Raw Deal - Raw recap for July 24, 1995

"The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels beats "Gigolo" Jimmy Del Ray.

Speculation runs rampant that The Roadie and not "Double J" Jeff Jarrett sang on With My Baby Tonight as Shawn Michael's Intercontinental Championship win and the ranor between Jarrett and The Roadie is recapped.

The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn) beat John Faulkner and Rick Stockhauser.

Barry Didinsky sells the "Ain't I Great" T-Shirt, only $17 plus $3.95 shipping and handling. Coming with the shirt: an audio cassette tape copy of With My Baby Tonight.

We get our first look at Goldust...or rather, the word "Goldust" in gold glitter.

"Make A Difference" Fatu talks about where he grew up once again.

Waylon Mercy beats Gary Scott.

King Mabel tells Diesel to bow down to him, and that the only reason he's giving him a match is because he's doing it out of the goodness of his royal heart. He considers Diesel unworthy of the WWF Championship, and plans to drop him like a bad habit at SummerSlam, provided he's brave enough to enter his royal kingdom.

Savio Vega and Razor Ramon face Yokozuna and "The King of Harts" Owen Hart for the WWF Tag Team Championships next week on Raw.

Bret "The Hit Man" Hart beats Hakushi with the Sharpshooter. Shinja gets in the ring after the match, but Bret Hart puts him in a piledriver. As Bret "The Hit Man" Hart celebrates, Jean-Pierre LaFitte shows up, grabs the bag with the replica of Bret Hart's severed head in it and heads to the back with it.

We get our first look at Dean Douglas, who plans to school the Superstars of the World Wrestling Federation.

Next week: King Mabel! The Body Donnas! Bam Bam Bigelow!

Vince McMahon interviews "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels. Jerry "The King" Lawler tells Michaels he's a marked man, but The Heartbreak Kid isn't scared of Lawler.
