Ultima Lucha Tres - Week 4 Results

El Dragon Azteca Jr. beats Matanza Cueto in a Steel Cage Match after Matanza throws him into the steel cage wall so hard he breaks through and lands at ringside...almost. Dario Cueto restarts the match, saying that El Dragon azteca Jr. cannot escape this match or his destiny. This time, pinfalls and submissions are the only way to win.

Matanza Cueto beats El Dragon Azteca Jr. in a Steel Cage Match where pinfalls and submissions count anywhere. During the match, Black Lotus shows up from out of nowhere. She climbs up the top of the cage and hits El Dragon Azteca Jr. with a cross body from the top of the cage, allowing Matanza Cueto to hit El Dragon Azteca Jr. with Wrath of the Gods. After the match, Black Lotus turns on Matanza, hitting him with a low blow as he celebrates on the second rope before hitting him with a powerbomb, then gets her hands on Dario Cueto. Dario then tells Black Lotus "I'm a liar," then Matanza hits Wrath of the Gods on Black Lotus.

Before the next match, Dario Cueto mentions that ever since he introduced the Gauntlet of the Gods as an ultimate opportunity, it has consumed the three men currently in the ring: Cage, Jeremiah Crane and Mil Muertes. He says the winner will prove worthy of wearing the Gauntlet, but he wants there to be no question about who wears it, as this match will be an elimination match.

Mil Muertes beats Jeremiah Crane and Cage in a three-way match to win the Gauntlet of the Gods. Jeremiah Crane is eliminated after Cage hits him with Weapon X after putting him through two tables that Mil Muertes is lying on with a superplex to the outside. Cage is eliminated after Mil Muertes hits him with a Flatliner on a steel chair introudced by the eliminated Jeremiah Crane. After the match, Dario Cueto comes out with the metal box containing the Gauntlet of the Gods. Catrina pulls it out of the box, and Mil Muertes puts it on. He then pounds the mat with the gauntlet-clad fist, knocking the arena lights out. When the emergency lights come on, a shadowy figure is in the ring, and he attacks Mil Muertes. The figure is none other than King Cuerno, who Mil Muertes put out of action a while back. Afterwards, King Cuerno takes the Gauntlet of the Gods and puts it on.

We see some more video from "The Johnny Mundo Story," directed by Taya. Johnny Mundo says people ask why he is so awesome, and it is because he is Lucha Underground Champion. He says the fans are nothing but losers sitting in the ir mothers' asement wondering why their lives suck while his doesn't. We also see "The Darewolf" PJ Black, Jack Evans and Ricky Mundo sing Johnny Mundo's praises, with Ricky Mundo comparing Johnny to God and Buddha. Johnny Mundo then says he belongs in the main event of Ultima Lucha, as he is done curtain-jerking the rest of the show. We see Dario Cueto say that he cannot wait to see Johnny Mundo fight Prince Puma, then we see Johnny Mundo say that he cannot wait to beat Prince Puma and end his career, as Prince Puma will end his career facing one of the best.

Prince Puma beats Johnny Mundo to become the Lucha Underground Champion for a second time, becoming the first person in Lucha Underground to do so. (Had Prince Puma lost, he would have had to leave the Lucha Underground temple forever.) During the match, Prince Puma inadvertently takes out referee Marty Elias with a kick. This allows Jack Evans and "The Darewolf" PJ Black to interfere, then Taya brings referee Rick Knox into the ring to make the pinfall. Prince Puma kicks out, then referee Rick Knox gets slapped before The Worldwide Underground (Mundo, Taya, Evans, Black) attack him. Taya then brings out steel chairs, and Prince Puma is about to be attacked when Angelico - who has not been seen in Lucha Underground in some time - fights off the entire Worldwide Underground on his own. Rick Knox then tries to hit a tope con hiro on The Worldwide Underground, then Prince Puma takes Johnny Mundo down and hits the 630 for a near-fall. Ricky Mundo gets involved, but Angelico takes him down and Angelico chases the rest of The Worldwide Underground to the back. After the match, Dario Cueto congratulates Prince Puma, saying he has made his hometown and his ancestors proud by keeping his career and becoming a two-time Lucha Underground Champion. However, the night is not over, as there is one more match.

After the commercial break, Dario Cueto says someone came into his office and wanted to challenge the Lucha Underground Champion tonight. Normally, he wants to promote something this big, but rules are like bones as they are made to be broken. Prince Puma's opponent is none other than the current Lucha Underground Gift of the Gods Champion, Pentagon Dark. After Pentagon Dark arrives, Dario Cueto announces that not only is the Lucha Underground Championship on the line, but so is both men's careers. One man will leave with the Lucha Underground Championship, while the other will be forced to leave the Lucha Underground temple forever.

Pentagon Dark beats Prince Puma to become the Lucha Underground Champion and end Prince Puma's career. No sooner does the match begin that Pentagon Dark breaks Prince Puma's left arm. Puma grabs some gauze from an EMT and wraps it around the arm to keep fighting. Near the end of the match, Vampiro leaves the commentary table and pulls Pentagon Dark out of the way of Prince Puma's 630 splash, and it takes that and a package piledriver for Pentagon Dark to win the match, win the title, keep his career and end Prince Puma's career in Lucha Underground. After the match, Vampiro celebrates with Pentagon Dark and puts the Lucha Underground Championship around his waist. Pentagon Dark then takes the microphone as Prince Puma leaves, and says he is the new champion and that this is temple, and he will rule it with no fear.

Epilogue

Prince Puma is seen leaving the temple and taking off his mask. He leaves the mask at the entrance of the temple.

The Gauntlet of the Gods is under glass in King Cuerno's home.

Sexy Star is seen posing for fans and signing autographs. A girl brings her a box, and tells her "she hasn't forgotten about you." Inside the box is a spider.

Mascarita Sagrada takes The Rabbit Clan to the White Rabbit.

Fenix leaves the temple with ring announcer Melissa Santos.

Catrina is seen, as is Jeremiah Crane.

Kobra Moon gains a new king in Daga, and still has Dragon chained up as Daga cuts off Pindar's head.

A shadowy figure approaches Vampiro, who says that Prince Puma is gone forever and that Pentagon Dark has reached new heights. The figure then says he will make him fall, and that Vampiro has done well. We then finds out that this is a higher power. Vampiro thanks him.

Matanza Cueto is approached by Rey Mysterio Jr.

Dario Cueto talks to the councilman, who tells Dario he gets a pass because he will be dead. He then proceeds to shot Dario twice, and says new management will take care of the Gauntlet of the Gods and all his other messes. Dario Cueto is left for dead, and he reaches for the telephone to call for help. Dario calls a number and speaks into the receiver, but he can barely say anything before he slumps over in his chair.

Nicole flies home to Phoenix, Arizona, wondering if she broke her neck in any way at all. She looks back at the last ten years and is scared she will not make it to WrestleMania.

Nikki calls Brie on the phone, and tells her that the pain she is experiencing is worse than last time. She heads to Brie and Bryan's house.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Kathy is worried about Nikki's health. Brie says it breaks her heart that Nikk's neck is hurt again, especially so close to WrestleMania. J.J. also feels bad for her, especially with rumors going around that John Cena might propose to Nikki at WrestleMania.

Nikki heads to the doctor to get x-rays on her neck. She is stressed as her career and livelihood are in someone else's hands.

Back at Brie and Bryan's house, everyone realizes that Winston may have to be trained to be near the baby, or else something bad might happen.

Nikki shows up at Brie and Bryan's house. She says that she has slightly herniated above where her neck was worked on, and she might not be able to wrestle at WrestleMania. She says that the doctor has told her to put her health first, and today she will have to have her neck checked out in person. Brie says she has not felt this bad since Bryan was forced to retire from WWE, and brings back memories of that. Bryan shows up, and Nikki relays the information to him. Nikki says that John Cena has told her that he does not want her to be in pain. She also feels that she relates to Bryan in some way.

At Kathy and Johnny's condo, J.J., Lauren and Josie show up. J.J. announces that he wants to renew his vows with Lauren as part of a fresh start. Lauren says that her and J.J.'s marriage have gotten better.

Brie and Nikki have a conversation in the car. Nikki still wants to soldier on to WrestleMania, but Brie - who fears Nikki is downplaying her injury - tells her to take it easy as her injury might get worse.

Brie and Bryan have one last ultrasound to see how close Brie is to giving birth. Bryan talks about how he and Brie are getting prepared in case Brie can't have a home birth (which she wants), and that they don't know what exactly what they want yet.

Brie and Bryan meet the rest of the family in a restaurant. Kathy says she has found an article stating that a dog should not be trusted with a child. Brie says Winston and Josie would not hurt a fly, but Bryan says he appreciates the info. Brie then mentions Nikki downplaying her injury just before Nikki shows up. Nikki says she will be fine, and everyone wants her to go to WrestleMania, but Brie is still concerned. Johnny tells Nikki that at the end of the day, if the doctor says "no," then no is no.

At John Cena and Nikki's villa, Nikki tries to figure out what to wear to the doctor's office with help from J.J. They then head to the doctor's office, and Nikki gets a call from Brie, who is with Lauren. Brie says that her baby is growing. Kathy also chimes in on the call, wondering if J.J. had done anything involving the vow renewals. J.J. says he is on it. Nikki admits she is nervous about the check-up on her neck. Brie tells Nikki to be prepared for whatever happens.

Nikki and J.J. head to the doctor's office. Nikki admits she is nervous, as whether or not she will be at WrestleMania all hinges on her visit with Dr. Uribe. J.J. is there with her for support. Nikki finds out she has herniated above the fusion, and if she keeps going, she will need another surgery on her neck. Dr. Uribe says that is Nikki was a family member of his, he would tell her that it would be time to do something else. After some further tests, he does not see any red flags. Nikki tells the doctor that she plans to hit the finisher she has been planning to work on, and the doctor tells her she is clear, but with a lot of limitations. Nikki will only be able to do a few moves at WrestleMania, and then it might be time to hang up the boots.

Back at Brie and Bryan's house, Kathy and Johnny show up with ideas on how to train Winston to play well with the baby, even though Kathy is not even close to being a trainer. She hopes that Brie and Bryan get tired of her and actually hire a trainer.

The Bella family meets at a restaurant again. J.J. is still mum as to what he is doing to renew his vows with Lauren, and Brie, Kathy and Johnny wonder if he is putting in the effort. J.J. says that he is taking this seriously and putting in the effort. When J.J. gets defensive, Bryan says that J.J. will do a great job, but Brie thinks J.J. is putting in no effort whatsoever.

In Phoenix, Arizona, the entire Bella family - including John Cena and Nikki - meet at a restaurant. Brie and Bryan announce that they have figured out how they will welcome Birdie into the world: with a home birth. Nikki says she is leaning towards one, but is still looking at other options. Kathy wants Brie is prepared in case of an emergency. Brie realizes that she should further research her options and then get back to everyone.

Nikki mentions the rumors of her and John Cena proposing at WrestleMania as well as the Vegas betting odds to Bryan.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie and Bryan meet with Kelly, their doula. A doula is like a midwife, but not fully certified, and is more of a birthing coach who is there to provide physical comfort to Brie in case Bryan cannot make it for the birth. Brie feels comfortable with having a doula, but she would also be able to get to the hospital in case something goes wrong.

At Kathy and Johnny's condo, Brie and Nikki have a conversation with Bryan on vegan shoes as everyone waits for J.J., as today is the day that J.J. and Lauren will renew their vows. J.J. shows up late, and the women look a little dressed up compared to J.J. Everyone enters a party bus parked outside, which stops at a bar. Lauren feels a little confused as to what is happening, and Brie and Nikki fear the worst. J.J. goes in to check on something, and when he comes back, he is in a suit and brings champagne to the party bus. He explains that he wanted everyone to think that he was playing a bit. They then head further out of the city into the desert, where two violinists play and a table is set up, and everyone is impressed. It is then announced that Bryan will be officiating the renewal of the vows. J.J. and Lauren renew their vows. As Nikki watches, she wonders if John Cena will ever propose to her, and thinks that they will eventually live out their lives as husband and wife.

J.J. and Nikki pack up and head out for WrestleMania.
