Jim Cornette has used legal representation and a contractual loophole to strip Diesel and "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels of the WWF Tag Team Championships and bring them back to Owen Hart and Yokozuna. Gorilla Monsoon further orders a future rematch with Diesel and Michaels, and that Hart and Yokozuna defend the tag team titles tonight.

The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn) beat Owen Hart and Yokozuna to win the WWF Tag Team Championships for the second time from the men they lost them to at WrestleMania 11 when Billy and Bart use Yokozuna's own weight against him. Diesel and "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, who watched the match from backstage, congratulate The Smoking
Jean-Pierre LaFitte takes on Bret "The Hit Man" Hart, and Razor Ramon and The 1-2-3 Kid settle their score next week on Raw!
Dok Hendrix interviews Interim WWF President Gorilla Monsoon, and we learn about some of the matches for the next In Your House on October 22. The Undertaker will take on King Mabel. The British Bulldog will take on Diesel for the WWF Championship. Bret "The Hit Man" officially has a match against whomever will be WWF Champion the following month at Survivor Series. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels will also defend the WWF Intercontinental Championship against Dean Douglas.
The Undertaker beats The British Bulldog by disqualification when King Mabel jumps in and attacks 'Taker along Bulldog. During the match, it is noted that King Mabel, Sir Mo and Waylon Mercy are watching this match from afar. King Mabel jumps in during the match and double teams 'Taker with Bulldog, but they both retreat when Diesel and "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels rush into the ring. Owen Hart and Yokozuna show up, but The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn) rush in fresh out of the showers in only their trademark blue jeans, ready to strike in case they get in the ring. 'Taker shakes hands with everyone as Diesel's entrance music plays.
Diesel and "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels return to the ring for the end of the show.
