In backstage footage from Death Before Dishonor, Trish Adora confronts "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo, saying that she has been overlooked and that it is past time that she has won a championship. Purrazzo says she is overlooking everyone, as the Women's Pure Division and the women's division was built in her image ten years ago and that Adora should be thanking her.
Lance Archer beats KOE (Marcus and Adam King) in a two-on-one handicap match. After the match, Lance Archer continues to beat up KOE until two security guards show up only to be simultaneously choke slammed.
Backstage, we hear from The Von Erichs (Marshall and Ross Van Erich). Ross says that Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) were the better team at Death Before Dishonor, but that he is not happy with the betrayal afterwards. Marshall says they came to Ring of Honor to team with a legend and that Sammy Guevara was part of that. He says that they are doing this for "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes and for Texas and that they are coming for Guevara.
Spanish Announce Project (Angelico and Serpentico) beat Philly Collins and Marino Tenaglia.
"The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata beats Jordan Oliver.
Before the next match, "Smart" Mark Sterling says he never though he would travel to "a Temu Cleveland," and that there is a reason why Pete Rose left. He then lets the fans tell The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari) that they rule only to be told that they suck.
The Conglomeration (Hologram and Tomohiro Ishii) beats The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari).
Backstage, The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari) are angry about active wrestlers putting their hands on "Smart" Mark Sterling every week and that they will have to fight fire with fire. Sterling says he is being told that his bicep is torn and that he will need surgery, and that he will not be able to live a normal life and hold his daughter. He says that they need a contingency plan.
