Also, Vince McMahon interviews "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, who says that Marc Mero is going to pay for busting his lip open at King of the Ring, and insists that he's the best wrestler in the World Wrestling Federation.
Jim Cornette says his camp hasn't caused any trouble so far tonight, and that they're here to talk about next Sunday. He says that both sides have fired shots with The Ultimate Warrior being taken out and being replaced with Sycho Sid. They plan to come at "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels and Ahmed Johnson and that they have something up their sleeve for Sid.

During the match, Vince McMahon interviews Ahmed Johnson, who says that they've been watching each other's backs, and will continue to do so this Sunday as it will get "downright raw in the ring." Also, Owen Hart, The British Bulldog and Vader leave the arena, but Jim Cornette stays behind. After the match, Jim Cornette tosses coffee into Shawn's face, and he and Ahmed chase Cornette into the parking lot only to run into Owen Hart, The British Bulldog and Vader in the parking lot. Sycho Sid soon shows up in a car, hops out and chases after Cornette's car along with Shawn and Ahmed.
