Former WWE and World champs gather around for the Championship Ascension, with Tripe H and Stephanie McMahon running the proceedings. After Triple H is drowned out by very loud Daniel Bryan chants, John Cena and Randy Orton show up with the WWE and World titles and hand them to Triple H to be suspended on a hook. Randy Orton tells Cena he'll lose Sunday and talks about all he's done, but Cena counters by bringing out Daniel Bryan and praising him as the exact opposite of Orton, mentioning some of the negative stuff about Orton and saying that he still has a silver spoon in his mouth. Cena tells Orton he can be just as aggressive and brutal as him, and that TLC will be a bloodbath. Both men shake hands, then Cena and Orton brawl as the belts are raised. As everyone holds both men back, CM Punk is punched by Orton. Punk fights back only to be beat up by Triple H. Punk goes after Triple H but is superkicked by Shawn Michaels. Shawn Michaels eats a Busaiku knee kick from Daniel Bryan. Orton almost RKOs Daniel Bryan, but Bryan pushes Orton into Stephanie. Triple H sees this and hits the Pedigree on Orton. The show ends in grand form with Cena, Stephanie, Triple H and Kane looking over a downed Orton in disgust.
