Rockstar Spud shows up and tells Jeremy Borash and Christy Hemme that their services are not needed tonight as there will be special guest hosts. Ethan Carter III is introduced as master of ceremonies. After being introduced to the Knockouts (as well as some sexual innuendo from Karlee Perez to EC3 and Spud showing partiality to Marti Belle), we see the match-ups for tonight.
Gail Kim beats Veda Scott.
Angelina Love beats Scarlett Bordeaux.
Reby Sky beats Velvet Sky.
Madison Rayne beats Havok.
Taryn Terrell beats Karlee Perez.
Mia Yim beats Brittany.
Brooke beats Deonna.
Marti Belle beats ODB. It becomes obvious after the match that Belle was using Spud to get to the finals, and she makes fun of his lack of height. Spud then calls ODB "useless trash," starting an impromptu match.

Madison Rayne beats Gail Kim, Angelina Love, Reby Sky, Taryn Terrell, Mia Yim, Brooke and Marti Belle in a gauntlet match to be crowned Queen of the Knockouts.
