Vince's Got A Shotgun - Shotgun Saturday Night recap for July 25, 1998

Bradshaw and Terry Funk beat Too Much ("Too Sexy" Brian Christopher and Scott "Too Hot" Taylor).

WWF Slammers 2 with pulverizing punching action - featuring The Patriot, "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Dude Love, Brian Pillman, Kane and Taka Michinoku are now available!

The New Midnight Express ("Bodacious" Bart Gunn and "Bombastic" Bob Holly) - now without Jim Cornette - beat Devon Storm and Eric Sbraccia.

Sunday Night Heat is coming to USA Network next Sunday at 7 PM Eastern, 6 PM Central!

"The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry shows up with a long rope and challenges anyone in the arena as well as anyone in the back to a test of strength against him. That challenge is answered by Vader. A referee places a piece of black tape in the center of the ring, and Vader is ordered to remove his gloves. Both men are then given opposite ends of the rope for a game of tug-of-war. After both men wrap the rope around them and grab on, the game of tug-of-war is on. After a back-and-forth struggle, Mark Henry drags Vader towards the center of the ring to win the test of strength. Afterwards, Mark Henry gets in Vader's face and brags, but Vader beats him up and hits him with the Vader Bomb.

WWF Bodyslam fruit drink is now available in Dropkick Orange, Backbreaker Blue and Piledriver Punch. Collect the bottles and caps of your favorite WWF Superstars, too!

Before the next match, The Jackyl says that he has adopted a new motto: "Give the people want they want." A woman with very large breasts who has accompanied him and his parade of human oddities (Kurrgan, Golga, Giant Silva, Luna Vachon) wearing a shirt that says "Jackyl Me Off" takes said shirt off to reveal another one underneath that reads "Smells Like Ratings."

The Headbangers (Thrasher and Mosh) beat The Oddities (Kurrgan and Golga). After the match, Giant Silva gets in the ring and choke slams The Headbangers after The Oddities go on a post-match attack.

We hear from "Triple H" Hunter Hearst Helmsley, who tells The Rock that it is "Shut you hole" and not "Know your role." He says that he is coming after him and taking what he thinks is his - the WWF Intercontinental Championship - at Fully Loaded. He says that if The Nation (The Rock, D'Lo Brown, Owen Hart, The Godfather, "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry) wants to stick their noses in his business, then he will stick his in theirs, and when he does it, he won't do it in the traditional matter. He plans to show who the real mack daddy of the World Wrestling Federation is at Sunday night's two-out-of-three falls match when he smacks The Rock around, and when he is done, he will walk out with the Intercontinental Championship and there will be only two words The Rock will think of: suck it.

The Godfather of The Nation beats Dustin Runnels.
