Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for April 2, 2015

Seth Rollins, accompanied by Big Show, Kane and J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble), starts the show. It is announced that JBL, Michael Cole and Booker T will be back next Monday on Raw. Rollins gets us up to speed on what happened Monday between him and Brock Lesnar when Randy Orton suddenly shows up. He still wants that WWE World Heavyweight Championship rematch, and he wants it from Rollins. Rollins says he'll do it on his time. After Orton takes potshots at everybody in the ring, Kane puts Orton in a match tonight against Big Show, and the match happens next. If Orton wins, Kane says that maybe they'll reconsider his title shot opportunity.

Randy Orton vs. Big Show quickly ends when J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) interfere. Kane and Seth Rollins join in on the fun, but Ryback makes the save. Rollins retreats, but everyone else gets Shell Shocked or RKO'd.

Dolph Ziggler is not cleared to compete, so Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan vs. Bad News Barrett and Sheamus is now just D-Bry vs. Sheamus.

The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) guest on commentary for the next match.

Naomi beats Natalya.

Seth Rollins laughs about what happened to Randy Orton earlier, but Kane considers putting Rollins in a World Heavyweight title match against Orton at Extreme Rules. The office is then stinked up by Dean Ambrose, who used Kane's executive bathroom. Kane responds by pitting him against Luke Harper tonight.

Roman Reigns talks about his WrestleMania 31 match. He came out swinging, but he came up short.

The Miz beats R-Truth. After the match, Mizdow runs in and hits Miz with the Skull Crushing Finale.

John Cena shows up. He swears that the United States title will be a respectable title again, and while taking nothing away from Rusev, calls Rusev "unthankful" for his American opportunity and "the world's biggest douche." Cena says he will defend the title against anyone, and will issue open challenges for anyone who wants to take him on for the United States Championship weekly. Suddenly, Rusev and Lana show up, calling Cena unworthy of the title and half the man Rusev is. Rusev insists he did not lose at WrestleMania 31, stating he is still America's champion. After calling Cena a coward, Rusev says this is his world, and that Cena will be crushed at Extreme Rules. Rusev approaches the ring and waves the Russian flag, but when he points at the ceiling of the arena, the flag doesn't come down...until Cena does the same, and an American flag comes down above the ring. Cena tells Rusev he'll get what's coming to him at Extreme Rules.

Dean Ambrose vs. Luke Harper ends with Harper power bombing Ambrose through a commentary table.

The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) make fun of The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods).

Sheamus comes out to a new entrance theme. He then says he attacked Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler because he could, saying that they're not real men and not worthy of the main event. He plans to put everyone smaller than him out of his misery.

Bad News Barrett guests on commentary for the next match.

Sheamus beats Daniel Bryan by count-out after Bad News Barrett busts open D-Bry with a Bull Hammer, leaving him unconscious. Sheamus decides to leave D-Bry on the ground to win by count-out.

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!
