Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 13, 2017

Tonight's episode is dedicated to the memory of Chavo Guerrero, Sr., 1949 - 2017.

Commissioner Stephanie McMahon starts tonight's show. She welcomes everyone to the show, and says General Manager was tired and overworked to the point of embarassment in Samoa Joe's contract signing that she gave him the week off so that he'll get his priorities in order. This week, however, she's running the show. Roman Reigns shows up, says he's not waiting for Fastlane, and demands Braun Strowman right now. Stephanie asks the fans if they want to saw Roman and Braun go at it, then says the fans don't care even though they want it, and says he won't get Strowman until Fastlane because Strowman faces "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry tonight. Roman says he'll show up and watch it live. Stephanie threatens to take away his matches for Fastlane and WrestleMania if he gets involved in Strowman's match, then Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) show up, saying they won't let Roman disrespect Stephanie any longer. They tell Roman he can't always get what he wants, then threaten to go 2-on-1 on him. Stephanie, announcing that Teddy Long will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, makes the handicap match official. Roman then brawls with Gallows & Anderson, and referees step in to restore order so the match can begin.

Roman Reigns beats Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) when Karl Anderson stays in the ring longer than the referee's five count as he and Luke Gallows stomp a mudhole in Roman. Roman fights off Gallows and Anderson and ends up standing tall.

We look back at last September, when Chris Jericho created The List of Jericho.

It is announced that WWE and Bill Simmons are producing an Andre The Giant documentary for HBO.

Before the next match, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) make a Social Outcasts joke towards Bo Dallas, before saying that they're here to put a smile on everyone's face and bring them something special: the blueprints to the very first New Day ice cream machine.

Kofi Kingston beats Bo Dallas, but not before Bo Dallas tears up the New Day ice cream machine blueprints. The New Day pour Booty-O's on Bo Dallas after the match.

Charly Caruso interviews Neville. Neville talks trash about "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher, then Gallagher shows up. Neville calls Gallagher a boy who is out of his depth, and Gallagher says they'll see who wins at Fastlane.

We look back to last October at Hell In A Cell, when Chris Jericho helped Kevin Owens beat Seth Rollins.

"Gentleman" Jack Gallagher beats Noam Dar. Neville shows up after the match and stares down Gallagher from the stage, lifting the WWE Cruiserweight Championship upwards as he does.

Samoa Joe and Triple H exit a limousine outside of the arena.

After months of waiting, Emmalina is next.

We look back at last November's Highlight Reel.

Emmalina shows up after 17 weeks of waiting. She then tells us that after becoming Emmalina, she's going back to being Emma, much to everyone's confusing.

Charly Caruso interviews Bayley. Bayley admits she's nervous, but she believes in herself and knows she can be a champion. She plans to achieve her dream tonight.

Jeri-KO (Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens) talk backstage in anticipation of the Festival of Friendship. Triple H shows up wanting to talk to Owens.

Triple H is seen talking to Kevin Owens backstage.

Braun Strowman beats "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry. After the match, Roman Reigns shows up only to get knocked off the ring apron by Strowman. It almost happens again, but Roman outsmarts him and hits the Superman Punch. When Roman goes for the Spear, however, Strowman turns it into a running power slam and levels him.

We look back at last December at Roadblock: End of the Line, when Chris Jericho saves Kevin Owens' Universal title.

Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals is seen in the front row.

Bayley gets some pointers from Sheamus and Cesaro when Enzo Amore and Big Cass show up. Sheamus is disgusted with them for costing them the Raw tag team titles, but Big Cass says he won't let Enzo get punked out and knows how to have his back, which Sheamus and Cesaro know nothing about. This leads to a backstage staredown between the two teams.

Michael Cole interviews Samoa Joe backstage. Joe says he isn't here to curry favor and garner respect; he's here to hurt people. Triple H's opinion is the only one he cares about, and if he has to use dishonorable tactics to get the job done, so be it. When asked if he is here because Triple H is scared of Seth Rollins, Joe denounces that and says that Triple H has merely given him an opportunity after 18 years of travelling the world and destroying everyone in his wake. He says Seth Rollins couldn't even last two minutes in the ring with him, and if Rollins comes back, he has no qualms about putting him right back on the shelf. Joe says he has beaten up everyone put in front of him and that Roman was no different, and goes on to say that nobody can stand toe-to-toe with him. He then says that the main difference between all the other guys who have had professional relationships with Triple H is that everyone else needed to be propped up, and that he can get the job done on his own as he isn't a Sami Zayn. Instead, he's a destroyer.

Sami Zayn beats Rusev. Charly Caruso interviews Sami Zayn after the match. After his loss to Jericho, tonight was a step in the right direction, and tells Samoa Joe he is indeed no Sami Zayn as he doesn't clean up other people's messes, do what he's told, take shortcuts or sell out. Samoa Joe ambushes Sami Zayn from the side of the stage before putting him in the Coaquina Clutch.

Theodore "Teddy" Long is the next inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017.

The Brian Kendrick guests on commentary for the next match.

Akira Tozawa beats Ariya Daivari.

It's time for the Festival of Friendship. After a video introduction by Chris Jericho, Vegas showgirls line the stage while Jericho shows up in an open white shirt and a white hat and introduces Kevin Owens. Jericho reveals The Art of Jericho: Ralph Guggenheim's sculpture of two people hugging in friendship, which cost him $7,000. We then see "The Creation of Kevin," which looks like a certain piece of Renaissance art with Jericho and Owens' faces on it (as well as the United States and Universal Championships). Jericho then introduces Friendship the Magician, who pulls streamers out of his mouth and hands them to Jericho, which fails to impress Owens and ends up putting Friendship on The List. Jericho then says he has a way of making sure Goldberg doesn't make it to Fastlane, and calls Goldberg out. After the break, they get Gillberg instead, and Owens beats the crap out of him. Owens is unimpressed again, and Jericho says he just want to show how much Owens means to him, saying he hasn't had the kind of chemistry with Owens that he's had with other guys and that he will make sure of it that he beats Goldberg. Owens apologizes for overreacting, and tells Chris he feels bad not knowing he'd go all out with the Festival of Friendship. He gives a white box to Jericho, and inside is a new List. Suddenly, Jericho finds out his name is on it, and on the back of the clipboard, it reads "The List of KO." Owens immediately turns on Jericho as soon as he reads the back, and powerbombs him into the apron before destroying the centerpiece of the festival with Jericho's head.

Chris Jericho is placed into an ambulance and taken to a local medical facility.

Cesaro beats Enzo Amore.

Charlotte Flair shows up and calls Sasha Banks a reminder of someone fallen, but Sasha Banks tells Charlotte she got her as much as Charlotte did. Charlotte tells Sasha she can't walk the walk, and that she'll sit down and watch her win tonight.

Tomorrow night on 205 Live: TJ Perkins vs. Neville!

Next week on Raw: Braun Strowman vs. Big Show!

Bayley beats Charlotte Flair to win the Raw Women's Championship! During the match, Dana Brooke shows up and distracts Bayley, and when Bayley puts Charlotte in the Figure Four Leg Lock, Dana Brooke rakes her in the eyes. Sasha Banks shows up as Charlotte has Bayley in the Figure Eight, and smashes a crutch into the back of Dana Brooke before using it to break the Figure Eight outside of the view of the referee. Bayley then hits the Bayley-to-Belly for the win.

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!
