Generation NXT - NXT recap for September 9, 2015

Carmella beats the debuting Peyton Royce (formerly Cassie McIntosh, KC Cassidy and just plain Cassidy) by submission.

Samoa Joe and Finn Balor get ready in the locker room.

This past weekend, Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady beat Angelo Dawkins and Saywer Fulton to continue to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic at an NXT live event.


This past weekend, Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson beat "The Drifter" Elias Samson and Tucker Knight to continue to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic at an NXT live event.


Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa get a surprise upset win against Bull Dempsey and Tyler Breeze after miscommunication between Breeze and Dempsey occurs to continue to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Breeze takes his anger out on Dempsey and viciously attacks him after the match.


The Lucha Dragons (Sin Cara and Kalisto) are in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic...and they're ready to win it all for Dusty, starting with Finn Balor and Samoa Joe, who they consider an honor to face off against.

Devin Taylor interveiws Dana Brooke. She's ticked off that Bayley is the new NXT Women's Champion and not her, and feels she's not being taken seriously enough...and that in order to be taken seriously, she has to become champion. She's turned down an invitation to the Arnold Classic in Spain to prove she's a dominant force in NXT.

Dana Brooke beats Billie Kay.


Devin Taylor interviews Apollo Crews, who says that the Apollo Nation is about to take over NXT.

Izzy, the young Bayley fan at front row at every NXT taping, gets a backstage tour with Bayley.

At the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island, Finn Balor and Samoa Joe beat The Lucha Dragons (Sin Cara and Kalisto) to continue to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
