Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 27, 1995

Jim Cornette guests on commentary for another week.

Lex Luger says he will get Tatanka after all these months, and that Chief Jay Strongbow will be in his corner.

Lex Luger beats Tatanka by count-out when Tatanka and "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase give up. During the match, Tatanka rips off Chief Jay Strongbow's headdress and rips it to pieces only to be met with a couple of Tomahawk Chops, and Tatanka and DiBiase try to flee once only for Luger to carry Tatanka back into the ring. After the match, Luger runs to the back.

"The King of Harts" Owen Hart beats Larry Santo with the Sharpshooter.

Vince McMahon interviews Lawrence "L.T." Taylor. Lawrence Taylor insists he meant no disrespect to Bam Bam Bigelow (even though he says Bam Bam was "beaten by a 13-year-old" and that he "pushed him like a sissy"), and that he didn't go after Bam Bam because "we could have settled it in other ways." Taylor admits he did not expect Bam Bam to act like he did, and that it only became embarrassing when WWF played the footage repeatedly. L.T. says he is weighing his options and taking his time to do what he wants to do concerning Bam Bam, who he says he is not scared of. He calls Bam Bam a tremendous athlete for his size but doesn't want to go into what kind of human being he is. Jim Cornette gets Bam Bam into the interview, and continues to challenge L.T. to a match at WrestleMania 11, telling him he'll be at the WrestleMania 11 press conference at the Harley-Davidson Cafe in Manhattan in New York City. L.T. says he'll also be there, and from there the interview comes to an end.

Beginning at 12 noon, the WWF Superstar Line will have hourly updates on the WrestleMania press conference by Jim Ross live from the Harley-Davidson Cafe in New York City. Just press Option 6.

Doink beats Bob Cook.

Next week on Raw: The British Bulldog vs. Shawn Michaels!

Kama beats Ken Raper.

Vince McMahon interviews The British Bulldog. He can't wait to get his hands on Shawn Michaels next week, and says it'll take more than Shawn Michaels as well as Sid Vicious (now known as "Sycho Sid") to take him down.

Todd Pettengill will be hosting the WrestleMania 11 press conference at the Harley-Davidson Cafe in New York City, which is being satellite-fed to the entire world. Diesel, Shawn Michaels, Bam Bam Bigelow and Lawrence "L.T." Taylor will all be there.
