Raw Deal - Raw recap for April 5, 1993

Bam Bam Bigelow beats Virgil.

When "The King" Jerry Lawler shows up, he demands respect. The audience calls him "Burger King," and Lawler threatens to walk out if the audience continues to call him that. He makes good on his promise as the fans continue.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Mr. Fuji and Yokozuna. Fuji insists that Yokozuna is still WWF Champion and should be made champion again by WWF President Jack Tunney on the grounds that Yokozuna's match with Hogan was not officially sanctioned.

Bob Backlund beats Kim Chee with a bridge pin.

Damien Demento beats "Jumping" Jim Brunzell. During the match, Rob Bartlet is on the phone, desperate to leave Las Vegas with nothing but the clothes on his back.

"The King" Jerry Lawler appears again. Once again, the crowd cheers "Burger King," and Lawler leaves.

There will be a special encore presentation of WrestleMania 9 next Monday night on pay-per-view!

The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott Steiner) beat The Beverly Brothers (Bo and Luke Beverly).

"The King" Jerry Lawler beats Jim Powers.

After the break, "The King" Jerry Lawler trash-talks "Macho Man" Randy Savage and challenges him to a match next week.

Next week on Raw: Money Inc. ("The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and Irwin R. Schyster) vs. The Bushwhackers (Bushwhacker Butch and Bushwhacker Luke)!
