Raw Deal - Raw Deal for February 20, 1995

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett says tonight is the night that he puts the Figure Four Leg Lock on Diesel, but Diesel says the WWF is going to be unplugged when he knocks Jarrett's light out.

Jim Cornette guests on commentary this week.

Bam Bam Bigelow, fresh off his 30-day suspension, beats Gary Sabaugh. After the match, Bigelow continues to goad Lawrence "L.T." Taylor into a match with him, calling him a punk and a coward.

Adam Bomb beats Rip Rogers.

It's time for The King's Court. Tonight's guest is Shawn Michaels, who shows up after Jerry "The King" Lawler makes some bold, unfounded claims that Bret "The Hit Man" Hart is racist towards the Japanese for making "slanted statements." After Michaels shows up, Lawler quickly changes his tune. Michaels says he's been a marked man ever since he won the Royal Rumble match, and that it's only going to get worse from here. Because of this, he has found it necessary to find another bodyguard, and annouces that he has finally done it. His new bodyguard is none other than...Sid Vicious, who hasn't been seen in WWF in quite some time. Sid says Shawn can trust him because Shawn figured out that he has "no feelings for any living soul" and will be at his side at all times, as there will be no bad times while they are together. Sid promises that he and Shawn will soon rule the world.

Tonight on the WWF hotline: Lex Luger spending Super Bowl weekend with Michael Jordan and Emmitt Smith.

The Blu Brothers (Jacob and Eli Blu) beat Mark Starr and Leroy Howard. This is the first Raw appearance of their manager Uncle Zebekiah. During the match, Todd Pettengill announces that WWF has gotten off the phone with Lawrence "L.T." Taylor, who is coming to Raw next week to respond to Bam Bam Bigelow's challenge.

Diesel was at NBA All Star Weekend last weekend, along with Salt 'n Pepa, Jennifer Van Hoy from Blossom, Tatyana Ali from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Atlanta Braves outfielder David Justice, Cal Ripken Jr. of the Baltimore Orioles, NBA All-Star Danny Manning of the Phoenix Suns and Charles Robinson of the San Antonio Spurs.

Diesel retains the WWF Championship against "Double J" Jeff Jarrett. The Roadie tries to pick a fight with Diesel after the match, but Diesel puts him out with a big boot before putting him into the Jackknife Power Bomb. As Diesel celebrates, Shawn Michaels and Sid Vicious show up and watch Diesel from a distance.

Shawn Michaels and Sid Vicious show up again after the break, and they approach the commentary table. Jim Cornette wants Sid away from him because he's nuts, but Shawn Michaels knows that and says he wouldn't want to be in Diesel's shoes as Sid would knock him out of them as much as he can fill them.

Next week: Lex Luger takes on Tatanka in the 100th episode of Raw.
