of hard work while Triple H simply tells him "Make a name for yourself, kid." Regal wants Dunne punished for his behavior.
