Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for February 11, 2026

Tony Schiavone interviews Kenny Omega and Swerve Strickland face-to-face in the ring to start tonight's show. Omega is introduced first, followed by Strickland and Prince Nana. Swerve says he has stuff to get off his chest. He says that five years ago, Kenny Omega was on top of the world, and at that time, Omega held the AEW World Championship. He says that everyone wanted to face him, and when he himself made it to the top, Omega was nowhere to be found.Swerve admits that Omega has popped up now and then and even teamed with him, but Omega was either suspended or injured the rest of the time, and he considers Omega "a false prophet" while he is becoming the new one. He then says that Omega now wants to conveniently come back on top, and accuses Omega of using his power as Executive Vice President to do it, stating that he had to face The Young Bucks for the last few years and end their abuse of power. Swerve tells Omega that if he uses his power to step in front of him, then he will have to put him down. Omega says he never once called himself "The God of Professional Wrestling," as the fans were the ones to do that. Omega says that he takes that respect from the fans as a responsibility and that he must take the journey back to the top of the mountain the right way, and while AEW may be Swerve's house, the lights are on and no one is home without him. He says that Swerve believes in himself, and while he does not need to believe in him, all he has to do is ask for a fight. Omega tells Swerve that if he wants the match, they can have it right now. He then gives Swerve the chance to accept or yield. Swerve says his generation is already of Omega and that he is the most dangerous man in AEW, but Omega reminds Swerve that the most dangerous man in AEW right now is Brody King. Swerve says that if they do this, he will put him back in the hospital bad, and he will not be getting back up. Omega says that is not a bad idea, and slaps Swerve in the face. Swerve takes off his jacket and says that Omega has made his choice, and that whatever happens next is on him. Swerve hits Omega with a double leg takedown, and both men soon brawl, with Swerve giving Omega a beating on the outside at first before Omega fights back and takes the brawl into the crowd, metal folding chair in hand. Omega keeps swinging a chair at Swerve before fighting him near some of the lighting. Swerve hits Omega with a trash can before taking the brawl to the ramp. Omega goes for a One Winged Angel, but Swerve hits him in the head with a foreign object and puts him through a table.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Don Callis and "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher. Callis says Fletcher does not have the pressure, because his family gives the pressure, and that Fletcher will head back home as a champion. Fletcher says he lives for this pressure and looks forward to winning tonight and getting a hero's welcome, then asks Callis to let him do this alone tonight.

The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC) beat The Don Callis Family ("The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander, Mark Davis) in a trios match.

Don Callis and Lance Archer guest on commentary for the next match.

He then announces that he will defend it in Sydney, Australia against anyone, because he is the greatest TNT Champion. Suddenly, Mark Briscoe shows up, saying that Fletcher went from a mop-headed young boy trying to figure things out to a two-time champion, then says he has a big mouth and that his ass may not be able to cash any checks. He then mentions that they both have three wins apiece against each other and that he is willing to give him home court advantage for Game 7. Fletcher admits he is tired of Mark Briscoe, and while he accepts his challenge, the seventh match deserves to be the biggest and the last. He says that whoever wins will be the very best, and if he wants Game 7, it will be in a ladder match.

We see a video package for Megabad (Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne) vs. The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) for the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championships at Grand Slam Australia.

Jon Moxley guests on commentary for the next match.

The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong) beat Daniel Garcia and Clark Connors. During the match, Roderick Strong leaves Orange Cassidy high and dry, and later in the match, Darby Allin suddenly appears in the front row and pulls Clark Connors out into the crowd and chases him out of the building. After the match, "Timeless" Toni Storm and Luther show up in the luxury box, and Toni Storm says she has made peace with her life choices and that if Marina Shafir knocks her out cold, then she deserves to shave her head. She then says that she will then evolve into "the most beautiful bald bastard the world has ever seen." However, Toni says that if she wins, she will shave Shafir's hair so close to her skull that they will put a price tag on her and sell her at Spirit Halloween. As Toni calls Wheeler Yuta "the most annoying shit [she] has ever seen," Wheeler Yuta shows up and brings out Marina Shafir choking out Mina Shirakawa with Mother's Milk while Wheeler cuts a part of Mina's hair while Garcia puts Orange in a sleeper hold in the ring.

In backstage footage from last week's show, Don Callis congratulates Andrade el Idolo on beating Kenny Omega and says that things are looking up, and that he knew Andrade would beat him and settle the score. Callis declares that Andrade will be the next AEW World Champion, and that "Hangman" Adam Page will find out that anyone who gets in his family's way will get run over. Andrade thanks Callis for believing in him, then warns Hangman. We then hear from "Hangman" Adam Page, who hoped to prove himself against Kenny Omega but will have to settle for Andrade el Idolo. He tells Andrade to keep his pants on as he tells him that he will see him in Australia.

Backstage, we hear from JetSpeed ("The Jet" Kevin Knight and "Speedball" Mike Bailey). Speedball says that "Hangman" Adam Page is about to win the AEW World Championship, then Kevin Knight says they should follow Hangman's lead and go for some singles titles. Speedball says that in 2026, "Jet Set Rodeo" is coming for all of the gold.

The wild card team in the next match is revealed to be Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy), who have not been seen in over a year.

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) beat The Rascalz (Myron Reed and Dezmond Xavier) and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) in a three-way AEW World Tag Team Championships #1 contender's match. Hook is seen watching from the luxury box during the match. After the match, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway show up, and Dax says that FTR is the tag team of a generation, yet there was a time that he was once jealous of The Young Bucks. He says that The Young Bucks now sit comfortably in second place, and to be successful as FTR have ever been, The Young Bucks had to create their own company. When Dax keeps asking questions only to interrupt them, he gets superkicked, and so does Cash. Stokely almost gets superkicked, but The Young Bucks hand him the tag team titles instead. We see another video package of Will Ospreay's road to recovery.

We see a video package chronicling the recent events in the World Championship picture.

"The Toxic Spider" Thekla beats Kris Statlander in a Strap Match to win the AEW Women's World Championship after Julia Hart and Skye Blue distract both Statlander and referee Aubrey Edwards respectively, allowing Thekla to pull Statlander into a Spear before tying Statlander's hands behing her back with the strap for a curb stomp, the win and the title. After the match, Triangle of Madness (Julia, Skye Blue, Thekla) attack Statlander, but they are chased out of the ring by The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor).
