Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for July 8, 2015

Pentagon Jr. talks to his Master. He tells his Master than Ian Hodgkinson - the real name for Vampiro - will be his sacrifice.

The Mack beats Cage in an upset win.

Son of Havoc is in the locker room when he runs into Catrina. Catrina has a message for him: the Disciples of Death (Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Terce) will be after the Trios titles, but tonight, Mil Muertes is coming for him. Ivelisse shows up and tells her to back off, but Catrina disappears and Ivelisse is on top of Son of Havoc. Angelico walks in on this and it all gets awkward.

Vampiro interviews Pentagon Jr. He apologizes for injecting himself between him and Sexy Star. Pentagon Jr. is hush-hush about who his Master is, but knows that he is just like him back when he was younger. Nevertheless, Pentagon wants to know if Vampiro is still Vampiro or a coward, and Vampiro says his time has come and gone and Pentagon's time is now. This doesn't keep Pentagon Jr. from calling him weak and pathetic before leaving the interview in a foul mood.

Mil Muertes beats Son of Havoc after Catrina and the Disciples of Death (Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Terce) attack Ivelisse and Angelico respectively outside of the ring.

Texano is in the ring. He hasn't always been a nice dude, but he's always been Mexicano. He likes breaking bones and whipping asses, and knows he's untrustworthy, but he'll never turn on the Mexican people. He tells Chavo Guerrero he hates him, and says he wants to settle the score at Ultima Lucha, even if he has to break his other leg. He is then ambushed from behind by The Crew (Mr. Cisco and Cortez Castro), but is rescued by Blue Demon Jr...who is then passed a steel chair by The Crew which he uses to bust open Texano's forehead. Blue Demon Jr. then tells Texano's that he is Mexico and not Texano, and that Texano will be facing him at Ultima Lucha, proving that Chavo Guerrero's words to Blue Demon Jr in the locker room at the end of the last episode have taken effect.

Hernandez vs. Drago is announced for Ultima Lucha before the next match.

Team Johnny (Johnny Mundo, Jack Evans, Super Fly, Hernandez) beats Team Alberto (Alberto El Patron, Sexy Star, Drago, Aerostar) in an Atomicos match.

Prince Puma and Mil Muertes will meet face-to-face next week.

Pentagon Jr. attacks Vampiro from behind and hits him with a steel chair. He then dedicates his next sacrifice to his Master as he plans to destroy Vampiro by dousing him in gasoline and telling him that if he doesn't accept his challenge for Ultima Lucha, he'll set him on fire in front of his family and the entire world.
