Nitro-Glycerin - Monday Nitro recap for December 4, 1995

It is announced that before the show, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and The Giant are all on probation as per World Championship Wrestling Executive Committee.

Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray) retain the WCW World Tag Team Championships against The American Males (Marcus Alexander Bagwell and Scotty Riggs). During the match, Col. Robert Palmer gives Sister Sherri a gift: a ring. The two of them hug and kiss, then leave. Also during the match, Booker T has a brief argument with Phoenix Suns player A.C. Green, who is in the front row. After the match, event staff have to keep Green away from Booker T.

"Mean' Gene Okerlund interviews Sting and Lex Luger. Sting has called Luger over here tonight because he wanted him without Jimmy Hart by his side and because he stands a good chance of being the new WCW World Heavyweight Championship. But at Starrcade, Sting is involved in a triangle match and momentum is going his way, and that he won't make it easy for thim to be world champ if he wins that match. Luger says he will become the next world champ tonight, and says he will also win that triangle match.

Sting beats Kurasawa with the Scorpion Death Lock.

This Saturday on WCW Saturday Night: Disco Inferno vs. Johnny B. Badd! Flyin' Brian and Chris Benoit in action! Hugh Morrus! Big Bubba vs. Eddie Guerrero!

The Giant beats Scott "Flash" Norton. During the match, Norton is able to lift The Giant up for an atomic drop, but it's still not enough to beat him.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair in the ring. Flair shows up along with Phoenix Suns player Charles Barkley, who says he could never measure up to Flair. Flair makes it clear they'll be stylin' and profilin' down the streets of Phoenix, and Barkley says Phoenix has the best basketball fans and the best wrestling fans. He tells Hulk Hogan, Sting, Lex Luger and Randy Savage not to put a hand on him, or else Barkley might leave the NBA and become a Horseman full-time.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. Lex Luger is thrown out after Randy Savage sends Lex Luger into the turnbuckle Luger exposed, knocking Luger into the ref and knocking the ref out of the ring. Ric Flair shows up and attacks Savage, then walks backwards to the ramp only to run into Hulk Hogan. Hogan forces Flair back into the ring and fights him, then stops Luger's pinfall by pushing the ref away before getting his hands on Jimmy Hart. Hogan sends Hart and Luger into each other, but when Hogan is about to hit Luger again, Sting gets in the way and Hogan hits him instead. Sting and Hogan argue, and Savage have to break them up.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Hulk Hogan, Sting and "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Hogan wants to know what's going on with him and Luger, and wants to know which side he's on. Sting tells Hogan he's on his side, and says that Lex Luger is his best friend and that he's trying to straighten him out concerning his business with Jimmy Hart. Hogan reminds Sting that it was Savage who warned them about Luger in the first place, but Sting still wants to give Luger an opportunity. Sting still tells Hogan he has his back next week, and Hogan says it's still on as long as he keeps Lex Luger out of his face. Sting says he will do that for him as well as Savage.
