Drako Knox is watching from the VIP section wondering what is going on before Baylor says that The Vanity Project are "five future superstars" as he puts the entire faction on a pedestal and takes a liking to the name their faction has been given. He tells everyone to remember this moment, because The Vanity Project will take over Evolve. Stevie Turner, who finally has another microphone, states that she is the law around here and is the "Evolve Prime Minister," then demands that Jackson Drake have his match against "Super" Sean Legacy right now.

In footage from earlier today, Kyle Rae tells Wendy Choo that she is no stranger to darkness and that she has overcome every obstacle that life has thrown her way in and out of the ring. She says that the darkness under her blanket was a little different, and while she has no idea who she is or what happened to her, she will not let that darkness consume Wendy. She says she can overcome Wendy, and she is not afraid to face her again. Kylie then challenges Wendy to a match next week.

Harlem Lewis and Keanu Carver have a face-off. Harlem says it is coming down to them and that he will be the first person leaving with the Evolve Championship around his waist. Carver says he has smashed everyone in his path. Lewis says Carver has yet to beat him. Evolve Prime Minster Stevie Turner shows up and puts them in a match, not as competitors, but as a tag team in a match against Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes). Carver says that Turner has just signed Swipe Right's death warrants and that Lewis will be next if he gets in his way.

Zara Zakher beats Aria Bennett. After the match, Chuey Martinez interviews Zakher. After Zakher says that she is always the underdog, the lights go out, and Wendy Choo's teddy bear appears on the apron bearing a note stating "KYLIE, I ACCEPT."

The Vanity Project (Zayda Steele, Jackson Drake, Brad Baylor, "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) appear in the VIP Section. Baylor says they have just gotten off the phone with his parents' lawyer and that although they were ejected from ringside, they have every right to be in the VIP Section.

Carlee Bright beats Kalyx with a reversal into a Sunset Flip. After the match, The Vanity Project (Zayda Steele, Jackson Drake, Brad Baylor, "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) cannot be removed from the VIP Section.

Bryce Donovan beats Timothy Thatcher with a Black Hole Slam following the distraction by Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes).

Backstage, Evolve Prime Minister is watching. As she states that Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) will be trouble, Harlem Lewis and Keanu Carver show up. Lewis says they will not be a problem for long, and Carver says the problem will stop after he beats the brakes off of Swipe Right.

Backstage, NXT General Manager Ava tells Stevie Turner that he has been phenomenal for the past couple of weeks regarding the matches she has pitched, the talent she has acquired and even getting a champion from the original EVOLVE on the show. She says it is time for the next step in Stevie Turner's journey, and has Chuey Martinez head out to the ring for a special announcement. Chuey Martinez announces that Stevie Turner is the new General Manager for Evolve. Stevie Turner says it is an aboslute honor to be named the new general manager, and the fact that Ava put her trust in her and not Robert Stone makes it that much sweeter. She says that if the last few weeks ahve been anything to go by, this is the place where pro wrestling evolves, and it will continue to be that way under her leadership. She says that everything is up for grabs and wants to know who will take the top spot, who will achieve championship contendership, and who will be the face of Evolve. She says that all comes down to who impresses her as well as the fans, then kicks things off with two men who were going at it last week: Wolfgang and Sam Holloway. As everyone else leaves, Keanu Caver and Harlem Lewis bump into each other and have an argument, and when Luca Crusifino gets between them, all three men get separated by officials.

Wolfgang beats Sam Holloway with a top rope Swanton Bomb to the back despite his back being hurt and giving out during the match following a slam into the ring apron. After the match, Joe Coffey speaks towards the camera, asking General Manager Stevie Turner if she remembers him knocking out Jordan Oasis before demanding that anyone who wants a scrap with Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) be sent their way.

In backstage footage from earlier this week, Aria Bennett meets with Layla Diggs. Neither of them liked losing their debut matches in Evolve, and Aria proposes they bring their resources together and make some music in the ring.

Carlee Bright is seen in the VIP Section.

Kendal Grey beats Zara Zakher by submission with a cross arm breaker after Zara rolls out of a pinfall attempt following a spinebuster. After the match, as Kylie Rae consoles Zara Zakher, both Kylie and Zara see Wendy Choo's teddy bear in the corner.

Drako Knox shows up at the announce table, saying last week was the biggest opportunity of his life and that he feels alive in the ring and feels a hunger that he has not felt since his college football days. Drako says that connecting fist to face is a good feeling. He says that last week may not have turned out like he wanted, but he can handle that and learn; what he cannot handle is "that big goof" in the VIP Section showing him up. Drako says that Tate Wilder is out with an injury and that he is out here by himself, but if anyone thinks they can show him up, he can handle that, and demands that he and the long-haired man from last week settle things in the ring. Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) is seen entering the VIP Section.

Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) and Ice Williams are seen in the VIP Section.

Aria Bennett and Layla Diggs beat Haze Jameson and Kalyx. During the match, Haze Jameson gets a swig of champagne during from the VIP Section, leading to her being distracted as Layla Diggs gets the win. After the match, Kalyx angrily shoves Haze Jameson away.

We see a vignette of Timothy Thatcher's accomplishments in the original EVOLVE, and it is revealed that he is "Super" Sean Legacy's opponent for the next match. We then get a closer look at "Super" Sean Legacy, who has wanted to be a professional wrestling since high school and was picked on a lot and told that he could not do it. Legacy says he sees himself as a role model, as someone once told him that they were told they could not but is now doing it because of him.

"Super" Sean Legacy beats Timothy Thatcher. After the match, Timothy Thatcher gives Sean Legacy a sarcastic clap, then Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) confront Sean Legacy in the ring. All of a sudden, Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel show up to stand by Sean Legacy, and Ice Williams reluctantly stands with Swipe Right before standin with Legacy, Cappuccino and Cartwheel, much to Swipe Right's chagrin.

Do The Evolution - Evolve recap for March 12, 2025

Stevie Turner announces on behalf of NXT General Manager Ava that tonight's main event contains two men that the fans are very familiar with: Riley Osborne and Oro Mensah, who are now part of the Evolve roster. Also, WWE ID prospect Kylie Rae will face Zara Zakher. She also announces that there is no telling who else will show up tonight.

Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey are in the VIP section. They are soon met by It's Gal, who insists on sitting between them.

We get a closer look at Harlem Lewis, who says that he is about nothing but aggression and that the cameras are always on him. He says he cannot stand people who do not work hard and that he cannot stand people who are soft, and that he has never taken crap from other people. He states that he has been a champion in football and that he will be a champion in wrestling, and asks what will stop him.

We get a closer look at Braxton Cole, who talks about his history in college football and how WWE asked him to try out only to make the cut to his own surprise. He says he has always wanted to support his family and that he sees himself as having a stronger mind over others, which he feels will set him apart from everyone else.

Harlem Lewis quickly beats Braxton Cole. After the match, Chuey Martinez interviews Harlem Lewis, who says that he is hear to beat ass and that nobody in the locker room can touch him. As he asks if this is the best he can get, he is approached by Keanu Carver, and referees have to stand between them. Suddenly, It's Gal takes the microphone and introduces himself, stating that next week, he will face Keanu Carver, and says that "when you're in mint condition, there is no competition." Keanu Carver gets in the ring and demands the match right now, and one of the referees rings the bell.

Keanu Carver beats It's Gal.

We get a closer look at Kylie Rae. She says that she is a big ball of positive energy and that she was raised on WWE, and that she never thought she would be here. She says that she took the long way and that it makes her appreciate this more, and that she has the motivation to keep everyone happy, including herself.

Peter Rosenberg interviews Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey in the VIP section. Carlee says that they still have their battle scars from last week, but they are here to see what the competition has in store. Kendal Grey says there is no competition in Evolve as she will show good she is, which Carlee Bright corrects with a "we." Suddenly, Zayda Steel suddenly shows up wanting to know why she does not have a match, then sits in the VIP section.

We get a closer look at Zara Zakher. She says she is a small person, but that has never limited her. She says that everything she has gone through has shaped her into the person she is now. Zara mentions her background in acting, gymnastics, dance and cheerleading since a young age, then says that she gets in the ring, she shows up and she is herself.

Zara Zakher beats Kylie Rae with a Sunset Flip out of the Fireman's Carry position. During the match, Zayda Steel complains about not having a match in the VIP section, which leads to everyone booing her. After the match, Chuey Martinez interviews Zara Zakher, who says that her victory was indeed an upset, as she beat one of the best in Kylie Rae, and that she will use this victory as a stepping stone to move up the ranks, and next time, it will be "straight dubs." She then stops Kylie Rae to tell her that she respects her, then Zayda Steel jumps the barricade to complain about the good sportsmanship. When Wendy Choo arrives, Zayda immediately runs away. Wendy Choo then hands a bear carrying a note, which Kylie reads.

We get a closer look at Aria Bennett, who mentions her background in acting and gymnastics and her time in WOW: Women of Wrestling before trying out successfully for WWE.

Wendy Choo beats Aria Bennett by submission with a sleeper hold. After the match, Wendy Choo places a black blanket over Bennett and leaves. After the match, Brinley Reece talks with Kendal Grey and Carlee Bright about their match last week, and mentions that Kali Armstrong may not have been at the top of her game before talking about her match next week.

We hear form Javier Bernal, who has not been seen on WWE programming in months, in a face-off with Luca Crusifino. Bernal admits he lost his cool last week and that he just wants Evolve to be a brand new start after being injured for months and second-guessing himself from sitting on the sidelines, and asks how he can move forward if he is being judged by his past, especially when he has nothing against Crusifino or The D'Angelo Family (Tony D'Angelo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Crusifino, Adrianne Rizzo). He says that Luca Crusifino's message of "If I know you, I'm not worried about you" from last week may not have been aimed at him, but he still could not let that go. Crusifino says he was not talking about him because he does not think about him, as Bernal is not a threat simply because he cannot get out of his own way, and he does not need to take him out because he does it to himself. Bernal agrees, saying this is a brand new start for him, and that he will fight for the rest of his life if he has to in order to show the world that he has changed. Crusifino says this is just words and that without action, his words are meaningless. Bernal asks for the chance to prove that he has changed with a one-on-one match. Crusifino accepts the challenge, but reminds Bernal that he asked for this.

We see a video pakcage for the WWE ID program.

Jack Cartwheel, Cappuccino Jones and "Super" Sean Legacy are in the VIP section. Kali Armstrong shows up looking for Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey.

Oro Mensah beats Riley Osborne. After the match, Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) are seen running out from backstage, where it is revealed that Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) are out of control.
