Backstage, PJ Black talks with Josh "The Goods" Woods about mentoring somebody and considers stealing Woods away from him. "The Last Real Man" Silas Young shows up chats with Black, who says he can take anybody on the ROH roster, and "Number One" Brian Johnson disrespectfully walks between them. Young proposes Black put his money where his mouth is and challenges him to mentor Johnson for a match between Johnson and Woods. Black accepts the challenge.

Backstage, "The Darewolf" PJ Black speaks with "Number One" Brian Johnson and proposes mentoring him. Johnson appreciates it, but declines. Black tells Johnson to think about it for a couple of days, but Johnson wants none of it.
Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham vs. The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) for the ROH World Tag Team Championships at Final Battle
Backstage, Jay Lethal states that Final Battle is both the happiest and saddest day in his life, for he has captured the ROH World Tag Team Championship, but it is clouded in the fact that everyone else does whatever they want and get rewarded for it, yet they did what they did to get the tag team titles. Gresham says their momentum cannot stop here, and that they must rebuild ROH in their image.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for October 15, 2016

Adam Cole, "Hangman" Adam Page and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up. The Bucks boast that they turned All-Star Extravaganza into "Five Star Extravaganza" by winning the most insane Ladder War in ROH history, and are now two-time ROH World Tag Team Champions. They proclaim themselves not just the best tag team today, but the best of all time. Adam Cole then grabs the microphone for Story Time with Adam Cole. Cole says that Bullet Club kept to their promise of making a statement with Cole retaining the ROH World Championship (and Cole proving that "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin was never in his league), "Hangman" Adam Page breaking Kyle O'Reilly's shoulder to prove that those who mess with Bullet Club get hurt and The Bucks winning the ROH tag titles to prove they're the best tag team out there. They plan to take the World Television Championship and the World Six-Man Tag Team Championship before taking all the power and all the control in Ring of Honor.
Jay Lethal hopes to put at end to the beef between himself and "The Last Real Man" Silas Young.
War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) beat Shane Taylor and Keith Lee.
The Cabinet (Kenny King, Rhett Titus, Caprice Coleman) beat Leon St. Giovanni, Shaheem Ali and Jason Kincaid.

Jay Lethal beats "The Last Real Man" Silas Young after Young is distracted by Kyle O'Reilly as he tries to attack Adam Cole on the apron. After the match, Lethal and Cole fight each other outside of the ring while O'Reilly hits Cole with a brainbuster inside the ring.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for January 23, 2016
Brian Fury beats Shaheem Ali to continue to the semi-finals of the 2016 Top Prospect Tournament.
Before the next match, Veda Scott declares Cedric Alexander "a victim of Ring of Honor's callous disregard for his health and safety." She then says she can buy and sell everyone in the locker room many times over, then makes a passing reference to Jonathan Gresham. Veda says she and Alexander are on to bigger and better things. She calls Alexander "the best in the world" and deserving of the best in Ring of Honor. Instead of getting Jay Lethal, Adam Cole or Michael Elgin like she wanted, she gets Cheeseburger instead.
Cedric Alexander beats Cheeseburger. Alexander then attacks Cheeseburger after the match, then Jonathan Gresham shows up to make the same. When Veda Scott asks if Jonathan Gresham wants another shot at Alexander, he's all for it.
Jonathan Gresham beats Cedric Alexander by disqualification after Veda Scott interferes. After the match, Veda Scott slaps Gresham, and Alexander attacks him. Officials have to break the brawl up after Alexander tries to injure him.
Jay Lethal, Taeler Hendrix and Truth Martini show up before Nigel McGuinness can make an announcement regarding the upcoming 14th Anniversary Show. Lethal thinks the announcement is about him, and McGuinness confirms that it is, and that Kyle O'Reilly is next in line to take him on for the ROH World Championship after what happened at All-Star Extravaganza. Lethal says he's already beaten O'Reilly, and if he faces him again, it'll be like a day off for him as he knows he can beat him again. McGuinness says there's more to it, however: O'Reilly was beaten by Cole, which makes Adam Cole the number one contender to the ROH World Championship and not Kyle O'Reilly. Adam Cole appears and gives us another edition of Story Time with Adam Cole. He's beaten Kyle O'Reilly, which now leads him to Lethal. He admits he is impressed with whom Lethal has beaten as World Champion, but says that he hasn't beaten him with the title around his waist yet, and that he will walk out of the 14th Anniversary Show with the ROH World Championship. McGuinness says there's even more to it than that, as McGuinness says that Kyle O'Reilly still wants to get his hands on him. Since the show is taking place in Las Vegas, he's doubling down. He decides to kill two birds at one stone by putting Cole, Lethal and O'Reilly in a triple threat match for the ROH World Championship that night. Kyle O'Reilly appears, and when he gets in the ring, Adam Cole leaves it. O'Reilly is happy with the news, but he can't wait until Vegas and wants the match now. McGuinness puts Jay Lethal and Adam Cole in a tag team match against reDRagon (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly).

Before the next match, Stokely Hathaway and Moose show up. Since it's a new year, that means new goals and new opportunities. Stokely Hathaway says that he has just talked to Nigel McGuinness in the back, and asked him to make one more triple threat match, this time for tonight. The main event of "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin vs. Jay Briscoe is now a triple threat match that also features Moose.

After the match, as Mark Bricoe celebrates with Jay, Elgin, knowing that he and Jay are even in a one-on-one match and that Jay and Mark have helped each other mentally as brothers do, says tonight doesn't sit well with him and he challenges both Jay and Mark Briscoe to a tag team match against him and a man that he says he can completely trust - Hiroshi Tanahashi - at the 14th Anniversary show. The Briscoes shake hands with Elgin on it, and the match is on.
