Raw Deal - Raw recap for April 22, 1996

We hear Savio Vega speak Spanish before the next match.

Goldust beats Savio Vega to take back the vacant WWF Intercontinental Championship after Marlena distracts the referee from the apron and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin - who watches the match from the aisle with "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase midway through the match - hits Vega in the face with the Million Dollar Championship. During the match, The Ultimate Warrior says in a pre-recorded message that his heart has already been taken by those who have always believed. He tells Goldust he's not here for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, and that he's only there to put a hole "in his house."

It is announced that The Ultimate Warrior will be live on America On-Line tomorrow night at 9 PM Eastern.

Vader quickly beats Fatu.

We see more footage from WWF's recent tour of Germany, which winds down tonight, and some of the footage is of Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. Owen Hart, which ends after interference from and an attack on Roberts by The British Bulldog. Roberts then fights back and sics his snake Revelations on the Bulldog.

In a pre-recorded match, Sunny says there's too much hog-sloppin' in the World Wrestling Federation, and that it's time for her and The Bodydonnas (Zip and Skip) to teach The Godwinns (Henry O. and Phineas I. Godwinn) a lesson.

The Godwinns (Henry O. and Phineas I. Godwinn) beat Ken Patterson and Tajiri. During the match, Sunny tries to distract The Godwinns, but Hillbilly Jim sics Ol' Blue on her. After the match, The Godwinns are attacked by The Bodydonnas (Zip and Skip), who then proceed to slop Phineas until Henry storms into the ring and chases them off with the slop bucket.

Mankind beats "The Portuguese Man-O-War" Aldo Montoya with the two fingers to the esophagus.

We see the history between "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels and Diesel.

Earlier in the WWF's tour of Germany, Diesel told "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels that he plans to teach Shawn a lesson. He says his reign as WWF Champion was the worst year of his life due to the WWF trying to turn him into something he wasn't, and says that the WWF now knows who the real Diesel is. He says Shawn is a dime a dozen, and tells Vince McMahon to watch his back as he'll be next when he's done with Shawn.
