New York, New York - WWF New York recap for November 8, 1997

Mankind beats The Sultan with the Mandible Claw after managing to get his fingers underneath The Sultan's mask.

At Madison Square Garden next Saturday with a special start time of 1 PM: The Undertaker vs. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Bret "The Hit Man" Hart in a Fatal 4-Way Match! Hunter Hearst Helmsley vs. Vader with George "The Animal" Steele in Vader's corner to offset Chyna! (Bret "The Hit Man" Hart will obviously not be in the match by the time it happens due to the Montreal Screwjob.)

Tito Santana morphs into "El Matador" before beating Carlos Cabrera to advance to the semi-finals of the 1997 Karate Fighters Holiday Tournament. Get a free limited edition WWF poster with the purchase of any Milton Bradley Karate Fighters game at Toys 'R Us while supplies last! (In-store coupon required.)

Taka Michinoku and Scott Taylor beat Mosco and Pantera in a Light Heavyweight Division tag team match.

The "Stone Cold" Steve Austin "Other Side Jackass!" T-shirt is available now for $25 plus $6 shipping and handling.

Get the complete background on the fan who attacked Team Canada last Monday on Raw on The Ross Report on Option 3 of the WWF Superstar Line!

Before the next match, "Road Dogg" Jesse James says that while he cannot stand with "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn on the apron tonight, he does not mind standing next to The Godwinns (Henry O. and Phineas I. Godwinn), as the four of them are Southern justice, and together, they will wreak havoc on some jerks right now.

The WWF Championship Title Series featuring title belts is available at Toys 'R Us by Jakks Pacific!

Henry O. Godwinn and "Road Dogg" Jesse James beat Thrasher and Blackjack Bradshaw after Road Dogg uses the ring bell as a weapon while the referee is pre-occupied with Blackjack Bradshaw. After the match, The Headbangers (Thrasher and Mosh) and The New Blackjacks (Blackjack Windham and Blackjack Bradshaw) brawl with The Godwinns (Henry O. and Phineas I. Godwinn) while Road Dogg and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn head to the back and let The Godwinns fend for themselves. The Headbangers and The New Blackjacks come out on top after forcing The Godwinns out of the ring. The Godwinns then confront Road Dogg and Billy Gunn on the stage.

Michael Cole interviews "Triple H" Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna. Triple H says this could be a huge weekend for D-Generation X ("The Hearbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Chyna, Rick Rude), but so is every weekend as well as everything in general. He mocks Vader's size when he says he will have his hands full with him, and tells him it's not Vader Time, it's Jenny Craig time. As for George "The Animal" Steele, if he gets in his corner, it will be about sticking his foot so far up his butt that it will take all of New York's finest to pull it out. He tells Steele to keep out of DX's business, or it will be the last thing he will do.

At Madison Square Garden next Saturday with a special start time of 1 PM: The Legion of Doom defend the WWF Tag Team Championships against Owen Hart and The British Bulldog! Ahmed Johnson vs. Faarooq in a New York City Street Fight! "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock vs. Rocky Maivia in a No Holds Barred Match! Dude Love vs. Miguel Perez!
