The Dark Knight Rises - Gotham Wrestling recap for May 24, 2026

"D-Man" Dan Parker, Brett Ryan Gosselin and Jake Redondo beat Joey Conway, Javi and Bam Sullivan to advance in the Manhattan Block of the Five Boroughs Classic despite the three of them not getting along in any way whatsoever as Parker and Gosselin both simultaneously tag Redondo out and then simultaneously pin Bam Sullivan.

Backstage, Chris Dickinson, when asked how he is feeling after advancing in the Five Boroughs Classic, says "Never...better...where's the pay window?"

We hear from "Overtime" Nick Dos Santos, who talks about his training and work at Battle Arts Academy, on the job and in the ring. Nick Dos Santos is punching in soon.

Nat Castle beats Amity LaVey with her feet on the bottom rope for leverage following the distraction by Sebastion Amore. After the match, Dan Joseph shows up and stops Amity LaVey, then kicks Sebastian Amore in the chest. All of a sudden, Dan Joseph comes to and has no idea what he has done, and is it implied on commentary that Amity LaVey may have taken control of him and caused him to do this.

"D-Man" Dan Parker and Brett Ryan Gosselin argue with each other over who won when Jake Redondo confronts them for their tactics. Parker and Gosselin argue over who won with said tactics, and Parker says that those tactics will cause him to win the three-way match. He leaves, then Gosselin says that he will win and leaves. Redondo says he will show them both how to win and that he will do it the right way.

Gyspy Mac vs. Simone from April's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

"VSK" Vinny Scalise and Bryce Donovan are in the ring. VSK introduces Bryce Donovan and says that because of him, he does not have to get to the back of any line. He says that there was a snowstorm and an injury that prevented him from becoming a champion and part of the Five Boroughs Classic, and says "The Verdict" is here and taking over and "The Verdict" is in.

"VSK" Vinny Scalise beats "Beautiful" Buddy Tomas.

Backstage, Drew Gulak says that Jordan Cruz is one hell of a competitor and looks forward to face him again, but to do that, he has to tag with "The Greek God" Papadon and Leo Sparrow in the Five Boroughs Classic. He says that the strategy changes a little bit, but the goal stays the same, and if he wins, he looks forward to punching both of them in the face.

Jake Redondo beats "D-Man" Dan Parker and Brett Ryan Gosselin to advance in the Manhattan block of the Five Boroughs Classic after Bam Sullivan shows up and distracts Dan Parker and Gosselin, allowing Redondo to ram Parker into Gosselin and roll Parker up for the win. Parker and Gosselin keep arguing as the show ends.

The Dark Knight Rises - Gotham Wrestling recap for February 8, 2026

Nat Castle beats JC Storm.

Backstage, Keynote Kevin mentions his strategy for his upcoming match when Dan Joseph shows up, says that Kevin is a "crashout," and causes Kevin to flip out on him as he runs away.

Dan Joseph beats Keynote Kevin by disqualification - and crashout - after Kevin shoves the referee when the referee tells him to get Dan Joseph out of the corner.

David Marquez interviews Duke Hanson (formerly Duke Hudson in NXT). He answers Richard Holliday's challenge and says he will show him what a real college try looks like.

Queens Gets The Money (Patrick Fitzpatrick and Jay Mesias) beat Jake Redondo and Manbun Jesus.

We hear from Shawn K. Wachter MBA, who says that The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson) are showing up next week and that he has a deal for them with "sky high ROI" with The Explosion (Rex Wallace and Joe Ocasio). He tells Gotham Wrestling to give the people what they want as well as what he wants: The Good Brothers.

Ray Jaz heads to the ring. He talks about his loss in last week's main event, then says that this one is personal because he let himself and the fans down by making one bad decision. He says he was stupid enough to pick "The Greek God" Papadon as his partner, as he thought he would have stepped up and been a real partner and bring the UWN tag titles to New York, but he showed his true colors. Jaz says he should have known better and that he now stands alone. Suddenly, Little Guido shows up and says he had a lot of big deals going on and that going forward, he will be the commissioner of Gotham Wrestling. He says that this will be good for the both of them, then he then makes things up for Ray Jaz by putting him in match for the UWN Heritage Championship against "One in a Million" Maximilien, and tells him that he will not have to worry about Papadon.

Backstage, Jake Sparrow asks Drew Gulak who he thinks he is making him tap out, and next time they square up, Gulak should turn around and go home, for he is "The Son of the Sun" and the pro wrestling world revolves around him.

Chris Dickinson quickly beats A'Don Allen by submission with an STF. After the match, David Marquez tries to interview Chris Dickinson, but Dickinson says "I got nothing to say to you. Where's the pay window?"
