Take The Wrestling Challenge - Wrestling Challenge recap for April 4, 1993

The show starts in front of Caesars Palace, where Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan discuss who they think will win at WrestleMania 9. We then see the footag of Doink attacking Crush from behind with the prosthetic arm.

Crush beats Barry Horowitz with the Cranium Crusher.

Bob Backlund beats an unnamed opponent.

Bobby "The Brain" Heenan is trying to buy a T-shirt when Gorilla Monsoon calls him over to the casino for an interview with Yokozuna and Mr. Fuji. Mr. Fuji say that Yokozuna will take the WWF Championship at WrestleMania 9. We then see the contract signing between Bret "Hit Man" Hart and Yokozuna, which quickly ended in Yokozuna decimating Bret.

Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan are seen heading outside through the entrance door, and Gorilla gives Heenan a hard time for it.

The Bret "Hit Man" Hart/Yokozuna video package to the tune of Aretha Franklin's "Respect" is replayed.

Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan interview Bret "Hit Man" Hart, who says he is all right after being maimed by Yokozuna. He knows he is going into WrestleMania 9 as the underdog, and that Yokozuna wants to crush him. He says it won't happen, as he is the best technical wrestler in WWF history and plans to prove to him why he is the WWF Champion. Heenan expresses doubt about Hart putting Yokozuna in the Sharpshooter, but Bret says he has all sorts of moves up his sleeve, and after the ten-minute mark, Yokozuna will be his.

The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) beat Les Parker and Jim Powers.

Sean Mooney advertises Monday Night Raw at the Manhattan Center in Midtown Mahattan, New York on Monday Night, April 26th. We then hear from The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott Steiner), who plan to beat The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) to get closer to a tag team title shot at WrestleMania 9.

"The Narcissist" Lex Luger beats Gary Sabaugh.

Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan interview Mr. Perfect outside of Caesar's Palace, who says that there is only one Mr. Perfect: himself. When "The Narcissist" Lex Luger shows up at WrestleMania 9, he will be broken into a million pieces like Evel Knievel, because he is exactly what he says he is: perfect.

Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan meet and interview Harvey Wippleman and Giant Gonzales outside of the shops. Wippleman says that The Undertaker will be destroyed by Giant Gonzales, just like how Virgil was destroyed by Gonzales on the most recent Superstars. Wippleman goes on to say that Caesars Palace will be decorated like a Roman coliseum, but Giant Gonzales says he will turn it into a Roman cemetary. We then see pre-recorded footage from The Undertaker and Paul Bearer, where The Undertaker says the sands fall rapidly through the hourglass and that the Giant Gonzales will soon take his rightful place along with all the battered corpses in the graveyard, and he will possess his soul.

Shawn Michaels says that so many champions have stepped into the ring at Caesars Palace, but none of them are like him, the Intercontinental Champion and the sexist man alive. He is then met in his hotel suite by Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, the latter of whom accidentally sits on the piano. Shawn says Gorilla is just like everyone in the casino who are betting it all on Tatanka. Shawn says Tatanka may have been lucky once or twice, but the Intercontinental Championship is going into WrestleMania 9 with the title and coming back out of it.

Kamala beats Chris Katowski.

Sean Mooney advertises Monday Night Raw at the Manhattan Center in Midtown Mahattan, New York on Monday Night, April 26th again. We then hear from Bam Bam Bigelow, who announces that at WrestleMania 9, he will face Kamala to see who the true beast is.

We see procession of gladiators and beautiful people bringing out Caesar and Cleopatra as Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan close out the show with "Mean" Gene Okerlund interviewing The Mega-Maniacs from this week's Superstars. Hogan says that everyone knows that the eagle is flying slowly and the flag is hanging low, but when you train, say your prayers, take your vitamins, believe in yourself and believe in him, that means you believe in the youth of America and in Hulkamania, and he cannot think of a better time that this Sunday for America to "do a 360" turn it around against Money, Inc. ("The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and Irwin R. Schyster) for the tag team titles, so he can tell President Bill Clinton to sleep easy after Sunday. He says The Mega-Maniacs will bankrupt Money Inc. and seize all their assets before throwing them in a semi-trailer, dragging it from New York City to Las Vegas to Los Angeles while Jimmy Hart throws all the money out to ease the national deficit. Hart says he will line up all the major tag teams in the WWF, and there is no doubt in his mind that The Mega-Maniacs will wipe the floor with Money, Inc. before starting their world tour. Brutus tells Hart not to worry about him holding up his end of the bargain, as he is the detail man. When he climbs up to the top of Caesars Palace, he hopes the light bounces off the tag team belts at exactly the right angle so the light can go back to Venice Beach, California back to New York City so all the Hulkamaniacs will know that they are on the money. He then mentions the saying "When in Rome, do as the Romans do," and says they should feed Money, Inc.'s carcasses to the lions. Hulk says "the lions" are the hungry Hulkamaniacs who cannot wait for The Mega-Maniacs to take over the WWF and run roughshod, and that Money Inc. will just be a small snack for them. He then tells everyone not to worry about Brutus' face, as he and Jimmy Hart put his face through "the Hulkamania stress test" by breaking down the Brooklyn Bridge, breaking "the coconuts" on a bull elephant, and finishing knocking down what was left of the Twin Towers, and he couldn't break Brutus' face, which he put through every test known to man, including hitting it with a metal briefcase, which he does. (Thankfully, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake is wearing a mask over his face.) He then asks "Whatcha gonna do when Hulkamania runs wild on you?"
