Note: This week's episode is two hours long due to the NBA playoffs.
The show starts with a performance by The Nitro Girls.
Before the next match, Eddie Guerrero explains to his nephew Chavo Guerrero Jr. that the only way to be a good uncle is to set a good example, and promises to do just that by winning his match and proving he's the best wrestler in WCW. He says he has found a formidable opponent in the form of Scott Norton, and calls him out. When Scott Norton shows up,
Eddie suddenly feigns a twisted knee and tells a reluctant Chavo he'll have to take his place in the match.
Scott Norton beats Chavo Guerrero Jr. After the match, Ultimo Dragon shows up and checks on Chavo, then Eddie Guerrero confronts Ultimo Dragon.
Scott Putski - in his Nitro debut - vs. Kidman ends in a no contest. During the match, Kevin Nash, "Macho Man" Randy Savage and Konnan walk down the stands. Unlike the other members of the nWo, their nWo logos are red and not white. They enter the ring and put Putski in the Jackknife Power Bomb before tossing Kidman out of the ring. Kevin Nash takes the microphone and tells the fans that the Wolfpac are running the show from now on. He gives a shout-out to Scott Hall, and says "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff have decided that Hall is "too dangerous for live TV." At Slamboree, Sting and The Giant will find out that not only is he not as much of a funny guy as they think he is, but that the Wolfpac is hungry and that they will pick their bones. Nash then addresses the "red and black attack of the Wolfpac," and tells Hogan to get his crew and he gets his crew, then they rendezvous. Savage says the Wolfpac will get down the way they know how, and the only thing he would like better than taking Hogan by the neck and popping him to the sky is doing the same to Bret "The Hit Man" Hart, saying people won't screwed as long as something he wants is involved and that Hart will be the one getting screwed at Slamboree. Nash then announces another defection to the Wolfpac: Curt Hennig, who is still wearing a black-and-white nWo shirt. Brian Adams runs in and confronts Hennig, who tells him he knows what he's doing. Nash tells Adams to back off, and Hennig takes the shirt off to reveal a black-and-red nWo shirt underneath. Konnan tells Adams he can't run up to the ring like he just did because he's just Hogan's stooge, and challenges him to a match later tonight. Nash then decides to make a challenge of his own, and calls out Lex Luger for a match so that Luger and Sting can see just how funny he can get.
We see a video package of Raven. Raven says he can't remember a time when he wasn't alone, and even when his parents weren't around, the sound of their fury was house but the sound of their silence was devastating. The devastation left him buried beneath a mountain of solitude. His loneliness and despairs trapped him in a stormy, unimaginable emptiness. The other kids playing ball outside and me with them was an illusion he allowed himself, but the stark reality is that even if his parents allowed him to leave his bedroom cell, the other kids wouldn't have allowed him to join in anyway, as they said he didn't follow "their stupid rules."
Before the next match, David Penzer asks as the easel for the portrait of Dean Malenko, whom Jericho dedicates tonight's match to. He says Malenko taught him a few things, then plays footage of a recent Dean Malenko interview where he talks about his late father. He then says Malenko's father is rolling in his grave as Dean is a disgrace to his family as well as a failure, as his brother can't wrestle and his father couldn't wrestle. He finds it laughable that Malenko is dedicating the rest of his career to his father, and calls Malenko's career "an absolute joke." He says the "Man of 1,000 holds" nickname was given to him because he is so boring that nobody wants to see him wrestle, and tells Malenko he is better off at home than putting people to sleep in the ring. Jericho then dedicates his own career to "Mr. Bore Us Malenko," who comes out to Dean Malenko's entrance theme and is dressed somewhat like him, save for the #1 on the back of his trunks.
Chris Jericho beats "Bore Us Malenko" with the Lion Tamer.
We see another performance by The Nitro Girls. After the performance is over, Alex Wright tires to dance in the ring again only to be escorted out by security.
Public Enemy (Johnny Grunge and "Flyboy" Rocco Rock) beat Hugh Morrus and The Barbarian, even after Jimmy Hart gets involved.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Brian Adams. Adams calls himself one of "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan's main enforcers, and says Hogan made the nWo and professional wrestling, and that he has done more for wrestling than the Wolfpac put together times ten. He tells Konnan that if he wants to challenge him, he'll gladly accept.
We see a video package of Booker T and "The Crippler" Chris Benoit trash talking each other as the recent events between them are chronicled, and Booker T tells Benoit that if he wants a shot at the TV title at Slamboree, he'll gladly give him one.
Pyrotechnics signal the start of the second hour.
Before the next match, Kidman announces that Hammer vs. Saturn will be a "Loser Leaves The Flock" match and that nobody in the Flock, not even him. He tells Hammer to have a fair fight while telling Saturn to do whatever he has to to win.
Hammer beats Saturn in a Loser Leaves The Flock Match as Raven's Flock watches from backstage. During the match, Saturn accidentally knees referee Scott Dickerson after Hammer pulls him out in front of himself. Shortly after this, a food vendor nails Saturn with a tray full of drinks while beaning Hammer in the back of the head with a steel chair. Hammer drops onto Saturn and gets the pinfall, and when Raven heads to the ring to see what's up, he and the rest of the Flock are suddenly attacked with a stop sign by Diamond Dallas Page, who is also wearing a bullrope around his neck. DDP beats up Raven some more and takes him to the ring. When he takes Raven to the stage, DDP's entrance pyro hits, then Page drags Raven to the ring by his neck. After beating him some more in the ring, Page hangs Raven with the bullrope until security tries to restores order.
We see another performance by The Nitro Girls.
Juventud Guerrera beats Sick Boy by disqualification after the interference of Horace. After the match, Reese gets his hands on Juvi, but it isn't long before Goldberg gets in the ring, knocks Sick Boy out of the ring and hits Reese with the Jackhammer.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Rick Steiner, who wants Scott Steiner to come out so he can see if they will either get back together or if one of them will be left lying, as he is sick and tired of Scott ducking him and allying himself with the nWo, and tells him to come out so they can settle it once and for all. Scott Steiner shows up on crutches, and Rick wants to know if they'll get it over with. Scott says that he may have made a mistake, as his friends are Rick's friends and that his family doesn't talk to him the same way that he used to. He says Buff Bagwell was a friend of mine, and now they are putting rods in his neck and that he may never wrestle again. Scott says he doesn't want anything to come between them, but Rick says that either they fight it out right now or they walk to the back together. Scott says "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and the nWo mean nothing to him, and that he wants to be a Steiner Brother again. Rick doesn't know if he can trust Scott, even as tears are coming down Scott's eyes. Scott is about to walk away, but Rick ultimately gives him a chance, but if he stabs him in the back again, he will hunt him until he dies. Scott says he just wants it the way it was before, and as Scott hugs Rick, Rick is attacked from behind with a baseball bat by Brian Adams. Scott Steiner reveals he is not even injured, and tells Brian to injure him.
Brian Adams beats Konnan by disqualification after Bret "The Hit Man" Hart shows up and sends Konnan head-first into the guardrail as the referee is busy with Brian Adams and Kevin Nash interferes shortly afterwards to hit Brian Adams with a Jackknife Power Bomb.
We see another performance by The Nitro Girls.
Jim Kane from Cartersville Baptist Church in Mississippi is the winner of this week's Nitro Party pack. We see footage of their Nitro Party.
Fit Finlay beats Booker T to become the WCW World Television Champion after "The Crippler" Chris Benoit distracts Booker T.
Lex Luger beats Kevin Nash by disqualification after "Macho Man" Randy Savage and Konnan get involved. After the match, Nash almost hits Luger with a Jackknife Power Bomb, but Sting and The Giant get in the ring. Everyone backs off before Sting and The Giant fight them. Brian Adams almost gets in, but Bret "The Hit Man" Hart stops him and tells them "Isn't this a beautiful thing?"
