In backstage footage from earlier today, Jackie Redmond interviews "Main Event" Jey Uso, who says that this year's Royal Rumble match is stacked as he looks forward to winning back-to-back Royal Rumble matches.
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce is briefly on the countdown table before he is confronted by "The Oracle" Paul Heyman over the numbers that the rest of The Vision (Bron Breakker, "Big" Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Austin Theory) has drawn.
We see Vic Joseph's interview with WWE Senior Vice President of Talent Relations "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, who won back-to-back Royal Rumble matches from 1995 and 1996.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Je'Von Evans. He is nervous, but he is excited to get in the ring with the best, and that this is not the last time he will he will main event a premium live event.
We hear from Fahd Tuwaiq, a powerlifting and arm wrestling champion from Saudi Arabia who has now signed to WWE. He hopes to make his country proud.
In an interview from last night, Cathy Kelley interviews Fahq Tuwaiq. He says that this is a really big moment for him and his people, then addresses the Saudi people in Arabic.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Charlotte Flair, who says that holding up the Women's Tag Team Championships was like holding up a world title. She says this is the first Royal Rumble she has entered with a friend, and while both of them want to win, she admits that she feels selfish after winning two Rumbles. She says that she is entering the women's Royal Rumble with the odds in her favor.
Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Drew McIntyre. McIntyre says that Sami holds no extra edge over him, but he is not the same Sami Zayn that he has felt before. He also voices his frustration toward CM Punk being on the countdown panel, saying that he prayed for this and it happened and that Punk disrespected the Undisputed WWE Championship, stating that he is not a fighting champion and that one must earn the right to face him for the title. McIntyre says his match will come down to one kick, and it will not be Sami's.
We are introduced to the Arabian commentary team of Faisal bin Mughaisib and Jude Aldajani.
#14 Liv Morgan last eliminates #30 Tiffany Stratton (who has just eliminated #10 Sol Ruca during her attempt to hit her with a Sol Snatcher on the ring apron) with an Ob-Liv-Ion into the turnbuckles from the ring apron to win the 2026 Women's Royal Rumble. She also eliminates #13 Nattie and #19 Raquel Rodriguez during the match. Other highlights include:
#1 Charlotte Flair is in the ring for 59:49 (fifty-nine minutes, fourty-nine seconds) in the 2026 Women's Royal Rumble. She eliminates #4 Nia Jax as #2 Alexa Bliss (who messes with the fans along with Charlotte at the start of the match), but inadvertently eliminates Alexa along with Nia. She is eliminated by #15 Lash Legend.
#8 Jordynne Grace scores three eliminations: #6 Lola Vice, #5 Ivy Nile, and #7 Candice LeRae. She is eliminated by #15 Lash Legend.
Natalya enters at #13 under the name "Nattie," complete with a new entrance theme and TitanTron video. She eliminates #12 Maxxine Dupri and #9 Becky Lynch. She is eliminated by #14 Liv Morgan.
#14 Lash Legend scores five eliminations: #1 Charlotte Flair, #8 Jordynne Grace, #20 Iyo Sky, #25 Nikki Bella and #29 Brie Bella. She is eliminated by #22 Rhea Ripley.
#18 Chelsea Green saves herself by using Alba Fyre as a footstool. She is eliminated by #22 Rhea Ripley.
#21 Asuka is inadvertently eliminated by #28 Kairi Sane after #20 Iyo Sky shoves Kairi into Asuka. Iyo then eliminates Kairi immediately afterwards, and Asuka is not happy.
Brie Bella makes a surprise return at #29. She and #25 Nikki Bella eliminate #23 Bayley and #26 Lyra Valkyria simultaneously (Nikki eliminates Bayley while Brie eliminates Lyra), but they are soon simultaneously eliminated by #15 Lash Legend.

Gunther beats "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles by submission with the sleeper hold after keeping him away from the ropes with repeated elbow strikes. As per pre-match stipulation, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles is forced to retire. After the match, Styles removes his gloves at first, but puts them back on and gets a standing ovation in the center of the ring as he does his trademark gloves pose.
Drew McIntyre retains the Undisputed WWE Championship against Sami Zayn with two Claymore Kicks after powerbombing Sami Zayn into the Arabic announce table.

#26 Roman Reigns last eliminates #30 Gunther to win the 2026 Men's Royal Rumble Match. He eliminates #23 The Miz and #25 "Main Event" Jey Uso, the latter following a Spear by Jey. He last eliminates #30 Gunther to win the Royal Rumble Match. Other highlights include:
Oba Femi enters at #1 and makes his official main roster debut post-NXT in the match. He eliminates #2 Bron Breakker, #5 Rusev, #3 Solo Sikoa, #4 Rey Mysterioand #6 Matt Cardona. He is eliminated by #22 Brock Lesnar after being in the ring for almost 40 minutes.
#2 Bron Breakker is eliminated by #1 Oba Femi after a man clad in all black, including a hoodie, attacks Breakker on the outside, hits him with The Stomp, and throws him in the ring so Oba Femi can eliminate him. Afterwards, the hooded man clad in black flees through the crowd.
Mr. Iguana enters at #9. He is eliminated by #10 Trick Williams.
#11 "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes is eliminated after Jacob Fatu nearly throws him over the top rope only for Drew McIntyre to suddenly show up and hit him with a Claymore, knocking him off the ropes and onto the floor.
#14 The Original El Grande Americano (also known as Chad Gable under the El Grande Americano mask) returns at the men's Royal Rumble Match and encounters #13 El Grande Americano (who is really Ludwig Kaiser under a mask). Both men try to eliminate and unmask each other, and the original ends up eliminating the replacement before being eliminated by #10 Trick Williams, who in turn is eliminated by #11 "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes.
#15 is Powerhouse Hobbs, fresh out of All Elite Wrestling and is now known as "Royce Keys." He eliminates #7 Damian Priest. He is eliminated by #16 "Big" Bronson Reed with help from #15 Austin Theory and #20 Logan Paul.
La Parka enters at #18. He is eliminated by #15 Austin Theory.
Brock Lesnar returns at #22. He eliminates #17 Ilja Dragunov, #24 Rey Fenix and #1 Oba Femi. He is eliminated by #11 "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and #21 LA Knight.
