Final iMPACT! - iMPACT! recap for October 29, 2026

M by Elegance retains the TNA Knockouts Television Championship against Jada Stone despite Mr. Elegance quitting when Heather wants him to hand the Knockouts Television title over to her for use as a weapon.

We hear from The System (Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson, Cedric Alexander). Cedric Alexander says he has Amazing Red one-on-one and is taking back the X-Division Championship. Eddie Edwards calls Cedric the best X-Division wrestler in the world and says he will become the new champion. Bear Bronson confronts Eddie, thinking that he will leave Cedric on his own, and Myers says this is Cedric's decision. Cedric says he will bring the X-Division title back to the system. Bronson thinks Eddie has made a big mistake.

Backstage, Daria Rae is met by Brian Johnson. Daria Rae finds out from Brian Johnson himself that he has been hired by TNA, not as a wrestler, but as the Board of Director's eyes and ears in case Daria Rae gets physical with the talent again. Daria Rae says that she will call the Board of Directors and get him rid of.

Special Agent Zero, now known as just Zer0, beats BDE. After the match, Zer0 hits another choke bomb, then Rich Swann slides into the ring only to eat a choke bomb, too. When security gets in the ring, Zer0 decimates them. Two more members of security run to the ring, but think better of it when Zer0 sees them.

Backstage, we hear from Ricky Sosa, who says that he has proven why he belongs in TNA and now wants to prove he is one of the best in the world. He announces that he will be part of the World X Cup representing Belgium. Fabian Aichner shows up and says he will be in the World X Cup as well, representing Italy, and while he respects Ricky Sosa, there will be no alliance or mercy if and when they cross paths in the ring. Sosa says that he will be the one winning the World X Cup.

We hear from Shotzi Blackheart, who asks if you have been so obsessed with something that nothing would stop you from getting it. She says that for the last year-and-a-half, she has been obsessed with the Knockouts Championship, going from watching it to entertaining being there to finding out that everyone is as tough as they look. She says that the thinks about some of the best matches in Knockouts history - as well as the Undead Realm - when she thinks about the division.

Amazing Red retains the TNA X-Division Championship against Cedric Alexander. The match is Amazing Red's first match on TNA iMPACT! since 2012, when he was under a mask as Sangriento.

Backstage, Elayna Black finds Heather by Elegance. When Heather says that M is on a photo shoot without her, Elayna asks Heather how long she will let M treat her like she does, knowing that Heather wants the Knockouts Television title, too.

As per the TNA Injury Report: BDE is experiencing back issues after tonight's match and is in evaluation. Mustafa Ali has not been medically cleared following his two-out-of-three falls match from last week, and his status beyond this evening is uncertain. TNA medical staff is bracing for The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and Syx (Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw) to get seriously hurt in their Slaughterhouse Syx match.

We hear from Indi Hartwell, who looks back on winning the TNA Knockouts World Championship and also looks towards the future as she writes in a journal. She writes that it will not be easy being champion and to remember this moment.

Zoey Serrano suddenly attacks a member of ringside security, then "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler says that Daria Rae hired to her to face Indi Hartwell for the Knockouts World Championship at Destination X. She says that Indi's championship reign will be a nightmare and that she will haunt it.

We hear from Harley Hudson and The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch). The Righteous want an answer from Harley Hudson, and next week, The Righteous invite Harley to stand beside them and become one of the many. Harley says "I accept."

Backstage, we hear from Fire 'n Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz). Kiera Hogan calls Allie dead weight and says she had to drop her to upgrade. Tasha Steelz says that if Shotzi Blackheart or anybody wants to get in their business, then she will learn the hard way not to mess with them. She then challenges Shotzi and Allie to face them.

Before the next match, Expressions makes fun of nobody wanting to live in "The Peanut Capital of the World" Dothan, Alabama due to everyone being allergic to peanuts before introducing AJ Francis for the next match.

AJ Francis beats John Skyler after Francis shoves Skyler into Mila Moore as both Mila Moore and Expressions are both on the ring apron, which constantly distracts Skyler to the point that Francis gets the win.

Backstage, Bear Bronson confronts Eddie Edwards and wants to know if Eddie has gone soft after Cedric Alexander's loss. Bear Bronson then challenges Eddie Edwards to a match, saying he is sick of how The System (Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson, Cedric Alexander) is doing things, and if he wins, he calls the shots in The System. Eddie says that if he wins, Bear Bronson will fall back in line.

Backstage, Brian Johnson is met by Daria Rae, who reveals that she cannot suspend or fire Johnson. Daria says that Johnson will see how things really work in TNA, and notes Johnson is desperate for a job in the company. Johnson says he is a company man and would do anything to keep a job here. Daria Rae finds this "interesting" and leaves.

Leon Slater heads to the ring. Slater says his life has been a dream since winning the TNA World Championship and remembers when his life was "not so dreamy" and looked more like a nightmare, especially with an absent father. Slater says he could have strayed down a wrong path to go to the right place, his mother and sister always believed in him and sacrificed. He says that his mother drove him all over the country just so he could train and be in front of the fans today, and that he would pay that debt off and make it more than worth it, and now, as TNA World Champion, he is paying that debt off. Slater says that with the X-Division Championship, he laid the blueprint for what he wants his World Championship reign to be, and that brings him to Trey Miguel and Destination X. He feels that he got off on the wrong foot with Trey Miguel last week, and asks Trey to come to the ring, which Trey does. Slater says that he and Trey are more similar than either of them have imagined, as they have been through a lot yet keep on fighting, then says this is where the similarities end, as Trey has never been World Champion. Slater says he is not looking past Trey or taking him lightly and knows that Trey will pose a challenge, and while he belongs the world can belong to him, there is no shame in losing in a match that last forever, and it cannot be his until he is done first. Trey says Slater is right about their similarities and notes that they have fought for everything they have, but notes Slater's age and says he has fought a lot longer, and that it has been years since he has a World title shot. Trey says he does not know if and when he will have another World title shot, and that he has had to stand on his own for the past year. Slater says that he and the people he loves have gotten what they wanted, and that he wants the same. He says he will fight until he meets that light at the end of the tunnel and finally becomes World Champion, then shakes hands with Slater.

Elijah beats "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth. After the match, "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth runs into the ring and attacks Elijah before checking on Ryan, but Elijah gets back in the ring. Nic gets away, and Elijah smacks Ryan in the head with his guitar.

Backstage, Mustafa Ali meets with Frankie Kazarian and tells him that Avery Styles will stab him in the back as he uses Kazarian to stab him in the back, just like how Order 4 (John Skyler, Jason Hotch, Tasha Steelz, Special Agent Zero, Mila Moore) stabbed him in the back. Kazarian does not want to hear any of this, but Mustafa Ali says "We'll see what happens."

Syx (Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw) beat The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) in a Slaughterhouse Syx match after locking Matt Hardy in an empty room before taking out Jeff Hardy, putting a trash can over him and hitting the trash can with axes.
