They have come to an agreement to come out to his music, as the family is stronger than ever. Bret shows up, and Bulldog says that they are all joined at the hip and are now "a new foundation" that will destroy the WWF. Bret once again derides "Stone Cold" Steve Austin for getting the American fans' favor, saying that America does not respect family value but that they will respect the sense of family in "The Hart Foundation." Suddenly, The Legion of Doom (Road Warrior Animal and Road Warrior Hawk) shows up, and Owen and The Bulldog tell them that they're keeping the tag team titles when the night is over. Nevertheless, The Legion are ready to kick butt as they proclaim that it is their destiny to become tag team champions. Hawk tells the new Hart Foundation to get an epidural pain block before the match. When the match restarts, Owen Hart and The British Bulldog retain the WWF Tag Team Championships against The Legion of Doom, with The Legion winning by disqualification, when Bret "The Hit Man" Hart attacks Road Warrior Hawk as he pins Owen. During the match, we find out that "Stone Cold" Steve Austin has just now made it to the arena. After the match, Dok Hendrix interviews Owen and The Bulldog, and Owen says there was no luck involved in their match and that they beat The Legion like they beat everyone else. Paul Bearer tries to run away after the match, but The Undertaker catches up withim. Mankind tries to throw another fireball into The Udnertaker's face, but 'Taker knocks the lighter and accelerant out of his hands and returns the favor, this time to Paul Bearer instead of Mankind. Paul Bearer covers his face with his jacket, and Mankind has to help Bearer to the back along with medical staff.

Officials have to pull Austin off of Hart, who is then helped to the back by Owen and Bulldog.
