SummerSlam 1994 - The Results

The show begins with "Macho Man" Randy Savage introducing us to the show as well as Vince McMahon and "The King" Jerry Lawler. McMahon and Lawler announce than that The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) have lost the WWF Tag Team Championships to Diesel and Shawn Michaels the night before. It is also announced that Davey Boy Smith - The British Bulldog - is here as well.

Irwin R. Schyster and Bam Bam Bigelow beat The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) after the interference of Afa, following "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase distracting the referee and Bam Bam Bigelow attacking "Captain" Lou Albano. The Headshrinkers and Afa take the fight to DiBiase's men, and the two teams continue to brawl all the way to the back.

Leslie Nielsen finally catches up to The Undertaker...who is really George Kennedy, who is also on the case, both figuratively and literally.

Alundra Blayze retains the WWF Women's Championship against Bull Nakano.

Todd Pettengill interviews the new WWF Tag Team Champions, Diesel and Shawn Michaels. Michaels says this is the result of deciding that the Heartbreak Hotel needed more gold, and after beating The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu), here they are. Diesel says he might as well be called Midas, as everything he touches turns to gold. He says that Razor Ramon taking the WWF Intercontinental Championship from him isn't going to happen. As for "Sweetness" Walter Payton, Michael says he and Diesel will leave him and Razor Ramon feeling oh-so-bitter.

Razor Ramon beats Diesel to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship for a second time after "Sweetness" Walter Payton stops Shawn Michaels from hitting Razor Ramon with the Intercontinental Championship and Razor tricks Michaels into accidentally super kicking Diesel. Payton's son Jarrett joins Payton and Razor in the ring as Diesel is upset with Shawn Michaels.

Todd Pettengill interviews Lex Luger and Tatanka. 54% of polled individuals in the SummerSlam opinion poll believe Lex Luger sold out, and Tatanka says that he has plenty of proof that this is true. As for Luger, he says they can show all the footage they want and that it's a free country, but he knows that he never sold out and never even considered it.

Tatanka beats Lex Luger when Luger is distracted by "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase. After the match, DiBiase tries to hand Luger some cash, but Luger kicks it out of his hand. Tatanka attacks Luger from behind, then hugs DiBiase, signaling that Tatanka was the one who sold out. DiBiase and Tatanka then tease leaving, then Tatanka attacks Luger before putting him in the Million Dollar Dream and stuffing a dollar bill in his mouth.

Abe "Knuckleball" Schwartz shows up during Jeff Jarrett vs. Mabel with the "I'm On Strike!" sign.

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett beats Mabel after turning a missed hip drop into a stack-up pin. After the match, Mabel chases Jarrett to the back.

Leslie Neilsen and George Kennedy are at the entrance ramp when The Undertaker shows up...almost. When the entrance door is opened, 'Taker is nowhere to be found.

Vince McMahon interviews Stu and Helen Hart. Helen says she could never have predicted that her two sons would ever be in a cage match against each other. "The King" Jerry Lawler insinuates that Stu, Helen, the entire Hart family and even Davey Boy Smith, the British Bulldog, held Owen down his entire life. The Bulldog says that Bret Hart is in the best shape of his life. Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart is also spotted sitting behind the Hart family, and when interviewed, states that Owen Hart will prove himself the best Hart. Bruce Hart blames Neidhart for breaking up the family.

Todd Pettengill interviews Bret "The Hit Man" Hart, who announces that he is recovering from strep throat, which Bret says does not affect him. Strep throat recovery or not, he plans to prove himself better than "The King of Harts" Owen Hart and retain the WWF Championship. Bret tells Owen he never hated his guts, and says that Owen's problem is Owen, and thinks Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart planted the seeds of jealousy in Owen's head. He says that the family feud is a dogfight that needs to end, and has the feeling that it will. He just hopes that Owen will be able to live with it if he beats Owen.

Bret "The Hit Man" Hart retains the WWF Championship against "The King of Harts" Owen Hart in a steel cage match. After the match, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart attacks Hart and The British Bulldog. Owen joins in on the attack on Bret, and Neidhart chains the cage door from the inside as the other members of the Hart family try to stop him. When that doesn't work, Hart family members try to climb in, and Owen and Neidhart stop them until the Bulldog is able to take down Owen. Bulldog finally climbs in, but Owen climbs out, and so does Neidhart with Owens' help. Officials are able to break the chain with bolt cutters, but by this time, Owen and Neidhart have fled. The rest of the Hart family check on Bret.

Todd Pettengill tries to get an interview with "The King of Harts" Owen Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Owen says that the family has turned on him and that he should be the winner. He also tells The British Bulldog to stay out of this affair. Jim Neidhart threatens to demolish Bret "The Hit Man" Hart again if he gets in his way.

The day before Thanksgiving is the 1994 Survivor Series!

Before the next match, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase comes out with his Undertaker. Paul Bearer then shows up with two druids carrying the finished double-wide, double-deep casket from Royal Rumble. Inside is an urn, and Bearer iopens the contents to unleash a bright, white light. Thunder strikes in the arena, and we finally see the real Undertaker.

Paul Bearer's real Undertaker beats "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase's Undertaker after three consecutive Tombstone Piledrivers. After the match, DiBiase runs for the hills, while the "Underfaker" is placed inside Paul Bearer's casket. The urn then lights up again, and thunder strikes throughout the arena.

Leslie Nielsen and George Kennedy solve their mystery...or so they think. When they open the casket, nothing is inside. They do, however, find a case that is closed. They then declare the case closed despite never doing anything to even solve it.
