Raw Deal - Raw recap for July 4, 1994

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett beats Tatanka by count-out. After the match, Jarrett insists that the match be restarted, as he would much rather have a pinfall victory.

Tatanka beats "Double J" Jeff Jarrett after Doink and Dink stop Jarrett from heading to the back.

Bret "Hit Man" Hart defends the WWF Championship against The 1-2-3 Kid next week on Raw.

It's time for The King's Court. "The King" Jerry Lawler's guest this week is The 1-2-3 Kid. He tells The Kid that he's pulling for him, and wants him to beat Bret "Hit Man" Hart "like the dog that he is." The Kid says that he has respect for Hart and is one of his biggest fans. Lawler replies by saying that with an attitude like that, he will not win the WWF Championship. The Kid says that he has too much respect for Hart to sock him in the nose like Lawler wants, and he has too much respect for himself to pull anything Lawler would. Nevertheless, Lawler tells him to win the title and win it for him, but The Kid tells him he's not doing it for anybody.

Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart beats Gary Scott.

Duke "The Dumpster" Droese beats "Iron" Mike Sharpe.

The Undertaker beats Mike Bell. After the match, Paul Bearer appears as The Undertaker and "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase place Mike Bell in a bodybag. Bearer tries to lure The Undertaker towards him, and 'Taker seemingly turns on DiBiase when he tries to turn his gaze away from him.

After the commercial break, "The Million Dollar Man" distracts The Undertaker with a few dollar bills. 'Taker still walks towards Paul Bearer, but DiBiase adds a fistful of $100 bills, which do the job, much to Bearer's disappointment.

"The King" Jerry Lawler and "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase are in the locker room area. Lawler asks DiBiase to be his guest on The King's Court, with the premise that Lawler meets him and not the other way around. DiBiase accepts the offer.
