Raw Deal - Raw recap for April 21, 2014

Daniel Bryan starts the show with new wife Brie Bella already in the ring...but so does Stephanie McMahon. She puts Bryan in a match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Kane at Extreme Rules. Kane's music hits, but Kane doesn't show up. Stephanie tells Kane not to approach the ring, but as Daniel and Brie escape, Kane blindsides D-Bry and ultimately hits a Tombstone Piledriver on the steel steps, defying Stephanie's orders. As EMTs try to assist Daniel Bryan, Kane continues to attack him and Tombstones him again, this time on the commentary table. Stephanie calls Kane a bastard.

Stephanie McMahon asks the audience to give Daniel Bryan a round of applause as the EMTs carry him out.

Bad News Barrett beats Sheamus to enter the finals of the Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender's tournament.

Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista) is here...

Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista) show up. They make it known The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) show up. Evolution walk away, but The Shield say they're ready. The Shield go up the ramp, but Evolution has the heels on their side.

Rybaxel (Curtis Axel and Ryback) guest on commentary for the next match.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) beat The Brotherhood (Goldust and Cody Rhodes). After the match, Rybaxel (Curtis Axel and Ryback) assault The Usos.

Emma beats Layla with the Cobra.

Renee Young interviews John Cena. Cena plans to come out on top tonight.

Rob Van Dam beats Cesaro by count-out thanks to interference by Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger, and advances to the finals of the Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender's Tournament. Zeb is spared Cesaro's wrath, but Swagger gets swung.

Renee Young interviews Rob Van Dam. An angry Cesaro and Paul Heyman interrupt, saying RVD's victory tonight was tainted. RVD tells Cesaro to keep his wallet, his house and his future as far away from Paul Heyman as possible.

Paige beats Aksana with the Modified Scorpion Cross Lock.

Cesaro takes on Jack Swagger this Friday on SmackDown!

Alexander Rusev beats Sin Cara with the Accolade.

John Cena takes on the whole Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan) as per the WWE App Vote. The match ends in a no-contest with the match getting out of hand and Cena eating a Sister Abigail.
