"Stone Cold" Steve Austin tells "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels that he is going to whip his ass.

Sycho Sid shows up and distracts Vader during his match with Phineas I. Godwinn, saying he's from Arkansas, too. After Phineas hits a belly-to-back suplex on Vader, Sid leaves. Nevertheless, Vader beats Phineas I. Godwinn.
Jim Ross interviews Mr. Perfect in the ring. He says that there is only one Mr. Perfect in the WWF, and we're all looking at him. He says he never backs up for anything or complains or turns down a challenge, and says he will get the job done against Hunter Hearst Helmsley next week. He has been waiting a long time to come back into the ring, and proclaims that he is the greatest Intercontinental Champion and athlete the WWF has ever produced, and he plans to prove it.

Jerry "The King" Lawler makes fun of Jake "The Snake" Roberts and implies that Roberts has relapsed on his alcohol addiction yet again before the next match. Jake "The Snake" Roberts shows up with a bag with the snake in one hand and a bottle in a paper bag in the other, revealing that Roberts is drunk. WWF President Gorilla Monsoon shows up and checks on Roberts, and we find out it's all a set-up. After the break, Jake "The Snake" Roberts beats Jerry "The King" Lawler with a single DDT, then grabs the bottle of Jim Beam in the paper bag and pours it on Lawler's face before he sics Revelations on him.
"The Real Double J" Jesse James says that after Jeff Jarrett lost the Intercontinental Championship, Jarrett gave him the opportunity to go with him or stay in the WWF. He also says that "Double J" Jeff Jarrett boasted that he could pluck him out of obscurity and take him around the world, but he knows now that Jarrett took him from nowhere and left him nowhere. He and Jim Johnston now plan to re-release "With My Baby Tonight" on a brand-new album, and there is now talk of a duet with a major country star. Next week, Jesse James will talk about an experience he had in Operation Desert Storm.
Hunter Hearst Helmsley handcuffs his ring escort to the turnbuckle before the next match to keep Mr. Perfect from walking to the back with her. When Mr. Perfect shows up and Hunter Hearst Helmsley notices him, Mr. Perfect produces a key from underneath the cuff link of his coat, unlocks the handcuffs and hands the key back to a nearby security guard. Helmsley notices Mr. Perfect walk away with his escort, and when he chases after Perfect, Perfect punches him in the face and knocks him out. Freddie Joe Floyd beats Hunter Hearst Helmsley by count-out.
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin says that since Bret "The Hit Man" Hart wasn't man enough to get back in the ring with him, he's going to whip "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michael's ass tonight.
Sunny shows up. She introduces the newest, hottest, sexiest thing going today: herself. A large poster of herself drops from the top of the arena, then Sunny guests on commentary for the next match.
Mankind realizes that it will not be him going in a hole in the earth in the cemetery, and that it will be The Undertaker who is buried alive this Sunday. He will finally sleep when his image is reality, and Paul Bearer tells The Undertaker that loyalty means nothing.
Faarooq Asaad beats Alex "The Pug" Porteau.
The rain has stopped, but The Undertaker says that this is only the calm before the real storm. He tells Mankind that he grew stronger and evil the more he evaded his grasp, and now he must be his judge, jury and executioner, and if it takes destroying The Undertaker to destroy Mankind, then so be it. He then tells Mankind to imagine what it will be like when he is buried alive and unable to rest in peace.
Vader and Jim Cornette are watching the main event from backstage. Jim Cornette says what he sees does not impress him, and he and Vader plan to be in the title hunt again after Survivor Series. He tells Sycho Sid it's his bad luck to be in their way, and that nobody will keep Vader from the WWF Championship.
Sycho Sid tells Vader that he plans to lift him seven feet in the air and drop him to the mat at In Your House: Buried Alive. He apologizes to "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, as he will have to face him at Survivor Series.
"The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin ends when Vader interferes. Savio Vega shows up to even the numbers game, but eats a Stone Cold Stunner from Austin. Austin and Vader continue to attack Shawn before Sycho Sid gets in the ring and forces Vader to retreat. "Diesel" and "Razor Ramon" show up from behind Vader and watch from the entrance ramp as Sid and Shawn argue, and leave when Austin and Vader get back in the ring only to be forced back out by Sid and Shawn, who then celebrate at the end of the show.
