Final iMPACT! - iMPACT! recap for October 1, 2026

In memory of "PAC" Benjamin Satterley, 1986 - 2026.

Before the next match, The Personal Concierge George Iceman says that he heard that it was a great fight for The Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, but says that Texas lost in the end because they are all losers before introducing Mr. Elegance as a winner.

BDE beats Mr. Elegance in a Bound For Glory X-Division Championship qualifier after countering being caught out of the air for an Excuse Moi with a Sunset Flip to win his first singles match. Benjamin "PAC" Satterley's passing is acknowledged on commentary early in the match. After the match, a furious Mr. Elegance shoves The Personal Concierge George Iceman in the ring.

Backstage, John Skyler meets with Jason Hotch. Skyler says it is like old times, and Hotch says it is different as he wanted Skyler to leave with him and Skyler did not. Skyler says that for the last two years, he watched Skyler and Mustafa go home to families while his only family was Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Tasha Steelz, Special Agent Zero), but now, he has Mila Moore. He says he needed the job because he had no family, then says that Mila will be in his corner and hopes that Hotch will be, too.

Backstage, The Home Town Man is with Deuce the Dude Wipes mascot, who hands him some Mint Chill wipes. AJ Francis and Expressions shows up, and Expressions says Deuce is only here because of AJ, who agrees before forcefully telling Deuce to do his job and do it right. He leaves at first, then takes the wipes from The Home Town Man.

Xia Brookside guests on commentary for the next match.

Indi Hartwell beats Zoey Serrano by disqualification after Zoey boots a member of security in the face, takes the metal folding chair he was sitting on, and hitting Indi in the gut with it in full view of the referee. After the match, Zoey hits Indi in the back with the chair before three members of security beg her to stop, which she soon does. Afterwards, Xia Brookside gets in the ring and hits Indi in the face with the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

Order 4 (Mustafa Ali and Special Agent Zero) beat The Great Hands (John Skyler and Jason Hotch) by submission with a Sharpshooter from Mustafa Ali to John Skyler. After the match, Mustafa yells at Special Agent Zero and tells him to attack Jason Hotch, but it is not until Tasha Steelz gives the order that he does it. When Mustafa tells Zero to attack Skyler, once again, Zero does not carry out the attack until Steelz tells him to do so. This makes Mustafa angry at bout Zero and Steelz, and Steelz sics Zero on Mustafa, who ends up eating a big clothesline from Zero. When Mila Moore checks on Skyler, Steelz sics Zero on her, too, and Zero hits Mila with a choke bomb.

As per the TNA Injury Report: Indi Hartwell suffered severe injuries after the attack by Zoey Serrano tonight and is currently in evaluation, with her Bound For Glory status in question. The Hardys are dealing with the effect of the beating from Syx from last week, but are more angry than injured, and are medically cleared and able to compete at any time.

Backstage, Tasha Steelz and Special Agent Zero confront John Skyler and Mila Moore, then Mustafa Ali confronts Zero only for Jason Hotch to confront Mustafa. Hotch and Skyler brawl with Zero and Mustafa until security breaks everything up. Director of Authority Santino Marella turns the brawl into a four-way match for the TNA International Championship at Bound For Glory.

Before the next match, Expressions declares that when AJ Francis beats Moose tonight, he and Francis will celebrate like the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals.

Moose beats AJ Francis. During the match, AJ Francis is about to put Moose through a table covered in Dude Wipes when Deuce the Dude Wipes mascot gets in the ring and saves Moose. Moose pump kicks Expressions off the ring apron and sends him through the table, and AJ Francis grabs Deuce after Moose ducks a clothesline. Moose then grabs a toilet seat and smashes it over Francis' head before hitting Francis with a Spear for the win.

Backstage, Courtney Rush waves at Kiera Hogan and Allie backstage. They then find Rosemary behind a fence in a straitjacket. Allie tells Rosemary that she did what Rosemary told her to do, and a crazed Rosemary tells Allie to beware of snakes in the grass before running off.

"The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth guests on commentary for the next match. Before the next match, Joe Alonzo welcomes everyone to "Total Nonstop Alonzo," then says that unlike San Antonio, Texas, he does not embrace his losses, for he suffered a loss a couple of weeks ago to KC Navarro, which he blames on Leon Slater. Alonzo says he and his people are tired of Slater coming out every week talking about beating records and beating Nic Nemeth, yet he showed up to be cheerleader for KC Navarro. Alonzo apologizes to Nemeth, then says he will give Nemeth the night off from Bound For Glory when he beats Slater. He then says Slater is a one-trick pony who people will hate within a year and should not be in the title picture, saying the fans love an up-and-coming wrestler only to say they are overrated a year later, and says that if Slater wants to take spots and opportunities from him, that is fine, because he will take away something from Slater and make sure Slater does not make it to Bound For Glory. When the bell rings, Slater kicks Alonzo in the face, then hits the top rope Swanton 450 for the win. Leon Slater beats Joe Alonzo. After the match, Nic Nemeth tries to attack Slater only for Slater to see it coming, then steals Slater's robe. Slater then takes both of Nemeth's titles and celebrates with them.

We see footage of Frankie Kazarian and Avery Styles training for the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match at Bound For Glory.

Backstage, Elayna Black walks in on The Elegance Brand (The Personal Concierge George Iceman, Heather by Elegance, M by Elegance, Mr. Elegance). Elayna says that she will be the next Knockouts Television Champion, but M by Elegance says that will not be happening. Elayna proceeds to mock and try to drive a wedge between "the brand," and manages to coerce M by Elegance to defend her title against her with nobody at ringside, much to The Personal Concierge's chagrin.

Ricky Sosa beats Cedric Alexander. During the match, Bear Bronson and Brian Myers show up, but Sosa is able to fend them off. Alisha Edwards, who shows up right after Bronson and Myers, distracts the referee, allowing Eddie Edwards to show up and kick Sosa in the groin so that Cedric can hit the Lumbar Check for the win.

Syx (Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw) head to the ring. Instead of going down the entrance ramp, however, they come out through the crowd. Joseph Sawyer says "We're here," which gets them cheered. Samuel Shaw then says that everyone has been wanting to know who has been carrying out attacks backstage, then says that they have the answer before stating everyone should be asking why. He says that he and Sawyer have been watching TNA for weeks as the fans have had fun and says that it is "a rotten place," then says Syx is here because sometimes a place get so rotten that it has to be cut apart. Sawyer says they are the ones who did the cutting one by one, and states that no one is safe and no help is coming. He warns that if anyone is standing around wearing a TNA shirt, happens to be backstage or even coming through the doors, they are on the chopping block. Shaw says that every chopping block has a name at the top, and at the top of theirs is The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy). He says The Hardys have built their legacies surviving things no mere man could survive and proving to everyone that they cannot be killed. He says that Syx tried and they survived, and now, they get to to do it again. Sawyer tells The Hardys to listen closely, because last week, The Hardys wanted and got them, and now, they are in their heads and on their minds. He states that The Hardys are on alert looking for Syx and have spent their lives looking extreme, but now, they will see how hard it is to kill The Hardys. Sawyer says that if sick is what they are, then sick is what they will be. The Hardys show up, and Matt is carrying a pipe in his left hand as he addresses the last months' worth of backstage attacks and Syx hiding in the shadows, and Jeff says that while Syx keeps trying to take them down, they are still standing. Matt says they gave Syx what they wanted last week and while they tried to put The Hardys down, they failed, and that they have survived what they have survived because they are unkillable and cannot die. He says that if Syx want to learn how hard it is to kill The Hardys, then they can make it happen at Bound For Glory in a no-disqualification, anything goes, falls count anywhere match. Jeff says he loves the idea, then says they do not have to wait and that they can give it to the fans tonight. As The Hardys approach the ring, however, the lights go out, and when they come back on, Syx has disappeared.

Santana somehow gets his hand on the bottom rope. Young then puts the World title in the center of the ring, then Ricky Sosa shows up for the first time since Eric Young took him out. This gives Santana enough of a breather to roll Eric Young to win and retain. After the match, Eric Young runs to the back to go after Ricky Sosa, and TNA President Carlos Silva is about to personally hand the TNA World Championship to Santana only for "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth to show up with the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Trophy. Instead of cashing in on Santana, he helps Santana up, then takes the microphone and says that while he could pick the bones and cash in, he is a man of his word, and he will call his shot at Slammiversary. Nemeth says he does not want tricks, traps, excuses or an asterisk next to his name, and issues the challenge for Slammiversary to Santana, who is handed the TNA World Championship by Carlos Silva. Both Santana and Nemeth have a staredown, then shake hands.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, John Skyler, Jason Hotch, Tasha Steelz, Special Agent Zero). Mustafa Ali gives "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth a round of applause for calling his shot at Slammiversary against Mike Santana, calling it "idiotic, but honorable." He says that while he lost to KC Navarro, Navarro lost his uncle earlier this week. He talks about how Navarro called his uncle a fighter until the bitter end, then says Navarro will do the same thing and lose to him. He then distastefully gives condolences to Navarro's family for the loss of Navarro's uncle as well as Navarro himself.

Before the next match, The Personal Concierge George Iceman introduces Mr. Elegance as a future TNA champion, "the spawn seed of the gods," "a titan amongst men with a body composition of 1% body fat," and "the opposite of all of you pigs." When Elijah makes his entrance, Elijah mentions AJ Francis trying to take his likeness and silence his voice as well as his fans', then says that is not going to happen. All of a sudden, a lawyer shows up and tells Elijah that he has been served. Mr. Elegance shoves Elijah into the lawyer and beats Elijah in mere seconds with an inside cradle. Mr. Elegance beats Elijah. After the match, AJ Francis mocks Elijah for losing the match just like he lost the rights to his image and will lose the lawsuit he just got slapped with, then boasts about making a lot of money while the fans cannot do anything about it. Elijah clotheslines AJ Francis out of the ring, then beats him up and takes it into the crowd as he goes. Meanwhile, Mr. Elegance celebrates his victory in the ring until Lei Ying Lee shows up and beats him up. Navarro says he appreciates everything Nic has done for him, and appreciates that Nic did for Mike Santana. "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth shows up and says Nic should have cashed in, but Nic says he let everyone know that they will see who the better man is at Slammiversary. Santana says it is no secret that he trusts no one in the locker, yet he respects what Nic Nemeth did for him. He then says that he will win at Slammiversary, and that Nemeth will be shaking his hand. Navarro then asks The Nemeths and Santana to have his back. Nic is happy to do that, but Santana is led to the trainer's room by security, and a jealous Ryan says "I'm the baby brother, okay?"

The System (Eddie Edwards and Cedric Alexander) beat Leon Slater and Fabian Aichner. After the match, Fabian Aichner has to save Leon Slater from The System, and Bear Bronson gets in the ring. Aichner has Bronson up on his shoulders only to be attacked by Brian Myers. Suddenly, Moose shows up, and when he gets in the ring, everyone runs off. The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) head to the ring. Vincent says he warned that in the Wicked Garden, the vines do not let go, then says history was made when The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hard) met "the lily of the valley." He says it is beautiful and delicate, but poisonous beneath, and that he put it in Jeff Hardy's mouth to prove that even legends decay. Vincent says that for thirty years, The Hardys have survived ladders, tables, cages and time itself. He then states that when The Hardys entered the Wicked Garden, they were classified as obsolete. Dutch says last week was historic, as the soil of the Wicked Garden was fed well, and watching Jeff Hardy convulse to the truth left tears in their eyes. Dutch says The Hardys became the past while The Righteous have become tomorrow. Vincent then states that since they have beaten The Hardys in the Wicked Garden, there is only one thing left to hardest: the TNA World Tag Team Championships. Suddenly, Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up, and admits while that The Righteous give him the creeps, they are right, and it earned them a potential tag team title match. He says The Hardys have a rematch clause, and the titles will be defended in a three-way ladder match at Slammiversary. Vincent says that The Hardys are gone and that they are in control, but the lights go out and "Broken" Matt Hardy's laughter can be heard. When the lights come back on, a giant orange ladder is in the center of the ring. The Righteous are spooked. "Broken" Matt Hardy's theme then plays.

Before the next match, The Personal Concierge George Iceman demands respect for The Elegance Brand (Ash by Elegance, Heather by Elegance, M by Elegance) from "the filthy degenerates" in the crowd.

Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, John Skyler, Jason Hotch, Tasha Steelz, Special Agent Zero) soon surrounds the ring, but back off just as immediately. All of a sudden, Mustafa Ali gets in the ring with the International Championship as a weapon, and Nemeth clocks him with a superkick out of nowhere. He also says that he had to see this for himself, and Francis insists that his new track is his music and his intellectual property. The two of them argue over whether the cover for the new song is a Photoshop before Elijah realizes it is all about the collaboration request. AJ Francis then serves Elijah with a cease and desist, stating that AJ Francis has acquired the rights, image and music catalog for Elijah, Elias and Ezekiel, and states that he owns Elijah now. He then says that he can see through Mike Santana and that he is sick with ego, selfishness and addiction to the fans' applause and approval like everyone else, and that he will beat him because he needs neither of those things, as he is above them both. Mike Santana shows up and heads to the ring, then says that while Eric Young thinks his words and actions keep him relevant, he has not been relevant for over fifteen years. He also questions Eric's belief that taking him out will make him the savior of TNA. Eric Young says he has been the one constant of TNA while so many people have came and went and poisoned TNA with ego and selfishness, but Santana says what is really poison in TNA is people like Eric Young. Eric asks Santana if the fans actually care about him, and the fans cheer before stating that Santana's shine will wear off to the point that the fans will turn on Santana like they did to him. Backstage, we hear from The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson, Cedric Alexander). Bear Bronson says they have gold within their reach, and warns The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) that he and Myers are coming for the tag team titles and that it will be over when he drops Jeff Hardy on his bad neck. Cedric Alexander tells Leon Slater he owes him an X Division title opportunity and that he has come to collect. Eddie Edwards states that Mike Santana's World title reign will come to a painful, bitter end when he becomes a three-time World Champion. Myers says the history between him and Moose runs deep, and he hopes that Moose remembers what he taught him in order to beat him.

"Doomsday" Dani Luna and Arianna Grace beat The Angel Warriors (Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee) despite the two of them not being on the same page as Dani Luna hits Xia Brookside with Luna Landing as Xia Brookside takes out Arianna Grace and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo on the outside.

As per the Bioflex Injury Report: Leon Slater remains out of action following Eric Young's piledriver on the floor from two weeks ago, but he is returning next week pending some final tests. Indi Hartwell is still out from a knee injury from last week. Cedric Alexander and Moose have suffered wear and tear, and while both men are cleared, Moose has a hip injury; Moose has elected to compete tonight.

Leon Slater shows up on the stage and addresses Eric Young and the piledriver he hit him with on the arena floor two weeks ago, saying that Young could have broken his neck and ended his career. Slater admits that he felt doubt that he would ever get up again, then tells Eric Young that he got back up and that the only think that will be broken will be his foot when he bounces it off Eric Young's head. Slater says that Eric Young tried to break his neck, but he will prove to Eric Young why he is not only unbreakable, but "The Youngest in Charge."

Moose quickly beats Brian Myers in seconds. At the beginning of the match, Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up and bans The System from ringside for this match, and immediately ejects them, complete with "Na Na Hey Hey (The Goodbye Song)" by Steam. This allows Moose to hit a Spear for the pin and the win in mere seconds.

We see the word "Envy." Rosemary summons Allie, and the two of them meet with Raven regarding his jealousy of Tommy Dreamer, and hands Rosemary a vial full of Dreamer's blood from 1995.

Backstage, Brian Myers is furious about tonight's loss, and Eddie Edwards has to get him to focus on The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy). Myers says that Moose will have a big problem next week in Bear Bronson, and that it is time to remind The Hardys who he is. Bear Bronson says that he is coming for Moose.

Mara Sadé guests on commentary for the next match.

Elayna Black beats Jada Stone after Tasha Steelz shows up to distract Jada Stone and trip her out of a backspring move attempt, which allows Elayna Black to hit the Blackout for the win. After the match, Mara Sadé and Elayna Black have a verbal confrontation on the outside, and security gets between them before things get worse. As this goes on, Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, John Skyler, Jason Hotch, Tasha Steelz, Special Agent Zero) shows up and surround Jada Stone. All of a sudden, Trey Miguel shows up with a metal folding chair. Order 4 backs down and leaves.

Backstage, Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore and Victoria Crawford mock the Knockouts division and laugh about attacking Jody Threat. Jody Threat, Myla Grace and Harley Hudson show up and confront them before challenging them to a match. Tessa says "Piece of cake" before her party walks off.

The Nemeths ("The Wanted Man" Nic and "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth) beat The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) after Ryan inadvertently knocks Nic off the apron only for Nic to stay on the outside to hit Vincent with a cheap shot from the outside.

Steve Maclin meets with Mike Santana outside of the arena. We find out they are at a bar of sorts, and Maclin orders two drinks. Santana says that they know each other more than most, and when he came back to TNA, Maclin was the one person who helped him prove to himself that he had what it takes to be in TNA. He knew there was only one stop at the top, but he saw Maclin as a brother and the one who would have his back. Maclin says that Santana is the one with the ego and that he would still speak up for him. Maclin talks about how he stepped up to minesweep for a platoon of twelve men in Afghanistan, knowing any step could have been his last and made it two miles without a casualty. The waiter shows up with the drinks, and Maclin passes one of them to Santana. Throughout the conversation, Maclin drinks up, but Santana does not even touch the glass Maclin has provided for him. Santana says that while Maclin fought someone else's war, he fought a war with himself and made his past a superpower while Maclin made his past his excuse. Santana takes off his sunglasses and hopes Maclin is ready for Sacrifice, and that all the turmoil and drama that Maclin has caused had been for something, for he will have to fight for everything he talked about when the bell rings. He then states that when he wins, all of this will be for nothing, and Maclin will have to go home, look in the mirror and know that he failed, as he was not the man that he said he was. Santana pays for the drinks and passes his back to Maclin, then says "Thank you for your job" and walks away.
